Abstract

本发明提供一种滤纸定型材料的制备方法,涉及滤纸材料领域,步骤为:(1)按质量百分比准备以下原料:电气石粉3.2、氧化钇1.2、珍珠岩1.5、陶土12、硅油6、二甲苯11、甲醇10;(2)将陶土研磨成粒径分布为3‑30微米的陶土粉体,将珍珠岩研磨成粒径分布为4‑12微米的珍珠岩粉体;(3)将陶土粉体、珍珠岩粉体与电气石粉、氧化钇按比例混合,加入硅油、二甲苯、甲醇,充分搅拌5min以上,即得滤纸定型材料。本发明通过在滤纸折痕处随折痕走向浸入定型材料,对折叠(痕)后的滤纸进行定型,并使折叠(痕)后的滤纸具有更高的强度,从而使生产出来的滤芯,折叠角度大小一致,一周的通风面积均匀,提高过滤效果。

滤纸定型材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及滤纸材料领域,尤其涉及一种滤纸定型材料的制备方法。
背景技术
空气滤清器是发动机的重要零部件,其作用为滤除进入发动机的空气中的尘埃和机械杂质等微粒,以减少发动机的磨损,优化发动机的燃烧过程,降低一氧化碳等有机污染物的排放。
目前,滤清器制造企业普通采用从国内的滤纸厂采购的滤纸,经分切、折痕等工艺过程后直接使用于各类滤清器。滤纸相对较为柔软,强度较小,经过分切、折痕后,难以保持固定的形状,折痕后的滤纸两端通常通过胶体固封,但折痕后的滤纸折痕后形状不固定,导致固封装配成的滤芯通风面积不均匀,折叠而成的夹角大小不一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种滤纸定型材料的制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。本发明通过在滤纸折痕处随折痕走向浸入定型材料,对折叠(痕)后的滤纸进行定型,并使折叠(痕)后的滤纸具有更高的强度。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种滤纸定型材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)按质量百分比准备以下原料:电气石粉3.2、氧化钇1.2、珍珠岩1.5、陶土12、硅油6、二甲苯11、甲醇10;
(2)将陶土研磨成粒径分布为3-30微米的陶土粉体,将珍珠岩研磨成粒径分布为4-12微米的珍珠岩粉体;
(3)将陶土粉体、珍珠岩粉体与电气石粉、氧化钇按比例混合,加入硅油、二甲苯、甲醇,充分搅拌5min以上,即得滤纸定型材料。
所述珍珠岩为超细粉料,其粒径分布为4-12微米。
所述陶土的粒径分布为3-30微米。
定型滤纸
将滤纸定型材料加热至78℃,然后加入气动喷枪内,滤纸定型材料以高压氮气为载体,从气动喷枪的喷嘴喷射而出,高压氮气的压强为0.3MPa,喷射出来的滤纸定型材料温度不低于65℃,滤纸定型材料沿滤纸的折痕喷射。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在滤纸折痕处随折痕走向浸入滤纸定型材料,对折叠(痕)后的滤纸进行定型,并使折叠(痕)后的滤纸具有更高的强度,从而使生产出来的滤芯,折叠角度大小一致,一周的通风面积均匀,提高过滤效果。

一种发动机空气滤清器滤纸,滤纸的折痕处沿折痕会走向浸入定型材料,定型材料由如下重量配比的原料制成:
电气石粉3.2、氧化钇1.2、珍珠岩1.5、陶土12、硅油6、二甲苯11、甲醇10。
珍珠岩粒径分布为4-12微米,陶土的粒径分布为3-30微米。
发动机空气滤清器滤纸的定型方法:
一、配置定型材料:
(1)按质量百分比准备以下原料:电气石粉3.2、氧化钇1.2、珍珠岩1.5、陶土12、硅油6、二甲苯11、甲醇10;
(2)将陶土研磨成粒径分布为3-30微米的陶土粉体,将珍珠岩研磨成粒径分布为4-12微米的珍珠岩粉体;
(3)将陶土粉体、珍珠岩粉体与电气石粉、氧化钇按比例混合,加入硅油、二甲苯、甲醇,充分搅拌5min以上,即得定型材料;
二、定型滤纸
(1)将定型材料加热至78℃,然后加入气动喷枪内,定型材料以高压氮气为载体,从气动喷枪的喷嘴喷射而出,高压氮气的压强为0.3MPa,喷射出来的定型材料温度不低于65℃,定型材料沿滤纸的折痕喷射。

1.一种滤纸定型材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)按质量百分比准备以下原料:电气石粉3.2、氧化钇1.2、珍珠岩1.5、陶土12、硅油6、二甲苯11、甲醇10;
(2)将陶土研磨成粒径分布为3-30微米的陶土粉体,将珍珠岩研磨成粒径分布为4-12微米的珍珠岩粉体;
(3)将陶土粉体、珍珠岩粉体与电气石粉、氧化钇按比例混合,加入硅油、二甲苯、甲醇,充分搅拌5min以上,即得滤纸定型材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤纸定型材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述珍珠岩为超细粉料,其粒径分布为4-12微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤纸定型材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述陶土的粒径分布为3-30微米。
