Abstract
本发明公开了一种带侧管的气管套管,涉及医疗器械领域,它包括管头部带有气管封闭气囊、管尾部设有固定翼的气管套管本体,气管封闭气囊通过设在气管套管本体内的通气管与指示阀门连接,气管套管本体设置有侧管,侧管包括设有侧孔的伸入部和管口端设有胶塞的第一分管和第二分管。本发明可以解决气管套管与氧气管及湿化管不能有效衔接的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种用于停用呼吸机期间带气管套管锻炼或是短时间内不能自主排痰需开放气道予人工辅助吸痰的患者从气管套管内实施给给氧及气道湿化的气管套管。
背景技术
目前在使用的气管套管与氧气管不能有效的衔接,气管切开患者在临床上的常规给氧方式是套管内一次性鼻导管给氧,采用前端剪去鼻塞的一次性氧管与剪去针头的头皮针连接,将游离端放入套管内,同时,气道湿化采用注射器与延长管连接,游离端放入套管内,再使用胶布与氧管一起固定在套管外。此时常因患者激烈咳嗽,将氧气管及湿化管咳出;再者每次吸痰需将两管拿出方能放入吸痰管。而且固定的胶布经常被痰液污染,需要护士反复更换;若患者痰液粘稠则容易堵塞氧气管及湿化管内口;对于间断停止使用呼吸机的患者,每次停机都需要更换氧管及湿化管道的前端连接管;目前这种给氧及湿化方式的缺点如下:一是氧管及湿化管不论是被咳出套管外还是吸痰时需取出,均容易使导管污染,造成外源性感染;二是氧管及湿化管脱出及内口被痰液堵塞易导致患者缺氧和湿化不到位,痰液粘稠;三是不仅每次需要更换新的头皮针作为连接管,而且还要经常更换固定的胶布,增加医护人员的工作量,给护理工作带来不便,还浪费材料;四是氧管及湿化管放置深度过深以及频繁更换套管上用于固定的胶布均会刺激患者气道,造成患者不适。五是在更换固定的胶布时,有时胶布较难分离,在撕脱过程中患者咳嗽、咳痰,痰液容易飞溅到护士身上,增加职业暴露的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带侧管的气管套管,它可以解决气管套管与氧气管及湿化管不能有效衔接的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种带侧管的气管套管包括管头部带有气管封闭气囊、管尾部设有固定翼的气管套管本体,所述气管封闭气囊通过设在所述气管套管本体内的通气管与指示阀门连接,所述气管套管本体设置有侧管,所述侧管包括伸入所述气管套管本体内的侧管伸入部和在所述气管套管本体外的第一分管和第二分管;所述第一分管和第二分管的管口端均设有胶塞。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案还可以是:所述侧管伸入部前段设置有多个侧孔。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明多功能气管套管在原气管套管上增加一个具有第一分管和第二分管的Y形侧管,分别用于连接氧气管及气道湿化管。患者需要氧疗及湿化时将剪去鼻塞的氧管与Y形侧管中的一个接头连接,湿化管道则与另一个侧孔连接,这样就省去准备头皮针及固定的胶布等繁琐步骤,提高工作效率。使用该新型多功能气管套管,在氧疗过程中不会出现氧管及湿化管脱出套管外,且侧管内部有多个侧孔,防止被痰液堵塞,保证持续氧疗及湿化的有效进行。同时改进后的气管套管吸痰时不需要将套管内的连接管拿出,减少了外源性感染的机会。而且氧管及湿化管不需要用胶布固定在套管上,就不用更换固定的胶布,既方便护士进行气管切开的护理,减少护士工作量,又减少对患者气道的刺激,还降低医务工作者职业暴露的发生机率。本发明多功能气管套管使用安全,可适用于各种气管切开的患者,并且方便吸氧及气道湿化,操作灵活快捷,护理方便卫生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
图1的带侧管的气管套管,包括管头部带有气管封闭气囊1、管尾部设有固定翼3的气管套管本体2,气管封闭气囊1通过设在气管套管本体2内的通气管5与指示阀门4连接,指示阀门4连接打气装置;气管套管本体2设置有Y形的侧管6,侧管6包括伸入气管套管本体2内的侧管伸入部6-1和在气管套管本体2外的第一分管6-2和第二分管6-4;侧管伸入部6-1的前段设置有多个侧孔,防止侧管被痰液堵塞;第一分管6-2和第二分管6-4的管口端均设有胶塞6-3,第一分管6-2和第二分管6-4分别用于连接氧气管及气道湿化管;在不需要时予关闭小胶塞,以防止痰液及气体从侧管流出;当停呼吸机吸氧时,需要另接氧气或湿化时,则打开塞在第一分管6-2和第二分管6-4管头的胶塞6-3,并对第一分管6-2和第二分管6-4的接头部位消毒后连接氧气管及湿化管进行吸氧及湿化。

1.一种带侧管的气管套管,包括管头部带有气管封闭气囊(1)、管尾部设有固定翼(3)的气管套管本体(2),所述气管封闭气囊(1)通过设在所述气管套管本体(2)内的通气管(5)与指示阀门(4)连接,其特征在于:所述气管套管本体(2)设置有侧管(6),所述侧管(6)包括伸入所述气管套管本体(2)内的侧管伸入部(6-1)和在所述气管套管本体(2)外的第一分管(6-2)和第二分管(6-4);所述第一分管(6-2)和第二分管(6-4)的管口端均设有胶塞(6-3)。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的带侧管的气管套管,其特征在于:所述侧管伸入部(6-1)前段设置有多个侧孔。
