Abstract

本发明公开一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带,由袖带、气囊、气囊充气管组成,其特征在于袖带和气囊是上宽下窄的倒梯形;止血带袖带和气囊为宽度为9cm,宽边距为80-100cm,窄边距为77-97cm;用本发明所述的这种梯形下肢电动气压止血带,使用在下肢手术大腿止血,从根本上改变了目前止血带袖带上紧下松以致袖带缚扎区压力发布不均造成的神经和软组织的损伤,不但能减少手术视野的出血,方便术者的手术操作,缩短手术时间,为病人术后的康复提供有利条件,还能减少血资源的应用,减轻病人的经济负担,而且在使用的过程中有效避免肢体皮肤红肿、瘀斑、水泡止血带麻痹等止血带副损伤并发症的发生。

一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带
技术领域
本发明属于下肢手术大腿止血用品,具体来说是一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带。
背景技术
自1904年Harvey Cuslung首次在四肢手术中应用气压止血带以来,气压止血带已经成为医疗单位中骨科、外科、抢救室等部门常备的止血工具。从外观看,它主要由袖带、气囊及气压表组成。从原理上看,它是通过对止血袖带的压力控制,压迫肢体,阻断血液流动,达到止血目的。近年来,我们在下肢手术使用大腿止血带中发现,由于大腿的上下周径是逐渐递减的,而原来的袖带和气囊的上下宽度却没有随之递减,如图1所示,以致压力不均引发肢体皮肤红肿、瘀斑、水泡止血带麻疲等止血带副损伤并发症发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,设计一种新的下肢电动气压止血带大腿袖带,通过袖带上下宽度的递减,达到在使用的过程中避免肢体皮肤红肿、瘀斑、水泡止血带麻疲等止血带副损伤并发症的发生。
本发明是这样来实现的:一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带,由袖带、气囊、气囊充气管组成,气囊设置在袖带中,气囊连接有气囊充气管,袖带和气囊是上宽下窄的倒梯形。
优选的,所述袖带和气囊为宽度为9cm,宽边距为80-100cm,窄边距为77-97cm。
用本发明所述的一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带使用在下肢手术大腿止血,从根本上改变了目前止血带袖带上紧下松以致袖带缚扎区压力发布不均造成的神经和软组织的损伤,不但能减少手术视野的出血,方便术者的手术操作,缩短手术时间,为病人术后的康复提供有利条件,还能减少血资源的应用,减轻病人的经济负担,而且在使用的过程中有效避免肢体皮肤红肿、瘀斑、水泡止血带麻痹等止血带副损伤并发症的发生。

具体实施方式
现结合附图1-2对本发明作进一步说明,如图1所示,目前使用的止血带袖带,由袖带1、气囊2、气囊充气管3组成,由袖带、气囊、气囊充气管组成,气囊设置在袖带中,袖带由气囊撑起,气囊通过气囊充气管与外界连接,宽度为9cm,长度为90cm的长方形。通过对158例正常成人的大腿周径进行测量,按9cm宽的袖带,测量正常缚扎止血带处袖带上、下缘的周径。结果:158侧大腿止血带袖带上、下缘周径的平均值分别为53.2cm和48.9cm,相差4.3cm。测量点大腿周径平均为53.2cm,下测量点大腿周径平均为48.9cm,二者之差平均为4.3cm;上测量点最大值68cm,下测量点最大值67cm,上测量点最小值45cm,下测量点最小值40cm;左上最大值68cm,左上最小值45cm;左下最大值60cm,左下最小值40cm;右上最大值68cm,右上最小值45cm;右下最大值60cm,右下最小值40cm。故新设计的止血带袖带和气囊为宽度为9cm,宽边距为80-100cm,窄边距为77-97cm,如图2所示。

1.一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带,包括袖带、气囊和气囊充气管,其特征在于,所述气囊设置在袖带中,气囊连接有气囊充气管,袖带和气囊是上宽下窄的倒梯形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种梯形下肢电动气压止血带,其特征在于,所述袖带和气囊的宽度为9cm,宽边距为80-100cm,窄边距为77-97cm。
