本发明涉及建筑装修领域,具体涉及一种室内除醛剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对环境的要求也越来越高,尤其是对经常居住的生活空间的环境要求更是严格。众所周知,刚装修过的房屋总散发出一种刺鼻的气味,如果停留的时间稍长一点,人们就会感到有头昏、刺眼、喉痛、胸闷等不良反应,这多半是甲醛危害的直观表现。据全国各地的室内空气检测数据分析,装修后的室内空气都存在不同程度的空气污染,其中以甲醛污染最为严重。室内甲醛的主要来源是室内装修材料及家具,尤以所用人造板为甚。
室内甲醛污染影响人们的健康,已引起人们的高度关注,根据国内的医学杂志相关文献报道,室内甲醛对人体健康的危害可归纳为刺激作用、毒性作用和致癌作用。甲醛对人体的刺激作用主要表现为对眼睛、皮肤、粘膜的刺激作用,引起眼痛、流泪、皮炎等症状。气态甲醛眼刺激阈为0.06mg/m,嗅觉刺激阈为0.06-0.22mg/m3,上呼吸道刺激阈为0.12mg/m3。甲醛对人体的毒性作用主要是对眼部、呼吸系统、肺功能、神经系统功能和免疫系统具有毒性作用。甲醛也是一种较强的致突变、致癌物质,是引起肿瘤死亡的危险因素之一,动物实验多次证明甲醛既是致癌剂又是促癌剂。长期接触低剂量甲醛,可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,可引起鼻咽癌、结肠癌、脑瘤、细胞核的基因突变,DNA单链内交连和DNA与蛋白质交连及抑制DNA损伤的修复、妊娠综合征,可引起新生儿染色体异常、白血病,也可引起青少年记忆力和智力下降。在所有接触者中,儿童和孕妇对甲醛尤为敏感,危害也就更大。甲醛为较高毒性的物质,在我国有毒化学品优先控制名单上甲醛高居第二位。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种室内除醛剂,该除醛剂能高效除去空气中的甲醛,使用量少,安全环保。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种室内除醛剂,包括以下原料组分制得:二氧化硫脲、硫酸钠、聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖、瓜尔豆胶、邻双酚钾、丙三醇、高岭土、茶叶提取物。
优选的,所述二氧化硫脲、硫酸钠和聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖质量比为5-8:1-2:2-3。
优选的,所述高岭土粒径为100-150目。
优选的,所述茶叶提取物占所述室内除醛剂质量的10%。
本发明有益效果:本发明所述室内除醛剂的原料制备简单,使用方法简单,除甲醛效果好,使用后无残留,自然降解。

实施例1
一种室内除醛剂,按重量份数计,包括以下原料组分制得:二氧化硫脲5份、硫酸钠1份、聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖2份、瓜尔豆胶4份、邻双酚钾5份、丙三醇10份、高岭土5份、茶叶提取物3.5份。
实施例2
一种室内除醛剂,按重量份数计,包括以下原料组分制得:二氧化硫脲7份、硫酸钠1.5份、聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖2.5份、瓜尔豆胶7份、邻双酚钾6份、丙三醇15份、高岭土10份、茶叶提取物4份。
实施例3
一种室内除醛剂,按重量份数计,包括以下原料组分制得:二氧化硫脲8份、硫酸钠2份、聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖3份、瓜尔豆胶9份、邻双酚钾8份、丙三醇20份、高岭土15份、茶叶提取物7份。

1.一种室内除醛剂,其特征在于:包括以下原料组分制得:二氧化硫脲、硫酸钠、聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖、瓜尔豆胶、邻双酚钾、丙三醇、高岭土、茶叶提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内除醛剂,其特征在于:所述二氧化硫脲、硫酸钠和聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖质量比为5-8:1-2:2-3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内除醛剂,其特征在于:所述高岭土粒径为100-150目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内除醛剂,其特征在于:所述茶叶提取物占所述室内除醛剂质量的10%。
