When the difference between the digital data of the nth frame signal and the digital data of the (N + 1) th frame signal is smaller than the reference value, the micro control module directly sends the two adjacent frame signals to the conversion module 35 for conversion. And the difference value between the digital data of the two adjacent frames of signals is smaller than the reference value, so that the still picture or the relatively flat moving picture is indicated.
In this embodiment, the system board is used for converting a signal of a signal generator (not shown) into a VBYONE signal after receiving the signal of the signal generator.
