Abstract
本发明公开了电池封装技术领域的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,包括压胶带机构和贴胶带机构,所述压胶带机构包括上连接板、上安装板、压胶带气缸、移动块和压板,所述贴胶带机构包括下安装板、贴胶带气缸和锁紧块,贴胶带气缸的输出连接有气缸连接板,在气缸连接板上设有贴胶带组件,该贴胶带组件包括两轴承座、定贴胶带块、动贴胶带块和旋转电机,贴胶带块和动贴胶带块的一端为吸气端,另一端为吹气端,吸气端的内部贯穿有吸气通道,所述气缸连接板的左下方设有电机座。本发明的封装贴胶带机构,通过动贴胶带块的旋转式进行贴胶带,上下贴胶带不再是分开贴,工序少,效率更高,而且把电池顶封边贴上了胶带,防止了漏电和短路不安全的因素,确保电芯的封装质量,提高安全。

一种真空封装贴胶带机构
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及电池封装技术领域,特别涉及一种真空封装贴胶带机构。
背景技术
[0002] 在锂离子电芯的生产过程中,锂离子电芯在注液封装完后,需要对电芯进行封装, 进行切底侧边,铝塑膜切口是导电的,所以要对底侧边进行贴胶带,起到保护和绝缘作用, 传统的电芯封装贴胶带都是采用一面贴完,再翻转贴另一面,这样的贴胶带方式,工序多, 降低了生产效率,贴胶带时,上下分开贴,位置精度无法保证而影响电池的封装质量,同时 也影响贴胶带效果,而且电池中间铝塑膜切口贴不到,容易造成漏电和短路,不安全。上述 问题,亟待解决。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是解决以上缺陷,提供一种真空封装贴胶带机构,通过动贴胶带块 的旋转式进行贴胶带,工序少,效率更高,防止了漏电和短路不安全的因素,确保电芯的封 装质量,提高安全。

[0005] —种真空封装贴胶带机构,包括压胶带机构和贴胶带机构,所述压胶带机构包括 上连接板、上安装板、压胶带气缸、移动块和压板,上安装板的顶侧与上连接板的后侧相固 定,以使形成直角形结构,同时在上连接板与上安装板之间设有两块加强块,所述压胶带气 缸安装在上安装板上,压胶带气缸输出与移动块连接,压板固定在移动块的一侧,压胶带气 缸动作带动移动块,使压板沿着移动块上下移动,所述贴胶带机构包括下安装板、贴胶带气 缸和锁紧块,贴胶带气缸设在下安装板上,贴胶带气缸的输出连接有气缸连接板,在气缸连 接板上设有贴胶带组件,贴胶带气缸动作时带动气缸连接板,实现贴胶带组件的上升和下 降,该贴胶带组件包括两轴承座、定贴胶带块、动贴胶带块和旋转电机,其中,两轴承座分别 设于气缸连接板的两端,在两轴承座上分别设有旋转块,定贴胶带块固定在气缸连接板的 表面,动贴胶带块的两端分别设在旋转块上,且与定贴胶带块并列设置,贴胶带块和动贴胶 带块的一端为吸气端,另一端为吹气端,吸气端的内部贯穿有吸气通道,吸气端的顶面设有 若干个吸胶带孔,吸气端的一侧设有若干个用于与真空气管连接的吸气孔,吸气孔、吸胶带 孔和吸气通道相连导通,所述吹气端的内部贯穿有吹气通道,吹气端的顶面设有两个以上 的吹胶带孔,吹气端的一侧设有至少一个以上用于与真空气管连接的吹气孔,吹气孔、吹胶 带孔和吹气通道相连导通,所述气缸连接板的左下方设有电机座,旋转电机安装在电机座 上,旋转电机连接有传动皮带,传动皮带与轴承座连接,旋转电机动作带动传动皮带,彳专动 皮带带动旋转块,使动贴胶带块随着旋转块L来回摆动。
[0006] 作为优选地,所述气缸连接板的右下方设有用于控制动贴胶带块的复位行程开关 和旋转行程开,复位行程开关和旋转行程开与动贴胶带块连接。
[0007] 作为优选地,所述贴胶带气缸上设有气缸固定块,贴胶带气缸设于下安装板的后 侧由气缸固定块锁走。
[0008] 作为优选地,所述上连接板与气缸安装板之间设有两块加强块,该加强块由直角 形结构构成。
[0009] 作为优选地,所述安装板的一侧设有与贴胶带设备配合安装的连接座,连接座上 设有安装孔。
[0010] 作为优选地,所述上连接板的前侧设有限制上连接板向前移动调节距离的限位 块。

[0014] 本发明所产生的有益效果是:本发明的封装贴胶带机构,通过动贴胶带块的旋转 式进行贴胶带,可同时进行上下贴胶带,不需要分开贴,贴完电池底侧边下表面再弯转来贴 上表面,工序少,效率更高,而且把电池中间口也贴上了胶带,防止了漏电和短路不安全的 因素,确保电芯的封装质量,提高安全。

[0019]本实施例,参照图1〜图2,本方案中的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,包括压胶带机构 和贴胶带机构,所述压胶带机构包括上连接板1、上安装板2、压胶带气缸3、移动块4和压板 5,上安装板2的顶侧与上连接板1的后侧相固定,以使形成直角形结构,同时在上连接板1与 上安装板2之间设有两块加强块6,所述压胶带气缸3安装在上安装板2上,压胶带气缸3输出 与移动块4连接,压板5固定在移动块4的一侧,压胶带气缸3动作带动移动块4,使压板5沿着 移动块4上下移动,所述贴胶带机构包括下安装板7和贴胶带气缸8,贴胶带气缸8设在下安 装板7上,贴胶带气缸8的输出连接有气缸连接板10,在气缸连接板1〇上设有贴胶带组件,贴 胶带气缸8动作时带动气缸连接板10,实现贴胶带组件的上升和下降,该贴胶带组件包括两 轴承座11、定贴胶带块12、动贴胶带块13和旋转电机14,其中,两轴承座11分别设于气缸连 接板10的两端,在两轴承座11上分别设有旋转块15,定贴胶带块12固定在气缸连接板10的 表面,动贴胶带块13的两端分别设在旋转块15上,且与定贴胶带块12并列设置,贴胶带块和 动人占胶市块I3的一端为吸气端,另一端为吹气端,吸气端的内部贯穿有吸气通道,吸气端的 顶面设有若干个吸胶带孔]_6,吸气端的一侧设有若干个用于与真空气管连接的吸气孔17, 吸气孔17、吸胶带孔I6和吸气通道相连导通,所述吹气端的内部贯穿有吹气通道,吹气端的 顶面设有两个以上的吹胶带孔18,吹气端的一侧设有至少一个以上用于与真空气管连接的 吹气孔19,吹气孔19、吹胶带孔I8和吹气通道相连导通,所述气缸连接板1〇的左下方设有电 机座20,旋转电机14安装在电机座20上,旋转电机14连接有传动皮带21,传动皮带21与轴承 座11连接,旋转电机14动作带动传动皮带21,传动皮带21带动旋转块15,使动贴胶带块13随 着旋转块15来回摆动。

1. 一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:包括压胶带机构和贴胶带机构,所述压胶带 机构包括上连接板、上安装板、压胶带气缸、移动块和压板,上安装板的顶侧与上连接板的 后侧相固定,以使形成直角形结构,同时在上连接板与上安装板之间设有两块加强块,所述 压胶带气缸安装在上安装板上,压胶带气缸输出与移动块连接,压板固定在移动块的一侧, 压胶带气缸动作带动移动块,使压板随着移动块上下移动,所述贴胶带机构包括下安装板 和贴胶带气缸,贴胶带气缸设在下安装板上,贴胶带气缸的输出连接有气缸连接板,在气缸 连接板上设有贴胶带组件,贴胶带气缸动作时带动气缸连接板,实现贴胶带组件的上升和 下降,该贴胶带组件包括两轴承座、定贴胶带块、动贴胶带块和旋转电机,其中,两轴承座分 别设于气缸连接板的两端,在两轴承座上分别设有旋转块,定贴胶带块固定在气缸连接板 的表面,动贴胶带块的两端分别设在旋转块上,且与定贴胶带块并列设置,贴胶带块和动贴 胶带块的一端为吸气端,另一端为吹气端,吸气端的内部贯穿有吸气通道,吸气端的顶面设 有若干个吸胶带孔,吸气端的一侧设有若干个用于与真空气管连接的吸气孔,吸气孔、吸胶 带孔和吸气通道相连导通,所述吹气端的内部贯穿有吹气通道,吹气端的顶面设有两个以 上的吹胶带孔,吹气端的一侧设有至少一个以上用于与真空气管连接的吹气孔,吹气孔、吹 胶带孔和吹气通道相连导通,所述气缸连接板的左下方设有电机座,旋转电机安装在电机 座上,旋转电机连接有传动皮带,传动皮带与轴承座连接,旋转电机动作带动传动皮带,传 动皮带带动旋转块,使动贴胶带块随着旋转块来回摆动。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:所述气缸连接板的右 下方设有用于控制动贴胶带块的复位行程开关和旋转行程开,复位行程开关和旋转行程开 与动贴胶带块连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:所述贴胶带气缸上设 有气缸固定块,贴胶带气缸设于下安装板的后侧由气缸固定块锁定。
4. 根据权利要求1〜3任意一项所述的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:所述上 连接板与气缸安装板之间设有两块加强块,该加强块由直角形结构构成。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:所述安装板的一侧设 有与贴胶带设备配合安装的连接座,连接座上设有安装孔。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种真空封装贴胶带机构,其特征在于:所述上连接板的前侧 设有限制上连接板向前移动调节距离的限位块。
