Abstract

本发明公开了一种工程绘图纸及其抄造方法,由漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆经分别打浆后配浆、抄造而成,本发明产品定量为79~81g/ m2,ISO白度107‑109%,耐折度大于15次,厚度104‑108微米,平滑度大于25s,水分为4.5~5.5%,抗水性Cobb值20~30g/ m2,动摩擦系数低于0.35,纵向湿强度大于4N/15mm。本发明解决了工程绘图纸打印时的固墨问题,纸张细腻性与过机性能冲突问题,以及成本过高的问题。

一种工程绘图纸及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工程绘图纸及其抄造方法。
背景技术
工程绘图纸用于工程图、机械图、地形图等的打印用纸,也适于铅笔、钢笔等书写。该产品要求适用喷墨打印(水性墨),具有良好固墨效果,纸张表面要求细腻平滑,打印色彩还原度好,线条清晰,同时要求纸张具有良好过机性能,挺度好,尺寸稳定性好;另外,产品要求白度高,尘埃度小,纸质要求优良的耐折性,并有一定的湿强度。
目前,国内工程复印纸数码打印效果差、纸张表面粗糙,手感差,同时存在针叶木化学浆用量过大,成本过高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种数码打印效果好、纸张表面光滑,手感好,并且生产成本低的工程绘图纸及其制造方法。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:一种工程绘图纸,由漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆经分别打浆后配浆、抄造而成,其特征在于:(1)所述浆料的重量配比为漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆∶漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆15-20:80~85,化学浆打浆均采用羧甲基纤维素钠辅助打浆;(2)辅料用量为:(A)羧甲基纤维素钠对绝干浆用量:0.1~0.5%;(B)湿强剂PAE为固含量12%的PAE溶液,对绝干浆用量为0.7~1.0%;(C)纸张表面施胶润滑剂为硬脂酸钙类,用量0.5-1.0kg/t纸;(D)表面施胶中,有机固色剂用量3-10kg/t纸,CaCl2用量10-15kg/t纸;(E)施胶剂为ASA,用量:0.8~3.0kg/t纸;(F)浆内阳离子玉米淀粉:8-12kg/t纸;(G)表面施胶酶转化淀粉70-90kg/t纸;(H)填料轻质碳酸钙150~180kg/t纸。
本发明上述工程绘图纸的制造方法,其特征在于:包括用料为漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆,经分别打浆后配浆、抄造, (1) 所述浆料的重量配比为漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆∶漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆15-20:80~85,浆料打浆度:漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆:40~500SR;漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆:30~350SR;化学浆打浆均采用羧甲基纤维素钠辅助打浆;(2)辅料用量为:(A)羧甲基纤维素钠对绝干浆用量:0.1~0.5%;(B)湿强剂PAE为固含量12%的PAE溶液,对绝干浆用量为0.7~1.0%;(C)纸张表面施胶润滑剂为硬脂酸钙类,用量0.5-1.0kg/t纸;(D)表面施胶中,有机固色剂用量3-10kg/t纸,CaCl2用量10-15kg/t纸;(E)施胶剂为ASA,用量:0.8~3.0kg/t纸;(F)浆内阳离子玉米淀粉:8-12kg/t纸;(G)表面施胶酶转化淀粉70-90kg/t纸;(H)填料轻质碳酸钙150~180kg/t纸;(3)上网工艺条件:(A)上网浓度:0.95~1.15%;(B)上网PH值:8.0~8.5;(C)上网打浆度:40~500SR。
本发明产品特性:定量为79~81g/ m2,ISO白度107-109%,耐折度大于15次,厚度104-108微米,平滑度大于25s,水分为4.5~5.5%,抗水性Cobb值20~30g/ m2,动摩擦系数低于0.35,纵向湿强度大于4N/15mm。
本发明采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆配抄,采取以下技术解决国内工程复印纸数码打印效果差、纸张表面粗糙、手感差及成本过高的问题。(1)纸张纤维表面的具有阴电性特征,而喷墨打印所用水性墨粒子也为阴电性,致使染料粒子无法有效的固着在纸张表面,我们在表面施胶中,添加3-10kg/t纸有机固色剂及10-15kg/t纸的CaCl2,改变纸张表面电性,从而改善了纸张表面对水墨的亲和力,进而解决了喷墨打印中固墨效果差的问题;(2)国内目前生产工程复印纸,为满足纸张过机性能及耐折度要求,需要添加大比例的针叶木化学浆,使得成本过高,我们通过采用以下方法降低针叶木浆比例:一是使用羧甲基纤维素钠辅助打浆,改善打浆效果,使得在同样打浆强度下,获得更高的纸浆强度及纤维平均长度,从而获得良好的纸张耐折度;二是提高通过提高表面施胶量(表面施胶淀粉采用酶转化淀粉,表面施胶综合成本低于综合浆价),改善纸张强度及表面细腻性。(3)、采用以下办法改善纸张表面手感及细腻性,一是羧甲基纤维素钠辅助化学浆打浆,可改善纤维分丝帚化,减少纤维切断,提高纸张表面细腻性;二是通过在表面施胶添加润滑剂,改善纸张手感。
本发明采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆配抄,采用先进的生产工艺,解决了国内工程复印纸打印时的固墨问题,纸张细腻性与过机性能冲突问题(纸张平滑度高时,纸张紧度降低,挺度下降,影响过机),以及成本过高的问题,对国内工程绘图纸市场有着重要的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施实例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆打至450SR、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆打至320SR;按15∶85配比调制混合浆,加入(A)羧甲基纤维素钠对绝干浆用量:0.3%;(B)湿强剂PAE:0.8%;(C)纸张表面施胶润滑剂(硬脂酸钙类)用量0.6kg/t纸;(D)表面施胶中,有机固色剂用量8kg/t纸;CaCl2用量15kg/t纸;(E)施胶剂ASA用量:0.9kg/t纸;(F)浆内阳离子玉米淀粉:10kg/t纸;(G)表面施胶酶转化淀粉80kg/t纸;(H)填料轻质碳酸钙170kg/t纸。纸料经网部成形、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光整饰、 卷取、复卷得到用户要求规格尺寸的产品。
抄造上网浓度:0.102%;(B)上网PH值:8.2;(C)上网打浆度:450SR。网部车速1200m/min,压榨压力,一压线压700KN/m,二压900KN/m;出干燥水分为5.1%;软压光线压80KN/m。
制得产品定量为79.9g/ m2,ISO白度108.1%,耐折度21次,厚度107微米,平滑度大于30s,水分为5.1%,抗水性Cobb值25.5g/ m2,动摩擦系数0.30,纵向湿强度4.5N/15mm。
实施例2:
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆打至470SR、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆打至330SR;按18∶82配比调制混合浆,加入(A)羧甲基纤维素钠对绝干浆用量:0.5%;(B)湿强剂PAE:1.0%;(C)纸张表面施胶润滑剂(硬脂酸钙类)用量0.7kg/t纸;(D)表面施胶中,有机固色剂用量7.5kg/t纸;CaCl2用量12.5kg/t纸;(E)施胶剂ASA用量:1.2kg/t纸;(F)浆内阳离子玉米淀粉:9kg/t纸;(G)表面施胶酶转化淀粉78kg/t纸;(H)填料轻质碳酸钙175kg/t纸。纸料经网部成形、压榨、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥、压光整饰、 卷取、复卷得到用户要求规格尺寸的产品。
抄造上网浓度:1.11%;(B)上网PH值:8.4;(C)上网打浆度:450SR。网部车速1230m/min,压榨压力,一压线压700KN/m,二压900KN/m;出干燥水分为5.0%;软压光线压80KN/m。
制得产品定量为80.2g/ m2,ISO白度108.3%,耐折度19次,厚度106微米,平滑度29s,水分为5.0%,抗水性Cobb值26g/ m2,动摩擦系数0.30,纵向湿强度4.8N/15mm。

1.一种工程绘图纸,由漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆经分别打浆后配浆、抄造而成,其特征在于:(1)所述浆料的重量配比为漂白硫酸盐针叶木化学浆∶漂白硫酸盐阔叶木化学浆15-20:80~85,化学浆打浆均采用羧甲基纤维素钠辅助打浆;(2)辅料用量为:(A)羧甲基纤维素钠对绝干浆用量:0.1~0.5%;(B)湿强剂PAE为固含量12%的PAE溶液,对绝干浆用量为0.7~1.0%;(C)纸张表面施胶润滑剂为硬脂酸钙类,用量0.5-1.0kg/t纸;(D)表面施胶中,有机固色剂用量3-10kg/t纸,CaCl2用量10-15kg/t纸;(E)施胶剂为ASA,用量:0.8~3.0kg/t纸;(F)浆内阳离子玉米淀粉:8-12kg/t纸;(G)表面施胶酶转化淀粉70-90kg/t纸;(H)填料轻质碳酸钙150~180kg/t纸。
