技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方。
背景技术：
布氏杆菌病是一种全世界广泛分布的人兽共患慢性细菌传染病。布氏杆菌可感染人类、多种家畜和野生动物，引起相似的临床症状与病理损伤，导致巨大的经济损失和严重的公共卫生问题。布氏杆菌的侵入感染可经呼吸、消化、生殖系统粘膜，以及损伤甚至未损伤完整皮肤等多种途径，通过接触或食入感染动物的分泌物、体液、尸体及污染的肉、奶食品建立感染。
布氏杆菌病急性期症状主要表现为：起病缓慢，突出表现为寒战、发热、多汗，发热平均为2～3周，数日至2周后再次发势，呈波浪起伏，热型多为弛张热，也可呈不规则热；关节痛，主要为大关节，呈游走性，少数伴关节红肿，或肌肉疼痛；淋巴结及肝脾肿大，淋巴结肿大主要见于颈部及腋下；慢性期症状主要表现为：可由急性期发展而来，也可无急性病史，常见症状有疲乏，出汗，头痛，低热，抑郁，烦躁，肌肉及关节酸痛。
近年来，对数万份人的血清调查显示，布氏杆菌感染阳性率逐年增加。由于布氏杆菌病为细胞内繁殖，不易治愈，目前，国内外针对布氏杆菌病主要以预防为主，缺乏特异有效的治疗手段，而采用抗菌素大剂量、长时间的治疗收效有限，复发率高，且存在不同程度的副作用，如服用抗菌素的人会经历恶心，腹泻，呕吐和胃痉挛，以及引起口腔或阴道酵母菌感染，这些副作用还会随着时间进展而进一步恶化，有效治疗布氏杆菌病成为世界性的难题。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)1-3份，红茶1-3份，红铜灰(制)0.02-0.06份。
优选的，所述一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)2份，红茶2份，红铜灰(制)0.04份。
所述一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，可制成散剂、蜜丸、胶囊、片剂或汤剂中的任意一种。
其中，颤郸为三年以上的温带草原上牲畜粪便，经自然晾晒干燥，放置三年以上。牲畜粪便为马粪、牛粪、羊粪、骆驼粪或猪粪中的任意一种。
颤郸的炮制方法：将颤郸粗加工后，用少许黄油或香油文火炒后制成粉末。
红铜灰为天然矿物，自然铜Native copper经炮制而成。红铜灰(制)具有祛湿攻毒,消肿止痛，杀菌、祛除血毒作用。
红茶具有生津清热、利尿、解毒、消炎杀菌的功效。
颤郸具有开窍、消肿作用，可引领药物入胞，杀死微病毒和细菌。
本发明的优点在于：用于治疗布氏杆菌病，一般用药3-5天见效，治愈率高达98％以上，无副作用，成本低，复发率极低。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)1份，红茶1份，红铜灰(制)0.02份，制成散剂。服用方法：早、晚服用，每次1g。
实施例2：一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)3份，红茶3份，红铜灰(制)0.06份，制成蜜丸，每丸蜜丸的有效成分重量为3g,早晚各服1丸。
实施例3：一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)2份，红茶2份，红铜灰(制)0.04份。
制备及服用方法：每天按重量比例称取颤郸(炮制)2g，红茶2g，红铜灰(制)0.04g，加入1000ml水，大火烧开后，小火熬制半个小时，然后过滤制得汤剂，将制得的汤剂以日常饮用水方式服用。
实施例4：收集2010年至今服用本发明药剂治疗的布氏杆菌病患者120例，全部病例均经布氏杆菌抗体检测(血清凝集实验)确诊阳性。120例病例中男88例，女32例，年龄在17岁-56岁之间，其中，17岁-27岁年龄段有15例，28岁-40岁年龄段有68例，41岁-56岁年龄段有37例；以上病例均伴有不同程度的乏力、多汗、发热、关节痛症状。
服用本发明制剂3-5天后，患者乏力、多汗、关节痛症状明显缓解，服用本发明制剂7-15天后，症状基本消失，服用本发明制剂20天左右后，症状完全消失。停用本发明制剂30后，经布氏杆菌抗体检测(血清凝集实验)，118例患者确诊阴性，2例患者身体症状消失，但检测结果仍显阳性。治愈后一年随访，有3例患者复发，再次用本发明制剂治疗，月余治愈，随访至今未复发。
综上所述，用本发明制剂治疗布氏杆菌病患者的治愈率达98％以上，复发率为2.5％。

1.一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其特征在于，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)1-3份，红茶1-3份，红铜灰(制)0.02-0.06份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其特征在于，其包括如下重量份的组分：颤郸(炮制)2份，红茶2份，红铜灰(制)0.04份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种治疗布氏杆菌病的配方，其特征在于，其可制成散剂、蜜丸、胶囊、片剂或汤剂中的任意一种。
