Abstract
本发明提供了一种户外广告机,包括箱体及与所述箱体铰接的后门,所述箱体与所述后门相对的一侧设有显示屏,所述箱体内显示屏下端还设有送风道,所述后门下端设有进风道,所述进风道与所述送风道位置相对应、且当后门关闭时进风道与所述送风道连接,所述后门上端设有排风道,所述排风道设有排风扇,所述进风道内还设有进风道过滤装置,所述进风道进气孔上端设有与所述进风道连通的进风道更换小门。设置显示屏专用散热风道,送风道与进风道连通直接从外部进风,改善了高亮屏的散热效果,并且当需要更换过滤装置时,只需打开底部及两侧进气位置的更换小门便可方便、快速地更换过滤装置,无需专业人员操作,简单易学,且无任何风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种户外广告机。
背景技术
目前户外广告机散热装置采用空调及风扇散热两种方式:但是空调成本较高;风扇散热是通过在底部进风,顶部风扇排风的方式,但是进风风道因加装了过滤棉而增大了风阻,减少了进风量,为平衡排风量必须增加进风面积;而广告机因造型、底部空间的制约,增加的进风面积非常有限,难以满足机器工作时的散热要求;户外广告机的组成自身就是一个高温箱:高亮屏(亮度达1500-2000)、大功率电源、电脑及多功能电路、如55寸户外广告机:整机功率在600W以上;储备功率在800W以上;整机箱体由1.5mm以上钢板加工成型,放置在户外工作,在夏天、特别是南方高温、高湿、多雨的环境里,因电器防水要求,整体结构密不透风,进风道加装单层或多层过滤棉,钢板自身的吸热效应等;机器不工作时,箱体内的温度都高于户外温度若干度;若工作时至少高于户外15度以上。
现有户外广告机都是共用进气风道,在箱体内屏前面加装一
个独立风道,采用4-5只风扇进风,等于在箱体内再增加一套显示屏进气装置,所用空气为整机底部共用进气过滤后的空气,相当于空气从外部进入到广告机内,再通过风扇将一部分风送入到显示屏一侧,从而对整机及显示屏进行通风散热。
顶部排气加屏专用风道底部吸气风道,会造成共用进气网进气量不足,箱体内外气压不平衡,箱体内易形成负压,不利于空气流动。
箱体内的空气温度高于箱体外的环境温度,不利于屏前面散热,这是因为LCD屏的结构特殊(屏玻璃在工作时温度远高于背面金属板温度,玻璃散热慢);
大大减少了屏进气风道风扇的寿命;又增大了整机的能耗。
过高的温度导致屏花、屏黑效应,最终导致可能损坏贵重的LCD屏及电器。
而且,现有的户外广告机,由于都需要进行通风散热,所以都会在进风口设置过滤装置,但是现有的广告机都需要将大门打开更换过滤装置,大门打开后,机器背后全部暴露在环境空气中,灰尘、雾霾等易大量进入,造成人为二次污染,特别是高清屏玻璃面的污染,降到了图像的清晰度,增加了清洁屏玻璃的成本,还有因机器背面安装有大功率电源、电脑、启动开关、保护装置等电器设备,非专业人员不允许随意打开后大门,以免发生意外,必须由专业人员更换过滤棉,从而大大增加了人员成本。
因过滤装置需定期更换(3-6个月);灰尘严重的地区为1-3个月更换;后大门上安装有排气装置、进气装置等,尺寸大、质量重;频繁地开关,易造成大门移位、倾斜、变形等;即影响外形又易造成防水装置因门变形而渗漏,严重时会造成电器短路、漏电等事故。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种散热效果好、且方便更换过滤装置的户外广告机。
本发明提供了一种户外广告机,包括箱体及与所述箱体铰接的后门,所述箱体与所述后门相对的一侧设有显示屏,所述箱体内显示屏下端还设有送风道,所述送风道设有送风道进气孔及送风道排气孔,所述送风道进气孔设有送风扇及与所述送风扇贴合的对接板,所述后门下端设有进风道,所述进风道设有进风道进气孔及进风道排气孔,所述进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔位置相对应、且当后门关闭时进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔连接,所述后门上端设有排风道,所述排风道设有排风道进气孔及排风道出气孔,所述排风道进气孔设有排风扇,所述进风道内还设有进风道过滤装置,所述进风道进气孔上端设有与所述进风道连通的进风道更换小门。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述送风道设有多个送风道进气孔、且每个所述送风道进气孔对应一个所述送风扇,所述进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔个数相同。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进风道排气孔设有海绵垫。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述后门下端的箱体上设有下进风道,所述下进风道设有下进风道进气孔、下进风道出气孔及下进风道过滤装置,所述箱体位于下进风道进气孔上端处设有与所述下进风道连通的下进风道更换小门。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述箱体两侧分别设有一侧进风道,所述侧进风道设有侧进风道进气孔、侧进风道出气孔及侧进风道过滤装置,所述箱体上与所述侧进风道位置对应处还设有侧进风道更换小门,所述侧进风道进气孔设于所述侧进风道更换小门上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述后门还设有电源开关小门。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进风道更换小门、下进风道更换小门、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门均设有防水机构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进风道更换小门、下进风道更换小门、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门均设有门锁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进风道过滤装置、下进风道过滤装置及侧进风道过滤装置均为过滤棉或过滤网。
本发明的有益效果是:设置显示屏专用散热风道,送风道与进风道连通直接从外部进风,改善了高亮屏的散热效果,降低了屏花、屏黑的风险;保证了产品的性能,延长了产品的使用寿命,可兼容市面上所有的户外广告散热系统,并且当需要更换过滤装置时,只需打开底部及两侧进气位置的更换小门便可方便、快速地更换过滤装置,无需专业人员操作,简单易学,且无任何风险。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7所示,本发明公开了一种户外广告机,包括箱体1、前门11及后门2,显示屏9设于前门11与箱体1之间,所述箱体1内显示屏9下端设有送风道34,所述送风道34设有送风道进气孔及送风道排气孔,所述送风道进气孔设有送风扇35,送风扇35外侧设有对接板36,所述后门2下端内侧与送风道34位置相对应处设有进风道33,所述进风道33设有进风道进气孔31及进风道排气孔,所述进风道排气孔与送风道进气孔位置相对应、且当后门2关闭后,进风道排气孔与送风道进气孔相连接,所述进风道进气孔31设置在后门2上、且设有若干个并且成网状结构,所述后门2上端设有排风道,所述排风道设有排风道进气孔及排风道出气孔61,所述排风道进气孔设有排风扇,当散热系统工作时,送风扇35及排风扇均工作,空气从广告机外部通过进风道进气孔31进入到进风道33内,再通过送风扇35进入到送风道34内,之后从送风道排气孔排出到显示屏9前部,由于排风扇的作用,空气从显示屏9前面下端向上运动通过排风道排除广告机外,从而完成对显示屏9的散热,这样直接从广告机外部进风对显示屏9进行散热,相较于现有广告机从广告机内部取风给显示屏9散热其吸取的空气温度更低,其散热效果更好,并且所述进风道33内还设有进风道33过滤装置,所述进风道进气孔31上端设有与所述进风道连通的进风道更换小门32,更换进风道过滤装置时通过进风道更换小门32进行更换,更加方便快捷。
所述送风道设有多个送风道进气孔、且每个所述送风道进气孔对应一个所述送风扇35,所述进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔个数相同,所述排风道设有多个排风道进气孔、且每个所述排风道进气孔对应一个所述排风扇,增大进风量,提高散热效果。
所述进风道排气孔设有高密度海绵垫37,起到密封作用。
所述后门2下端的箱体1上设有下进风道,所述下进风道设有下进风道进气孔41、下进风道出气孔及下进风道过滤装置43,所述箱体1位于下进风道进气孔41上端处设有与所述下进风道连通的下进风道更换小门42,下进风道更换小门42打开后能够直接将下进风道过滤装置43取出更换或清洁,不需要再将整个后门2打开才能对过滤装置进行更换,更加方便、快捷,也不会发生意外。
所述箱体1两侧分别设有一侧进风道,所述侧进风道设有侧进风道进气孔、侧进风道出气孔及侧进风道过滤装置52,所述箱体1上与所述侧进风道位置对应处还设有侧进风道更换小门51,所述侧进风道进气孔设于所述侧进风道更换小门51上,所述侧进风道进气孔为向下设置的百叶穿结构,侧进风道能够辅助进风,加强对箱体1内部的散热效果,同样更换侧进风道过滤装置52也非常方便,也不需要打开后门2就能更换。
通过设置下进风道及侧进风道来对广告机内部显示屏9后面的其他电子元器件进行通风散热,从而达到对整机的有效散热,而且增加了进风量,进一步加强散热效果。
所述后门2还设有电源开关小门21,方便对电源开关7的控制,不用打开大门就能进行操作,保证操作安全及防灰作用。
所述进风道更换小门32、下进风道更换小门42、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门21均设有防水机构8,所述防水机构8为通过防水垫或在小门内框设置防水槽。
所述进风道更换小门32、下进风道更换小门42、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门21均设有门锁,防止非工作人员打开发生危险。
所述进风道过滤装置、下进风道过滤装置43及侧进风道过滤装置52为过滤网或过滤棉,可以根据不同的过滤要求进行更换。
全套装置采用金属加工,具有结构合理、加工方便、可适用于目前任一款户外广告机的应用。
由于风道的分离,整机散热性能得到显著改善,而增加的成本只是在原专用风道上加装一个对接板36、进风道33的进风道排气孔与送风道34的送风道进气孔相对接,该装置具有成本低廉(钣金或型材加工)、效果显著、兼容性强等特点,改善了高亮屏的散热效果,降低了屏花、屏黑的风险;保证了产品的性能,延长了产品的使用寿命,可兼容市面上所有的户外广告散热系统,并且,现有的户外广告机中采用的都是内置式过滤棉方式,而外置式的过滤棉装置简化了更换方式,避免了大门的打开所造成的二次污染,因无需专业人员的操作而降低了人员的维护成本;改善了户外广告机的空气流动性,降低了屏花、屏黑的风险;保证了产品的性能,延长了产品的使用寿命,可兼容市面上所有的户外广告。

1.一种户外广告机,其特征在于:包括箱体及与所述箱体铰接的后门,所述箱体与所述后门相对的一侧设有显示屏,所述箱体内显示屏下端还设有送风道,所述送风道设有送风道进气孔及送风道排气孔,所述送风道进气孔设有送风扇及与所述送风扇贴合的对接板,所述后门下端设有进风道,所述进风道设有进风道进气孔及进风道排气孔,所述进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔位置相对应、且当后门关闭时进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔连接,所述后门上端设有排风道,所述排风道设有排风道进气孔及排风道出气孔,所述排风道进气孔设有排风扇,所述进风道内还设有进风道过滤装置,所述进风道进气孔上端设有与所述进风道连通的进风道更换小门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述送风道设有多个送风道进气孔、且每个所述送风道进气孔对应一个所述送风扇,所述进风道排气孔与所述送风道进气孔个数相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述进风道排气孔设有海绵垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述后门下端的箱体上设有下进风道,所述下进风道设有下进风道进气孔、下进风道出气孔及下进风道过滤装置,所述箱体位于下进风道进气孔上端处设有与所述下进风道连通的下进风道更换小门。
5.根据权利要求4所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述箱体两侧分别设有一侧进风道,所述侧进风道设有侧进风道进气孔、侧进风道出气孔及侧进风道过滤装置,所述箱体上与所述侧进风道位置对应处还设有侧进风道更换小门,所述侧进风道进气孔设于所述侧进风道更换小门上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述后门还设有电源开关小门。
7.根据权利要求6所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述进风道更换小门、下进风道更换小门、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门均设有防水机构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述进风道更换小门、下进风道更换小门、侧进风大道更换小门及电源开关小门均设有门锁。
9.根据权利要求5所述的户外广告机,其特征在于:所述进风道过滤装置、下进风道过滤装置及侧进风道过滤装置均为过滤棉或过滤网。
