本发明公开了一种铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法,包括以下步骤:选取超声波探伤仪,准备轧辊在径向检测时所需探头:1MHZ单晶直探头,规格Ф34mm,打开超声波探伤仪的双晶模式,用两根单晶线分别连接两个1MHZ单晶直探头;把量程调至大于所需测量轧辊的直径,双探头平行方向进行移动,两个探头一个进行信号发射,一个接收,如果探伤仪无正常底波反射则表明此处内部存在裂纹性缺陷。本发明与传统技术相比,通过双探头检测方法完全避免超声波检测的盲区。

技术领域
本发明属于钢铁锻造领域,具体涉及一种铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法。
背景技术
铸造BD辊因为在加工前期,轧辊的冒口连接在上面,无法对轧辊的全轴向进行超声波检测。由于孔型的限制,导致超声波检测的时候存在一定的盲区。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:一种铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取超声波探伤仪,准备轧辊在径向检测时所需探头:1MHZ单晶直探头,规格Ф34mm,
(2)打开超声波探伤仪的双晶模式,用两根单晶线分别连接两个1MHZ单晶直探头;
(3)把量程调至大于所需测量轧辊的直径,双探头平行方向进行移动,两个探头一个进行信号发射,一个接收,如果探伤仪无正常底波反射则表明此处内部存在裂纹性缺陷。
其中,所述超声波探伤仪为USM-GO型超声波探伤仪。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过双探头检测方法完全避免超声波检测的盲区。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
选取一台鉴定合格的超声波探伤仪如:USM-GO。轧辊在径向检测时所需探头:1MHZ单晶直探头,规格Ф34mm;打开超声波探伤仪的双晶模式,用两根单晶线分别连接两个1MHZ单晶直探头;把量程调至大于所需测量轧辊的直径,双探头平行方向进行移动,两个探头一个进行信号发射,一个接收,如果探伤仪无正常底波反射则表明此处内部存在裂纹性缺陷。此方法还可在全轴向检测端面波无法穿透时,方便快捷的找到问题段的所在。

1.一种铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取超声波探伤仪,准备轧辊在径向检测时所需探头:1MHZ单晶直探头,规格Ф34mm,
(2)打开超声波探伤仪的双晶模式,用两根单晶线分别连接两个1MHZ单晶直探头;
(3)把量程调至大于所需测量轧辊的直径,双探头平行方向进行移动,两个探头一个进行信号发射,一个接收,如果探伤仪无正常底波反射则表明此处内部存在裂纹性缺陷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸造BD辊的超声波检测方法,其特征在于,所述超声波探伤仪为USM-GO型超声波探伤仪。
