一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,包括空冷塔、水冷塔、水泵,空冷塔顶部设有预冷空气出口,空冷塔底部与水冷塔顶部通过热水管道连通,空冷塔上部与水冷塔底部通过循环水管道连通,水泵设置在循环水管道上;空冷塔下部设有空气进口,还包括液氮贮罐,液氮贮罐顶部连有排气管道,所述循环水管道上设有换热器,所述排气管道连接所述换热器。本发明提供了一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,通过充分利用液氮贮罐蒸发排放的气体,与循环水热交换得到冷却水,代替冷水机,节省耗电。

利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置
技术领域
[0001]本发明属于空分预冷装置技术领域,特指一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置。
背景技术
[0002]传统空分的空气预冷装置采用冷水机与循环水换热冷却至规定范围,再将冷冻水与空气换热达到工艺范围。目前将循环水冷却全靠冷水机做功才能提供,特别是夏天循环水温度相对高,冷水机负荷大耗电量也随之增加。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的是提供一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,通过充分利用液氮贮罐蒸发排放的气体,与循环水热交换得到冷却水,代替冷水机,节省耗电。
[0004]本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,包括空冷塔、水冷塔、水栗,空冷塔顶部设有预冷空气出口,空冷塔底部与水冷塔顶部通过热水管道连通,空冷塔上部与水冷塔底部通过循环水管道连通,水栗设置在循环水管道上;空冷塔下部设有空气进口,还包括液氮贮罐,液氮贮罐顶部连有排气管道,所述循环水管道上设有换热器,所述排气管道连接所述换热器。
[0005]优选的,所述换热器安装在水栗入口处的循环水管道上。
[0006]优选的,所述水冷塔下部设有污氮气入口。
[0007]优选的,所述热水管道上设有连通有补充水进水管,补充水进水管与空冷塔之间的热水管道上设有阀门。

[0010]采用液体贮罐蒸发气与循环水换热,替代冷水机组,减少了设备投入,节省耗电。

[0014] —种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,包括空冷塔1、水冷塔2、水栗3,空冷塔I顶部设有预冷空气出口,空冷塔I上部与水冷塔2底部通过循环水管道7连通,水栗3设置在循环水管道7上;空冷塔I下部设有空气进口,空冷塔I底部与水冷塔2顶部通过热水管道6连通,热水管道6上设有连通有补充水进水管,补充水进水管与空冷塔之间的热水管道上设有阀门,水冷塔2下部设有污氮气入口 ;该空气预冷装置还包括液氮贮罐,液氮贮罐容积为1000立方米低温贮罐,液氮贮罐顶部连有排气管道8,循环水管道7上设有换热器4,换热器4安装在水栗3入口处,排气管道8连接换热器4。
[0015]在循环水管道7上还连接有一根回流管路5,回流管路5与水栗3、换热器4并联设置,当循环水管道7通往空冷塔I处的阀门关闭时,循环水管道7可以通过回流管路5实现自循环。
[0016]该空气预冷装置的具体工作过程如下:
[0017] 1、外界空气从空冷塔I下部空气进口进入,空气在空冷塔I中上升;冷却水从空冷塔I上部循环水管道7流入,冷却水下流实现与空气的热交换;
[0018] 2、预冷后的空气从空冷塔I顶部空气出口排出,热交换后的水下落至空冷塔I底部变成热水;
[0019] 3、热水从空冷塔I底部的热水管道6引出,并输送至水冷塔2顶部;
[0020] 4、热水在水冷塔2下落,水冷塔2下部的污氮气入口通入带有杂质的氮气,该氮气来自空分装置排空的氮气,污氮上升与热水热交换,对热水降温,污氮最后从水冷塔2顶部放空;
[0021 ] 5、经过污氮热交换的水从水冷塔2底部流入循环水管道7,经过换热器4与液氮贮罐排出的氮气热交换,最后由水栗3重新打回至空冷塔I上部。

1.一种利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,包括空冷塔(I)、水冷塔(2)、水栗(3),空冷塔(I)顶部设有预冷空气出口,空冷塔(I)底部与水冷塔(2)顶部通过热水管道(6)连通,空冷塔(I)上部与水冷塔(2)底部通过循环水管道(7)连通,水栗(3)设置在循环水管道(7)上;空冷塔(I)下部设有空气进口,其特征在于:还包括液氮贮罐,液氮贮罐顶部连有排气管道(8),所述循环水管道(7)上设有换热器(4),所述排气管道(8)连接所述换热器(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,其特征在于:所述换热器(4)安装在水栗(3)入口处的循环水管道(7)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,其特征在于:所述水冷塔(2)下部设有污氮气入口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,其特征在于:所述热水管道(6)上连通有补充水进水管,补充水进水管与空冷塔(I)之间的热水管道(6)上设有阀门。
5.根据权利要求4所述的利用液氮贮罐排空低温氮气作冷源的空气预冷装置,其特征在于:所述液氮贮罐为低温贮罐。
