Abstract

本发明涉及一种可降低轴承载荷的潜水泵及其工作方法,具有螺杆潜水泵,螺杆潜水泵包括壳体,设置于壳体内一组螺杆,螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,鼓形腔室内安装有叶轮,鼓形腔室的进水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室出水口呈竖直放置;与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的进水口,吹气管上端连接气泵。本发明在螺杆泵的出水口设置有叶轮式水泵和气泵的吹气管,通过叶轮式水泵和气泵的工作,降低了螺杆泵出水口处的压力,降低螺杆轴所受对的反作用力,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。

可降低轴承载荷的潜水泵及其工作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水泵,特别是一种组合式潜水泵。
背景技术
潜水泵是是深井提水的重要设备,被广泛的使用于工农业。
一般来讲,根据排水原理可将水泵分为:一、叶轮式泵,如:离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等、旋流泵;二、容积泵,如:柱塞泵、齿轮泵、螺杆泵、叶片泵等;三、其他类型,如:射流泵、水锤泵等。
螺杆泵属于容积泵,扬程高单流量少,特别适合与疏松粘稠液体。当螺杆高速旋转时,后端轴承受到较大压力,加速磨损,同时也限制了螺杆泵的转速。轴承所受压力主要来自于螺杆的反作用力,而对于一台螺杆潜水泵而言,该反作用力主要由转速和出口端压力决定。当需要高转速时,理想的解决办法是降低出口端的压力来实现。然而,面对大扬程的需求,降低出口端压力成为了难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种组合式潜水泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的组合式潜水泵,其具有螺杆潜水泵,所述螺杆潜水泵包括壳体,设置于壳体内一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,还具有叶轮和驱动叶轮旋转的第二电机,所述出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,所述叶轮安装于鼓形腔室内,鼓形腔室的进水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室出水口呈竖直放置,与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,所述吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的进水口,吹气管上端连接气泵。
本发明组合式潜水泵,进一步的改进在于:
1、所述出水道的入水段呈喇叭形,进水侧口小,出水侧口大。
2、所述叶轮为具有7个叶片。
3、与所述鼓形腔室出水口相连的出水道与水平面的夹角为70-90°。
4、所述进水道的内壁具有螺旋形结构。
5、所述吹气管的出气口位于出水道中心位置。
本发明在螺杆泵的出水口设置有叶轮式水泵和气泵的吹气管,通过叶轮式水泵和气泵的工作,一定程度上降低了螺杆泵出水口处的压力,降低螺杆轴所受对的反作用力,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。
从吹气管吹入的气流在螺旋形的水流的中央位置,夹杂着水向前冲,从而为水流提供了更强劲的冲力,更进一步降低螺杆泵出水端的压力。
本发明在螺杆泵的进水到和出水道都进行螺旋形处理,使进入水流更规整,降低阻力,提高抽水效率。出水口设计成喇叭口形状,能够进一步降低出水端的压力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明组合式潜水泵,具有螺杆潜水泵1,所述螺杆潜水泵1包括壳体2,设置于壳体2内一组螺杆3,螺杆3下端连接有进水道4,上端连接有出水道5,进水道4的内壁具有螺旋形结构,螺杆轴6前后两端由轴承7支撑,螺杆轴6通过传动机构8联接第一电机9,出水道5的入水段具有鼓形腔室11,与鼓形腔室11相连的出水道5也具有螺旋形结构,鼓形腔室11内安装有叶轮12,叶轮12为具有7个叶片。鼓形腔室11的入水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室11出水口呈竖直放置。与鼓形腔室11相连的出水道5内插入有吹气管13,吹气管13的出气口位于出水道5的中心位置,吹气管13的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室11的进水口,吹气管13上端连接气泵14。
如图1所示,出水道5的入水段呈喇叭形,进水侧口小,出水侧口大。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种组合式潜水泵,其具有螺杆潜水泵,所述螺杆潜水泵包括壳体,设置于壳体内一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,其特征在于:还具有叶轮和驱动叶轮旋转的第二电机,所述出水道的入水段具有鼓形腔室,所述叶轮安装于鼓形腔室内,鼓形腔室的进水口呈水平放置,鼓形腔室出水口呈竖直放置,与鼓形腔室相连的出水道具有螺旋形结构,与鼓形腔室相连的出水道内插入有吹气管,所述吹气管的吹气方向朝向鼓形腔室的进水口,吹气管上端连接气泵;
所述吹气管的出气口位于出水道中心位置;
所述进水道的内壁具有螺旋形结构。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的组合式潜水泵的工作方法,其特征在于包括:从吹气管吹入的气流在螺旋形的水流的中央位置,夹杂着水向前冲,从而降低螺杆泵出水端的压力。
