Abstract

本发明公开了一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,包括竖向设置的墙板和连接在墙板一端的侧立面上的楼层板,墙板上与楼层板的连接处内预埋U型钢筋,U型钢筋的两个钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,楼层板内设置有上下两排水平筋,两排水平筋的钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,墙板与楼层板之间还设置有后浇带,后浇带内设置有连接筋及保温材料,连接筋分别连接U型钢筋的直螺纹套筒和水平筋的直螺纹套筒。本发明对墙板材料力学及基本力学性能和结构受力性能和抗震性能和热工性能进行了分析研究与试验,能有效提高施工速度,降低施工成本,绿色环保,轻质新型保温围护结构,防火、防渗一体化。

一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑墙板,特别是涉及一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,大家对于建筑的要求也越来越高。特别是对于建筑墙板的选择,从最初的牢固到现在不仅要求建筑墙板牢固抗震,还要求建筑墙板能够轻便、保温、绿色环保以及便于安装。因此现在在建筑领域里急需一种新型的建筑墙板来满足以上要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,解决上述存在的问题。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,包括竖向设置的墙板和连接在墙板一端的侧立面上的楼层板,其特征在于,所述墙板上与楼层板的连接处内预埋U型钢筋,所述U型钢筋的两个钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,所述楼层板内设置有上下两排水平筋,两排水平筋的钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,所述墙板与楼层板之间还设置有后浇带,所述后浇带内设置有连接筋及保温材料,所述连接筋分别连接U型钢筋的直螺纹套筒和水平筋的直螺纹套筒。
上述的一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述墙板和楼层板均包括至少两层的薄壁肋板,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料。
上述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及焊接网之间的连接箍筋。
上述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明是在创新形势下对原有墙体材料特点的基础上进行了总结、完善、改进、节能和增效,提高了混凝土强度等级,同时对墙板材料力学及基本力学性能和结构受力性能和抗震性能和热工性能进行了分析研究与试验,能有效提高施工速度,降低施工成本,绿色环保,轻质新型保温结构,防火、防渗一体化。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
参看图1,一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,包括竖向设置的墙板100和连接在墙板100一端的侧立面上的楼层板200,墙板100上与楼层板200的连接处内预埋U型钢筋110,U型钢筋110的两个钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒120,楼层板200内设置有上下两排水平筋210,水平筋210的钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒220,墙板100与楼层板200之间还设置有后浇带300,后浇带300内设置有连接筋310及保温材料430,连接筋310分别连接U型钢筋110的直螺纹套筒120和水平筋210的直螺纹套筒220。
墙板100和楼层板200均包括至少两层的薄壁肋板410,薄壁肋板410与薄壁肋板410之间通过薄壁横肋420连接,薄壁肋板410与薄壁横肋420之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料430。
在本发明中的其中一个优选实施方式中,薄壁肋板410和薄壁横肋420均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及焊接网之间的连接箍筋。
在本发明中的另外一个优选实施方式中,薄壁肋板410和薄壁横肋420均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。

1.一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,包括竖向设置的墙板和连接在墙板一端的侧立面上的楼层板,其特征在于,所述墙板上与楼层板的连接处内预埋U型钢筋,所述U型钢筋的两个钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,所述楼层板内设置有上下两排水平筋,两排水平筋的钢筋头上设置有直螺纹套筒,所述墙板与楼层板之间还设置有后浇带,所述后浇带内设置有连接筋及保温材料,所述连接筋分别连接U型钢筋的直螺纹套筒和水平筋的直螺纹套筒。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种墙板与楼层板的后浇带连接结构,其特征在于,所述墙板和楼层板均包括至少两层的薄壁肋板,薄壁肋板与薄壁肋板之间通过薄壁横肋连接,所述薄壁肋板与薄壁横肋之间形成的空腔内设置有保温材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括钢筋焊接网和设置于钢筋焊接网内的混凝土层及焊接网之间的连接箍筋。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种建筑装配式自保温结构体系墙板,其特征在于,所述薄壁肋板和薄壁横肋均包括镀锌钢丝点焊网和设置于镀锌钢丝点焊网内的混凝土层及点焊网之间的连接箍筋。
