The house of buildding temporarily for building at present generally adopts the iron stand as the support, then fixes foam battenboard on the iron stand with the screw, has more drilling, drilling and welding when site operation, and the operation is complicated and the fixity is poor, and the house of buildding with this mode is difficult to dismantle, also can not use the whole houses of putting up next time of component of demolising after dismantling the completion on, makes construction cost increase.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art, and provides the stand column for quickly building the steel structure house, which is formed by connecting easily-disassembled steel members, has a simple structure, can be repeatedly used, and saves the cost.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following technical solutions are provided:

Preferably, the two column frames include: the bottom-layer upright post frame is fixed on the base; and the upper-layer upright post frame is connected to the bottom-layer upright post frame through the middle six-sided occlusion seat frame.
In addition, the method further comprises the following steps: a vertical column top sealing seat frame; and a six-face engaging seat frame at the top end, which is arranged between the upright post capping seat frame and the upper-layer upright post frame serving as the top-layer upright post frame, and is used for connecting the upright post capping seat frame and the top-layer upright post frame together.
Preferably, the bottom layer pillar frame and the upper layer pillar frame include: a first lower end frame; an upper end frame; the column frame vertical bars are connected between the first lower end frame and the upper end frame and are respectively positioned at the inner sides of each end corner of the first lower end frame and the upper end frame, and a plurality of sealing plate holes for mounting the frame panel are formed in the column frame vertical bars; a plurality of column frame stabilizing frames uniformly connected to the inner sides of the column frame vertical bars; the inner sides of each end angle of the first lower end frame and the upper end frame are respectively provided with a first rod sleeve, and a first stable sleeve plate is sleeved on the first rod sleeve; and each end angle of the first lower end frame, the upper end frame and the column frame stabilizing frame is provided with a transverse screw hole corresponding to the transverse screw hole of the column frame vertical bar.
Preferably, the bottom layer pillar frame further comprises: and the bottom plate is fixed below the first lower end frame, and a bottom plate hole is formed in each end angle of the bottom plate.
Preferably, the base is embedded in the foundation, and includes: each end angle of the base horizontal plate is provided with a horizontal plate hole which is correspondingly matched with the bottom plate hole; the footing is welded below the horizontal plate of the base and is embedded in the foundation; the first connecting rods are uniformly welded above the horizontal plate of the base and are correspondingly sleeved in the first rod sleeves of the bottom upright post frame; and a center hole for sleeving and inserting the foundation steel column is formed in the center of the horizontal plate of the base.
Preferably, the middle hexahedral occlusion seat frame and the top hexahedral occlusion seat frame include: the seat frame is provided with a bracket used for connecting the rest components on each frame edge; the second connecting rods are respectively and uniformly welded on the upper part and the lower part of the seat frame; the second connecting rod at the upper part of the seat frame of the middle six-sided occlusion seat frame is used for being correspondingly sleeved and inserted into the first rod sleeve of the first lower end frame connected above the second connecting rod, and the second connecting rod at the lower part of the seat frame of the middle six-sided occlusion seat frame is used for being correspondingly sleeved and inserted into the first rod sleeve of the upper end frame connected below the second connecting rod.
Preferably, the pillar capping seat mount comprises: a second lower end frame; a seat cover; the seat frame vertical bar is connected between the second lower end frame and the seat cover and is respectively positioned at the inner side of each end corner of the second lower end frame and the seat cover, and a plurality of sealing plate holes for installing a frame panel are formed in the seat frame vertical bar; a second rod sleeve is arranged on the inner side of each end corner of the second lower end frame, and a second stable sleeve plate is sleeved on the second rod sleeve; the second connecting rod at the upper part of the seat frame of the six-surface occlusion seat frame at the top end is used for being correspondingly sleeved in the second rod sleeve; the second connecting rod at the lower part of the seat frame of the six-sided occlusion seat frame 20b at the top end is used for being correspondingly inserted into the first rod sleeve of the upper end frame 205 connected below the second connecting rod.
Preferably, the oblique reinforcing support is welded between the adjacent first lower end frame and the column frame stabilizing frame, between the adjacent column frame stabilizing frame and the column frame stabilizing frame and between the column frame stabilizing frame and the upper end frame.
Preferably, the first lower end frame, the upper end frame, the seat frame and the second lower end frame are regular quadrangle or equilateral triangle or equilateral hexagon or equilateral octagon.
The beneficial effects of the invention are embodied in the following aspects:
1. the upright post is formed by connecting steel members which are easy to assemble and disassemble, a steel structure house can be quickly built, and the built steel structure house is stable and firm and can be used for a long time;
2. the upright post has the advantages of simple structure, easy disassembly and assembly, repeated use and low cost.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a stand column for quickly building a steel structure house, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight as shown in figure 6: a base 1; the upright post frame component is fixedly arranged on the base 1; wherein, stand column frame subassembly includes: at least two upright post frames; and a middle six-sided snap-fit seat frame 20a installed between two adjacent pillar frames for connecting the two adjacent pillar frames together. Wherein, as shown in fig. 6, two stand column racks include: a bottom layer upright post frame 2 fixed on the base 1; and an upper-layer pillar frame 21 connected to the bottom-layer pillar frame 2 via an intermediate six-sided snap-fit seat frame 20 a. In particular, the number of the upper-stage post frames 21 can be increased according to the height of the actual building.
In addition, the column of the present invention further comprises: a post closeout seat frame 22 (shown in FIG. 4); and a top hexahedral occlusion seat frame 20b (shown in fig. 6). Wherein the six-sided engaging seat frame 20b at the top end is installed between the pillar capping seat frame 22 and the upper pillar frame 21 as the top pillar frame for connecting the pillar capping seat frame 22 and the upper pillar frame 21 as the top pillar frame together (the pillar capping seat frame 22 is not shown in fig. 6).
The following describes the detailed structure of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper-layer pillar brace 21 includes: a first lower end frame 202; an upper end frame 205; a column vertical bar 207 connected between the first lower end stile 202 and the upper end stile 205 and located inside each end corner of the first lower end stile 202 and the upper end stile 205, respectively; a plurality of frame stabilizing frames 206 uniformly connected to the inner sides of the frame vertical bars 207. Specifically, each end angle of the first lower end frame 202 and the upper end frame 205 has a transverse screw hole 208, which corresponds to the transverse screw hole 208 provided at the end of the vertical bar 207 of the column frame, and a nut 2010 is welded inside the transverse screw hole 208 of the vertical bar 207 of the column frame, and when connecting, the bolt is screwed down by using the nut after passing through the corresponding transverse screw hole 208 and the nut 2010 inside the transverse screw hole 208 of the vertical bar 207 of the column frame. Corresponding transverse screw holes 208 are formed in corresponding connecting positions of the column frame stabilizing frame 206 and the column frame vertical bars 207, nuts 2010 are welded on the inner sides of the transverse screw holes 208 of the column frame stabilizing frame 206, and during connection, bolts penetrate through the corresponding transverse screw holes 208 and the nuts 2010 on the inner sides of the transverse screw holes 208 of the column frame stabilizing frame 206 and are screwed down through the nuts.
A first rod sleeve 203 is arranged inside each end corner of the first lower end frame 202 and the upper end frame 205, and a first stable sleeve plate 2011 is sleeved on the first rod sleeve 203. The first lower end frame 202 and the upper end frame 205 of the present embodiment shown in fig. 3 are in the shape of a regular quadrangle having four end corners; in a specific implementation, the shapes of the first lower end frame 202 and the upper end frame 205 may be equilateral triangle, equilateral hexagon, or equilateral octagon, and the number of the first rod sleeves 203 is adjusted according to the number of the end angles, as long as the number of the first rod sleeves 203 is equal to the number of the end angles.
In addition, the vertical post frame bars 207 have a plurality of panel apertures 209 for mounting frame panels.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottom layer pillar frame 2 has substantially the same structure as the upper layer pillar frame 21, except that the bottom layer pillar frame 2 further includes, in addition to the above-described structure: and a bottom plate 201 fixed below the first lower end frame 202, wherein a bottom plate hole 204 is arranged at each end corner of the bottom plate 201. In fig. 2, the bottom plate 201 is shown as a regular quadrilateral having four corners, and in the implementation, the shape of the bottom plate 201 may be an equilateral triangle, or an equilateral hexagon, or an equilateral octagon, and the number of the bottom plate holes 204 is adjusted according to the number of the end corners of the bottom plate 201.
During implementation, the bottom layer upright post frame 2 is connected to the base 1, and the base 1 is used for being embedded in a foundation. As shown in fig. 1, the base 1 includes: the center of the base horizontal plate 101 is provided with a center hole 105 for sleeving and inserting a foundation steel column; the footing 102 is welded below the horizontal plate 101 of the base and is embedded in the foundation; a first connecting rod 103 uniformly welded on the base horizontal plate 101 for inserting into the first rod sleeve 203 of the bottom layer column frame 2, the end of the first connecting rod 103 having a screw thread 106 extending out of the first rod sleeve 203, the first connecting rod 103 being fixed by a nut after passing through the first rod sleeve 203 of the bottom layer column frame 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, each end of the horizontal plate 101 of the base is provided with a horizontal plate hole 104 which is correspondingly matched with the bottom plate hole 204, and the two holes are fixed by nuts after being matched.
In practice, the upper layer upright post frame 21 as the top layer upright post frame is connected with an upright capping seat frame 22. As shown in fig. 4, the pillar apex seat mount 22 includes: a second lower end frame 222; a seat cover 2210; a seat frame vertical bar 227 connected between the second lower end bell 222 and the seat cover 2210. Wherein one seat frame vertical bar 227 is connected to the inside of each end corner of the second lower end bell 222 and the seat cover 2210. Wherein, a second rod sleeve 223 is arranged at the inner side of each end corner of the second lower end frame 222, and a second stable sleeve plate 2211 is sleeved on the second rod sleeve 223. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the second lower end frame 222 is a regular quadrangle having four end corners, and in practical implementation, the shape of the second lower end frame 222 may be an equilateral triangle, an equilateral hexagon, or an equilateral octagon, and the number of the second rod sleeves 223 is adjusted according to the number of the end corners.
In addition, mounting riser 227 has a plurality of cover plate holes 229 for mounting frame panels.
As shown in fig. 6, the bottom-layer pillar frame 2 and the upper-layer pillar frame 21 are connected via a middle six-sided snap-fit seat frame 20 a; the upper-layer pillar frame 21 as a top-layer pillar frame and the pillar capping seat frame 22 are connected via the top-end six-face engagement seat frame 20 b. As shown in fig. 5, the middle hexahedral occlusion seat frame 20a and the top hexahedral occlusion seat frame 20b include: a seat frame 2001; and second connecting rods 2003 uniformly welded to the upper and lower portions of the seat frame 2001, respectively. In the embodiment, the seat frame 2001 shown in fig. 5 is a regular quadrangle, and the seat frame 2001 may be an equilateral triangle, an equilateral hexagon, or an equilateral octagon.
The second connecting rod 2003 at the upper part of the seat frame of the middle six-sided occlusion seat frame 20a is inserted into the first rod sleeve 203 of the first lower end frame 202 of the upper-layer upright post frame 21 connected above the second connecting rod correspondingly and fixed by a nut, and the second connecting rod 2003 at the lower part of the seat frame of the middle six-sided occlusion seat frame 20a is inserted into the first rod sleeve 203 of the lower-layer upright post frame 2 or the upper end frame 205 of the upper-layer upright post frame 21 correspondingly and fixed by a nut.
The second connecting rod 2003 at the upper part of the seat frame of the six-sided occlusion seat frame 20b at the top end is correspondingly inserted into the second rod sleeve 223 of the second lower end frame 222 of the upright post top sealing seat frame 22 and then fixed by a nut; the second connecting rod 2003 of the lower part of the seat frame of the six-sided occlusion seat frame 20b at the top end is inserted into the first rod sleeve 203 of the upper end frame 205 of the upper-layer upright post frame 21 as the top-layer upright post frame connected below the second connecting rod correspondingly and fixed by a nut.
Further, each frame side of the seat frame 2001 of the middle six-sided snap-fit seat frame 20a and the top six-sided snap-fit seat frame 20b has a bracket (not shown in the drawings) for connecting the remaining members (e.g., floor or wall).
In order to strengthen the absolute stability of the column frame, as shown in fig. 7, the present invention further welds diagonal reinforcing struts 17 between the adjacent first lower end frame 202 and the column frame stabilizing frame 206, the adjacent column frame stabilizing frame 206 and the column frame stabilizing frame 206, and the adjacent column frame stabilizing frame 206 and the upper end frame 205.
Although the present invention has been described in detail, the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can modify the principle of the present invention, and thus, various modifications made in accordance with the principle of the present invention should be understood to fall within the scope of the present invention.
