本发明属于低合金钢生产工艺领域,具体涉及一种低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢及其制造方法。本发明工艺路线如下为:KR铁水预处理—转炉冶炼—LF、RH精炼—连铸—铸坯缓冷—连铸坯料加热—轧制—预矫直—控制冷却—热矫直—堆垛缓冷‑切割精整。本方法实现了60mm‑80mm厚度低碳TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢的生产,保证低温冲击和强度富裕量,提高了焊接性能。本发明生产的钢板,屈服强度450Mpa‑520Mpa,抗拉强度为560Mpa‑640Mpa,断后延伸率为21%‑26%,夏比冲击功(横向)在‑40℃可以达到240J以上。

[0026] (1)主要通过合理低碳设计,保证Pcm值,通过控制轧制、控乳冷却实现钢板性能, 可在较少合金含量的情况下实现钢板高强度、高初性和低屈强比,提高焊接性能。
[0027] (2)控制粗轧阶段压下量,精乳阶段采用小压下量多道次轧制策略,合理分配压下 量和控制乳制力,得到乳制后的良好板形。
[0028] ⑶通过二阶段控制轧制和轧后冷却,进行48小时缓冷,得到铁素体+贝氏体组织, 可有效的提高抗拉强度,改善加工硬化。
[0029] (4)该制备方法控制轧制和控乳冷却工艺,利用250mm的连铸坯生产60mm-80mm的 S355NL,节省了同类钢板的调质工序,缩短生产周期、成本低,提高了生产效率,节约能源。 [0030] (5)低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢板成分利用少量的Nb、Ti进行复合微合金化, Ni提高钢板低温冲击韧性。
[0031]总之,本发明通过合理的低碳成分设计,利用少量的Nb、Ti进行复合微合金化,利 用Ni提高钢板低温冲击韧性。精轧采用小压下量多道次轧制,保证终乳温度和板形。通过控 制终轧温度、开冷温度,对轧制后钢板进控制冷却,得到TMCP后组织为铁素体+贝氏体,保证 强度和軔性。此发明工艺采用低碳设计,提高焊接性能,,克服了常规正火处理方式生产周 期长、成本高的缺点,可以生产性能稳定的60mm-80mm低碳特厚Q420qE桥梁钢板。

[0035] 实施例1 一种低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢及其制造方法
[0036] (1)生产钢板所需主要成分按重量百分比为:C: 0 • 060%,Si : 0 • 24%,Mn: 1 • 46%, P:0_007%,S:0.001 %,〇:0• 18%,Al:0.033,Nb :0.038%,Ni :0• 16%,Ti :0.017,其余为Fe 及不可避免的杂质;
[0037] (2)上述配制好的原料在210吨转炉上冶炼,转炉采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼,采用LF+ RH精炼,脱气结束后软吹时间> 20min,RH精炼真空处理时间> 15min;
[0038] (3)连铸中包温度为1540°C-1550°C,铸机拉速为lm/s,连铸成250mmX1820ram X 3550mm连铸坯,连铸坯加热到1200°C,加热时间为9-10分钟/厘米;
[0039] (4)连铸坯进缓冷坑进行缓冷,缓冷48小时;
[0040] (5)采用成型、展宽、延伸三阶段乳制,开乳温度为1148°C,粗乳终乳温度1070°C, 完成成型、展宽和第一阶段延伸乳制;中间坯料为120mm,精轧机开乳温度860°C,最终轧制 成制后60mmX 2040mm X 11200mm,钢板精乳终乳温度830°C ;
[0041] (6)预矫直:采用5辊预矫直机进行高温矫直,降低钢板头尾翘曲和保证进入水冷 系统钢板平直;
[0042] (7)在钢板乳后控制冷却,采用低水压1.5bar进行低冷速冷却,开冷温度为791°C, 冷却速6°C/s,冷却后钢板表面温度为432°C;
[0043] (8)矫直:采用9辊液压矫直机进行矫直,降低钢板内部和表面残余应力;
[0044] (9)乳后钢板堆垛缓冷48小时,然后进行切割精整。
[0045] 本实施例中制造出产品的金相图如图1所示,产品实际测量厚度60.10mm,C为 0.060%,Pcm为0.16,满足低碳要求并且Pcm<0.18。力学检测结果为:屈服强度ReH: 465Mpa,抗拉强度 Rm:588Mpa,延伸率S:27• 5%,-40°C冲击功CVN1:266• 8J,冲击功CVN2: 282.8J,冲击功CVN3:269.4J,冷弯:合格,Z向断面收缩率yzi:49.5 %,Z向断面收缩率yZ2: 51.0 %,Z向断面收缩率yZ2:50.0 %。化学成分、力学性能满足国家标准和客户要求。
[0046] 实施例2 —种低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢及其制造方法
[0047] (1)生产钢板所需主要成分按重量百分比为:C: 0.0,73 %,Si : 0 • 26 %,Mn: 1.47 %, P:0.009%,S:0.001%,Cr:0.21%,Al:0.025%,Nb :0.036%,Ni:0_17%,Ti:0_012%,其余为 Fe及不可避免的杂质; _
[0048] (2)上述配制好的原料在210吨转炉上冶炼,转炉采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼,采用LF+ RH精炼,脱气结束后软吹时间>20min,RH精炼真空处理时间>15min;
[0049] (3)连铸中包温度为1540°C_1550°C,铸机拉速为lm/s,连铸成250mmX1820mm X 3850mm连铸坯,连铸坯加热到1200°C,加热时间为9-10分钟/厘米;
[0050] (4)连铸坯进缓冷坑进行缓冷,缓冷48小时;
[0051] (5)采用成型、展宽、延伸三阶段轧制,开轧温度为1157°C,粗轧终乳温度106(TC, 完成成型、展宽和第一阶段延伸乳制;中间坯料为15〇mm,精乳机开轧温度850°C,最终乳制 成制后80mm X 2490mm X 7600mm,钢板精乳终乳温度835 °C ;
[0052] (6)预矫直:采用5辊预矫直机进行高温矫直,降低钢板头尾翘曲和保证进入水冷 系统钢板平直;
[0053] (7)在钢板乳后冷却,采用低水压1 • 5bar进行低冷速冷却,开冷温度为798°C,冷却 速为5°C/s,冷却后钢板表面温度为443°C;
[0054] 8)矫直:采用9辊液压矫直机进行矫直,降低钢板内部和表面残余应力;
[0055] ⑼轧后钢板堆垛缓冷48小时,然后进行切割精整。
[0056] 本实施例中制造出产品的金相图如图2所示,产品实际测量厚度SO.lSmm,力学检 测结果为:屈服强度ReH: 506Mpa,抗拉强度Rm: 594Mpa,延伸率S: 23 • 5%,-50°C冲击功 CVN1:279 • 2J,CVN2:315.9J,CVN3:306.6J,冷弯:合格Z向断面收缩率yzl:44.5 %,Z向断面收 缩率yZ2:41.5%,Z向断面收缩率yz2:44.0 %。化学成分、力学性能满足国家标准和客户要 求。
Claims (1)
1.一种低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢的制造方法,其特征在于,低碳特厚TMCP型 Q420qE桥梁钢化学成分质量百分比的组成如下:(::0.06-0.09%,51:0.15-0.35%,]^11:1.40-1.55%,P<0.012%,S<0.003%,Cr:0.15-0.25%,A1:0.020-0.050%,Nb :0.030-0.040%,Ni: 0.15-0.25%,Ti: 0.010-〇. 024%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质; 所述低碳特厚TMCP型Q420qE桥梁钢,工艺路线如下: KR铁水预处理一转炉冶炼一 LF、RH精炼一连铸一铸坯缓冷一连铸坯料加热一轧制一预 矫直一控制冷却一热矫直一堆垛缓冷-切割精整; 具体步骤如下: ⑴转炉冶炼:包括选配化学成分,C:0.06-0.09%,Si :0 • 15-0 • 35%,Mn: 1.40-1 • 55%,P< 0.012%,S<0.003%,Cr:0.15-0.25%,A1:0.020-0.050%,Nb :0.030-0.040%,Ni:0.15-0.25%, Ti : 0.010-0.024%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;转炉采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼; (2) LF、RH精炼:为了控制气体含量及控制合金元素,采用LF+RH精炼,保证软吹时间、RH 精炼真空度和真空处理时间;脱气结束后软吹时间> 20min,RH精炼真空处理时间> 15min; (3) 连铸:严格全程保护浇注,中液面稳定;连铸中包温度1540°C-1550°C,铸机拉速为 lm/s,连铸成250mm的连铸坯; (4) 连铸坯进缓冷坑进行缓冷,缓冷48小时; (5) 轧制成型:采用控制轧制模式,对连铸坯料加热,加热温度为1180°C-1250°C,加热 时间为9-10分钟/厘米,进行两阶段控制乳制; (6) 预矫直:采用5辊预矫直机进行高温矫直,降低钢板头尾翘曲和保证进入水冷系统 钢板平直; (7) 控乳冷却:低冷速水冷,采用低水压1.5bar进行低冷速冷却,冷却速度5-8°C/S,最 终钢板冷却到43(TC-450°C; (8) 矫直:采用9辊液压矫直机进行矫直,降低钢板内部和表面残余应力; (9) 堆垛缓冷:对乳制钢板堆垛缓冷48小时,然后进行切割精整; 所述步骤⑴和步骤⑵中,炼钢过程通过转炉、LF和RH控制P、S含量,P控制在120ppm以 下,S控制在30ppm; 所述步骤(5)中连铸钢坯经过粗乳机第一阶段轧制后,中间坯料厚度为120_160mm,最 终成品钢板厚度为60mm-80mm;粗轧开轧温度为ll20。C-1180。C,粗轧终轧温度为1050。C-ll◦(rC;精乳开乳温度为85(rC-87(rC,精乳终乳温度为820。C-840。C;精轧阶段最后三道次 小压下量乳制,采用双道次乳制;连铸坯料是在奥氏体再结晶区、未再结晶区及形变诱导相 变区控制乳制,通过高温区的奥氏体再结晶控制乳制,细化奥氏体晶粒。
