本发明涉及一种玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机。包括由立柱支撑的侧板,在侧板的中部固定安装有支撑平台,在支撑平台上通过轴承座安装有多个托轮,在支撑平台上还设有对其中一个托轮进行驱动的调距电机;在侧板的顶部还固定安装有竖直的压紧气缸,在其活塞杆的下端固定安装有基座,在基座的下表面通过轴承座安装有多个压轮,各压轮与各托轮上下对正;在支撑平台的左右两侧均设有升降切割装置,升降切割装置包括竖直的升降气缸,在其活塞杆的上端固定安装有升降平台,在升降平台的内侧固定安装有切割电机,在切割电机的电机轴上安装有切割锯片。

本发明涉及一种玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机。
背景技术
图1是玻璃钢厂房瓦的结构示意图,为玻璃钢产品。生产中,注塑成型后需要裁切两端形成预定规格的厂房瓦产品。由于厂房瓦结构不规则,难于在切割机上进行装载固定,故为上述定长切割带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、操作便捷、切割效率高的玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机包括由立柱支撑的侧板,在侧板的中部固定安装有支撑平台,在支撑平台上通过轴承座安装有多个托轮,在支撑平台上还设有对其中一个托轮进行驱动的调距电机;在侧板的顶部还固定安装有竖直的压紧气缸,在其活塞杆的下端固定安装有基座,在基座的下表面通过轴承座安装有多个压轮,各压轮与各托轮上下对正;在支撑平台的左右两侧均设有升降切割装置,升降切割装置包括竖直的升降气缸,在其活塞杆的上端固定安装有升降平台,在升降平台的内侧固定安装有切割电机,在切割电机的电机轴上安装有切割锯片。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供了一种结构设计简单合理的玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机,通过设置带有多个托轮的支撑平台以及带有多个压轮的基座,实现了对不规则形状的厂房瓦产品的上下夹持固定;通过设置调距电机驱动其中一个托辊转动,实现了对厂房瓦横向位置的微动调整,提升了切割位置的定位精确性和便捷性。通过在两侧设置可升降的切割机构,实现了对厂房瓦产品两端的同时切割,切割效率高,切割效果好。
优选地:调距电机的电机轴与相应托轮的轮轴之间采用锥齿轮组连接传动。
优选地:各压轮和各托轮均为丁腈橡胶材质。

请参见图2,本发明的玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机包括由立柱1支撑的侧板2,在侧板2的中部固定安装有支撑平台7,在支撑平台7上通过轴承座安装有多个托轮10,在支撑平台7上还设有对其中一个托轮10进行驱动的调距电机8。
在侧板2的顶部还固定安装有竖直的压紧气缸13,在其活塞杆的下端固定安装有基座12,在基座12的下表面通过轴承座安装有多个压轮11,各压轮11与各托轮10上下对正。
在支撑平台7的左右两侧均设有升降切割装置,升降切割装置包括竖直的升降气缸5,在其活塞杆的上端固定安装有升降平台3,在升降平台3的内侧固定安装有切割电机4,在切割电机4的电机轴上安装有切割锯片6。切割电机4驱动切割锯片6作高速转动。
本实施例中,调距电机8的电机轴与相应托轮10的轮轴之间采用锥齿轮组9连接传动。
本实施例中,各压轮11和各托轮10均为丁腈橡胶材质。
工作过程:将厂房瓦放置在各托轮10上,表面轮廓与托轮10的位置对应;启动压紧气缸13令基座12带动各压轮11下行,直至压紧在厂房瓦上;启动调距电机8,令托轮10带动厂房瓦横移微动调整位置;之后启动两侧的升降切割装置,升降气缸5带动上方的切割机构升降,切割锯片6对厂房瓦的端部进行平切,实现定长切割。

1.一种玻璃钢厂房瓦的定长切割机,其特征是:包括由立柱(1)支撑的侧板(2),在侧板(2)的中部固定安装有支撑平台(7),在支撑平台(7)上通过轴承座安装有多个托轮(10),在支撑平台(7)上还设有对其中一个托轮(10)进行驱动的调距电机(8);在侧板(2)的顶部还固定安装有竖直的压紧气缸(13),在其活塞杆的下端固定安装有基座(12),在基座(12)的下表面通过轴承座安装有多个压轮(11),各压轮(11)与各托轮(10)上下对正;在支撑平台(7)的左右两侧均设有升降切割装置,升降切割装置包括竖直的升降气缸(5),在其活塞杆的上端固定安装有升降平台(3),在升降平台(3)的内侧固定安装有切割电机(4),在切割电机(4)的电机轴上安装有切割锯片(6);调距电机(8)的电机轴与相应托轮(10)的轮轴之间采用锥齿轮组(9)连接传动;各压轮(11)和各托轮(10)均为丁腈橡胶材质。
