7.一种隔离断开器,包括:
轴;
带轮,该带轮与所述轴进行轴颈连接;
扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在所述带轮和载体之间,该扭转弹簧沿展开方向加载,
卷绕弹簧,该卷绕弹簧接合在所述载体和轴之间;
所述卷绕弹簧包括沿轴向延伸的柱形内部部分和共面的外部部分,该外部部分通过渐缩部分而与所述内部部分连接,
该内部部分沿卷绕方向与所述轴摩擦地接合;以及
所述带轮能与所述内部部分暂时接合,以使得在所述内部部分和轴之间的摩擦接合的量通过向所述带轮施加的扭矩的增加而逐渐地减小。
8.根据权利要求7所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述渐缩部分与内部部分相切地延伸。
9.根据权利要求7所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述内部部分的截面在尺寸上小于所述外部部分。
10.一种隔离断开器,包括:
轴;
带轮,该带轮与所述轴进行轴颈连接;
扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在所述带轮和载体之间,该扭转弹簧沿展开方向加载,
卷绕弹簧,该卷绕弹簧接合在所述载体和轴之间;
所述卷绕弹簧包括通过切向部分而连接的柱形内部部分和平面形盘旋外部部分,
该内部部分沿内部部分的卷绕方向与所述轴摩擦接合;以及
所述内部部分能通过由所述带轮的按压接触而从与所述轴的摩擦接合逐渐地释放。
11.根据权利要求10所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述外部部分布置在载体接收部分内。
12.根据权利要求10所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述内部部分的截面在尺寸上小于所述外部部分。
13.根据权利要求10所述的隔离断开器,还包括:
第一推力部件和第二推力部件,该第一推力部件和第二推力部件将所述带轮沿轴向限制在所述轴上;以及
端部部件,该端部部件将所述带轮保持在所述轴上。
14.根据权利要求10所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述切向部分是渐缩的。
15.根据权利要求10所述的隔离断开器,其中:所述内部部分包括沿旋转轴线A-A延伸的多个线圈。
16.一种形成弹簧线的方法,包括:
将具有1.5mm×2.5mm的截面尺寸的弹簧线切割成预定长度;
将多个弹簧线装入固定装置中,其中,弹簧线平行并搁置在1.5mm的一侧上;
成组地研磨该弹簧线,以便获得具有从2.5mm至1.2mm的渐缩形状的部分;
从所述固定装置中取出弹簧线,并将所述弹簧线布置在磁性台板上,以使得所述弹簧线平行搁置在1.2mm的一侧上;
成组地研磨该弹簧线,以便获得具有从1.5mm至0.6mm的渐缩形状的第二部分;以及
将各弹簧线卷绕成最终形状。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中:
卷绕各弹簧线,以便构成通过切向部分而连接的内部部分和外部部分;
将所述内部部分设置成柱形;
将所述外部部分设置成共面;以及
所述共面部分布置成与所述内部部分的轴线A-A垂直。
18.一种隔离断开器,包括:
轴;
带轮,该带轮与所述轴进行轴颈连接;
弹簧,该弹簧接合在所述带轮和载体之间,该弹簧沿展开方向加载,
卷绕弹簧,该卷绕弹簧接合在所述载体和轴之间;
卷绕弹簧包括柱形内部部分和共面的盘旋外部部分,该外部部分与所述载体接合,
该内部部分沿卷绕方向与所述轴摩擦接合;以及
所述内部部分的摩擦接合通过由所述带轮向内部部分施加递增压力而逐渐地从所述轴释放。
