本发明涉及一种环保机房,包括机房罩体,机房罩体中安装有噪音源,所述机房罩体的一侧上部安装有消音进风槽,另一侧的下部安装有消音出风槽,所述消音出风槽的内端部安装有喇叭状的导风管;位于噪音源的两侧倾斜安装有消音板组件,两消音板组件相对形成锥形状,消音板组件包括多层间隔设置的消音板,所述消音板上间隔设置有消音孔,相邻消音板之间的消音孔错开布置。本发明采用多层间隔设置的消音板,在噪音源的两侧形成锥形状,声波在消音板之间不断反射,声能不断被消耗,从而实现降音降噪,其有效地减小了机房的噪音。

本发明涉及环保技术领域,特别涉及噪音的防治设备。
背景技术
随着国民经济与工业生产的快速发展,以及环保要求的日益提高,噪音污染与大气污染、水污染已成为当今世界范围内的三大主要环境污染,对人们身心健康造成极大的影响,因此必须对其进行有效的治理。噪音治理就是利用各种隔音、吸声材料及消声设备对噪声源进行阻断,拦截,以达到降低噪声污染的目的。当前在机房中还没有一种有效的噪音治理装置,通常采用各类小型的消音设备或这隔音棉来达到降低噪音,但是都没有一个很好的效果。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种环保机房,其有效地降低了机房噪音,具有结构简单、设计合理的特点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种环保机房,包括机房罩体,机房罩体中安装有噪音源,所述机房罩体的一侧上部安装有消音进风槽,另一侧的下部安装有消音出风槽,所述消音出风槽的内端部安装有喇叭状的导风管;位于噪音源的两侧倾斜安装有消音板组件,两消音板组件相对形成锥形状,消音板组件包括多层间隔设置的消音板,所述消音板上间隔设置有消音孔,相邻消音板之间的消音孔错开布置。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明采用多层间隔设置的消音板,在噪音源的两侧形成锥形状,声波在消音板之间不断反射,声能不断被消耗,从而实现降音降噪,其有效地减小了机房的噪音。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的环保机房,包括机房罩体1,机房罩体1中安装有噪音源6,机房罩体1的一侧上部安装有消音进风槽2,另一侧的下部安装有消音出风槽3,消音出风槽3的内端部安装有喇叭状的导风管4;位于噪音源6的两侧倾斜安装有消音板组件,两消音板组件相对形成锥形状,消音板组件包括多层间隔设置的消音板5,消音板5上间隔设置有消音孔51,相邻消音板5之间的消音孔51错开布置。
本发明采用多层间隔设置的消音板,在噪音源的两侧形成锥形状,声波在消音板之间不断反射,声能不断被消耗,从而实现降音降噪,其有效地减小了机房的噪音。
