本发明公开了一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其包括PET膜层,其特征在于:PET膜层的底面等距设置有若干条平行的凸起,凸起为弧形状,PET膜层的下部设置有耐高温防护层,耐高温防护层的顶面设置有与凸起匹配的弧形凹槽,耐高温防护层的下部设置有第一表面层,第一表面层与耐高温防护层之间设置有热熔胶层,热熔胶层内包含二氧化硅复合物颗粒,PET膜层的上部等距设置有多条加强筋,加强筋之间为平行的,加强筋上设置有第二表面层,第二表面层为光滑复合层。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带领域,尤其是一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带。
背景技术
PET胶带称作PET胶带或PET高温胶带。它是由PET双面涂布丙希酸胶制成。其具有良好尺寸稳定性、热稳定性、化学稳定性,初粘性和持粘性好,易模切加工,对塑胶、橡胶、铭牌均有良好的粘性;能适用于更宽的温度范围和恶劣环境。
随着科技的发展,移动电子产品也是越来越多,需要用到PET胶带的地方也是越来越多,PET胶带的作用也是越来越大,但是现有的PET胶带已经无法满足现在生产加工的需要,但是在现有的PET 胶带中,多用美纹纸作为基材层,这样导致胶带厚度加厚,胶带具有耐温不高,韧性不强,抗拉强度差等缺点。而且当PET 胶带缠绕在一个圆芯上,弯曲形成一个胶带盘时,由于美纹纸厚度较大,导致整卷胶带长度较短。而当前使用PET作为片材的厂家,常因片材的透明性极高,故在生产成型时,表面常常贴粘在一起,不容易分离,或者分离时经常形成划伤,摩擦等质量问题,通常客户会使用涂布技术,但在表面会形成花斑,制约了PET 胶带的广泛应用。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其包括PET膜层,其特征在于:所述PET膜层的底面等距设置有若干条平行的凸起,所述凸起为弧形状,所述PET膜层的下部设置有耐高温防护层,所述耐高温防护层的顶面设置有与所述凸起匹配的弧形凹槽,所述耐高温防护层的下部设置有第一表面层,所述第一表面层与所述耐高温防护层之间设置有热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层内包含二氧化硅复合物颗粒,所述PET膜层的上部等距设置有多条加强筋,所述加强筋之间为平行的,所述加强筋上设置有第二表面层,所述第二表面层为光滑复合层。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热熔胶层的底面设置有层防自粘粉末层。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二表面层上置有刻度层。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PET膜层的厚度为31-35μm。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热熔胶层的厚度为31-34μm。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述加强筋之间的间距为4-6mm。
本发明的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带粘贴牢固,粘贴容易,保持性好,无残胶,韧性好,抗拉效果好,不会有断裂现象;耐温高,可耐180 摄氏度高温达2小时以上,不残胶,不脱胶;热熔胶层内添加二氧化硅复合颗粒,增加胶带表面微观上的粗糙度,使收卷时胶带之间可以容纳少量的空气,以防止胶带粘连,达到易分离的效果;并且本发明中添加的二氧化硅微粒的粒径等级不同,容纳的空气量多,防粘连效果好,而且本产品使用的PET 胶带厚度薄,整卷胶带长度提高,能够大大提高生产效率和降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明的一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其包括PET膜层1,其特征在于:PET膜层1的底面等距设置有若干条平行的凸起11,凸起11为弧形状,PET膜层1的下部设置有耐高温防护层2,耐高温防护层2的顶面设置有与凸起11匹配的弧形凹槽21,耐高温防护层2的下部设置有第一表面层3,第一表面层3与耐高温防护层2之间设置有热熔胶层4,热熔胶层4内包含二氧化硅复合物颗粒,PET膜层1的上部等距设置有多条加强筋5,加强筋5之间为平行的,加强筋5上设置有第二表面层6,第二表面层6为光滑复合层。
优选的,热熔胶层4的底面设置有层防自粘粉末层7。
优选的,第二表面层6上置有刻度层8。
优选的,PET膜层1的厚度为31-35μm。
优选的,热熔胶层4的厚度为31-34μm。
优选的,加强筋5之间的间距为4-6mm。
本发明的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带粘贴牢固,粘贴容易,保持性好,无残胶,韧性好,抗拉效果好,不会有断裂现象;耐温高,可耐180 摄氏度高温达2小时以上,不残胶,不脱胶;热熔胶层4内添加二氧化硅复合颗粒,增加胶带表面微观上的粗糙度,使收卷时胶带之间可以容纳少量的空气,以防止胶带粘连,达到易分离的效果;并且本发明中添加的二氧化硅微粒的粒径等级不同,容纳的空气量多,防粘连效果好,而且本产品使用的PET 胶带厚度薄,整卷胶带长度提高,能够大大提高生产效率和降低生产成本。
PET膜层1的底面设置的凸起11和耐高温防护层2的凹槽21匹配设置,使PET膜层1和耐高温防护层2能够更为紧密的连接在一起,不易松动,耐高温的效果更好,PET膜层1的上部等距设置有多条加强筋5,加强筋5连接PET膜层1抗拉效果好,不会有断裂现象,加强筋5上设置有第二表面层6,第二表面层6为光滑复合层,在有灰尘之后简单擦拭便会恢复干净;热熔胶层4的底面设置有层防自粘粉末层7,在胶带自身轻微粘于一起后轻松一拉便会分开,不会造成损坏,而在实际使用时,按压胶带便会加固粘性;第二表面层6上置有刻度层8在实际使用中,能够实际的测量出需要多少胶带便撕下一定长度的胶带,精确了加工也更为方便。

1.一种耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其包括PET膜层,其特征在于:所述PET膜层的底面等距设置有若干条平行的凸起,所述凸起为弧形状,所述PET膜层的下部设置有耐高温防护层,所述耐高温防护层的顶面设置有与所述凸起匹配的弧形凹槽,所述耐高温防护层的下部设置有第一表面层,所述第一表面层与所述耐高温防护层之间设置有热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层内包含二氧化硅复合物颗粒,所述PET膜层的上部等距设置有多条加强筋,所述加强筋之间为平行的,所述加强筋上设置有第二表面层,所述第二表面层为光滑复合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层的底面设置有层防自粘粉末层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其特征在于:所述第二表面层上置有刻度层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其特征在于:所述PET膜层的厚度为31-35μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温抗拉伸防自粘高净PET胶带,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层的厚度为31-34μm。
