本发明公开了一种药材切条机,包括支架、固设在支架上呈筒状的机身和固设在机身上部的传动机构,其特征在于:所述机身内壁固设有与机身内壁紧贴的呈圆形的导料盘,所述导料盘下方设有排料机构,靠近导料盘上方设置有与传动机构一端相连的切条机构,所述切条机构上方位于传动机构旁侧设有用于对切条机构进行给料的喂料机构。本发明的一种药材切条机实现了对药材的加工成条,药条大小均匀,结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及药材加工设备领域,具体是一种药材切条机。
背景技术
药材切片机是我国目前主要的药材加工处理方式之一,广泛地应用于各大制药厂中,其作用是将茎、叶、草、皮及果实类的软硬根茎类纤维性的中药切成片状,如日常生活中所见到的板蓝根片、甘草片等;但药材切成片状具有结构单一性,一些药材若切成条状更适宜保存或使用需要,同时目前市场也没有相关的将药材自动加工成条状的专用设备,因此,为完善药材切割成型加工设备系列,满足本领域对药材切成条状的实际市场需要,设计一种药材切条机十分必要。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可将药材切成均匀条状,结构简单,使用方便的药材切条机。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种药材切条机,包括支架、固设在支架上呈筒状的机身和固设在机身上部的传动机构,其特征在于:所述机身内壁固设有与机身内壁紧贴的呈圆形的导料盘,所述导料盘下方设有排料机构,靠近导料盘上方设置有与传动机构一端相连的切条机构,所述切条机构上方位于传动机构旁侧设有用于对切条机构进行给料的喂料机构。
进一步地,所述喂料机构包括固设在机身上端的料筒,所述料筒顶部呈用于进料的敞口状,料筒中部内壁上设有连接到料筒底板上的用于引料的倾斜板,所述料筒底板面上设有通向切条机构的喂料口。
进一步地,所述切条机构包括呈圆形的转盘和固设于转盘中心的动力输入轴,所述转盘面上均布开设有多个用于安装呈条状刀具的穿孔,所述穿孔与喂料口相适应。
进一步地,所述刀具包括弧形切割面和刀刃部分,转盘穿孔壁位于弧形切割面旁侧为斜面,弧形切割面与穿孔壁斜面之间构成成条空隙,所述刀刃部分与喂料口的下表面之间构成切割空隙。
进一步地,所述刀具位置可调。
进一步地,所述导料盘上均布开设有多个用于导出药条的漏料孔,所述漏料孔包括相对的两侧壁,其中一侧壁包括上部斜面、中部弧形面和下部斜面,另一侧壁与所述下部斜面平行,漏料孔的两侧壁与成条空隙相适应。
进一步地,所述排料机构包括机身底端内壁上倾斜设置的托料板,所述托料板的底部设有用于排出加工成形药料的出口。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中的切条机构包括转盘、动力输入轴和设置在转盘穿孔上的刀具,刀具在传动机构的输出动力带动下和转盘一起转动,药材经料筒进入喂料口与刀具之间的切割空隙中,因此刀具在连续转动过程中即实现了对药材的切割加工。
2、本发明中的导料盘上均布开设有多个漏料孔,药材经刀刃切割成片后通过刀具弧形切割面、漏料孔的一侧壁上部斜面和中部弧形面、漏料孔的另一侧壁斜面及转盘下表面共同阻挡与挤压,从而将药片卷动成圆形空心条,经漏料孔从排料出口排出,实现了药材的加工成条。
3、本发明中的刀具的位置可调,也即刀具的弧形切割面与穿孔壁斜面之间构成的成条空隙大小可调,从而可以方便地将药材切割成预定大小、形状均匀的药条。
4、本发明中的喂料机构,包括固设在机身上端的料筒,料筒顶部呈敞口状可方便进行放料,而且料筒结构可实现一次性放入较多的药材,有效提高了工作效率,同时喂料口处于机身内部,从而防止了切片后的物料碎屑四处飞溅,保证了加工生产的整洁性和安全性。
5、本发明可以快速高效地对药材进行切条加工,结构简单,使用方便,设备成本低且维修方便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种药材切条机,包括支架1、固设在支架上呈筒状的机身2和固设在机身2上部的传动机构6,在机身2内壁固设有与机身2内壁紧贴的呈圆形的导料盘4,导料盘4下方设有排料机构5,靠近导料盘4上方设置有与传动机构6一端相连的切条机构8,所述切条机构8上方位于传动机构6旁侧设有用于对切条机构8进行给料的喂料机构7。
本发明一种制瓶机的工作原理是:
传动机构6将动力传递给切条机构8,从而带动转盘81的刀具83一起转动,药材经过喂料机构7进入喂料口74与刀刃部分832之间的切割空隙,旋转状态的刀具83即可对药材进行切割成片,药材经刀刃部分832切割成片后通过刀具弧形切割面831、漏料孔41的一侧壁上部斜面42和中部弧形面44、漏料孔41的另一侧壁45斜面及转盘81下表面共同阻挡与挤压,从而将药片卷动成圆形空心条,然后经漏料孔41从排料机构5出口52排出,以实现药材加工成条的效果。
同时本发明还可以通过以下技术措施得以进一步实现:
优选的,喂料机构7包括固设在机身上端的料筒71,料筒71顶部呈用于进料的敞口状,料筒71中部内壁上设有连接到料筒底板72上的用于引料的倾斜板73,料筒底板72面上设有通向切条机构8的喂料口74。
优选的,切条机构8包括呈圆形的转盘81和固设于转盘中心的动力输入轴82,转盘81上表面与喂料口74之间的间距可调,转盘81面上均布开设有多个用于安装条状刀具83的穿孔84,穿孔84与喂料口74相适应。
进一步的,刀具83包括弧形切割面831和刀刃部分832,转盘穿孔壁841位于弧形切割面旁侧为斜面,弧形切割面831与穿孔壁841斜面之间构成成条空隙,刀刃部分832与喂料口74的下表面之间构成切割空隙。
进一步的,刀具83位置可调,即可调节刀具的弧形切割面与转盘穿孔侧壁之间所形成的成条空隙大小,从而可方便地将药材切割成预定大小、形状均匀的药条。
优选的,导料盘4上均布开设有多个用于导出药条的漏料孔41,漏料孔包括相对的两侧壁,其中一侧壁包括上部斜面42、中部弧形面44和下部斜面43,另一侧壁45与下部斜面43平行,漏料孔41的两侧壁与转盘穿孔84壁斜面及弧形切割面831形成的成条空隙相适应,药材经刀刃切割成片后通过穿孔84间隙进入弧形凹槽44空间以卷动成圆形的空心条,同时经漏料孔41漏出进入排料机构5。
优选的,排料机构5包括围绕机身2底端内壁上倾斜设置的托料板51,托料板51倾斜一侧末端设有用于排出加工完物料的出口52。
优选的,传动机构6包括固设在机身2外侧的电动机61,电动机61通过减速机构62驱动输出轴63转动。
以下结合图1-4对本发明作进一步说明:
药材切条机在工作之前,启动电动机61,电动机61通过减速机构62将动力传递到输出轴63端,输出轴63与切条机构输入轴82相连,从而带动切条机构的转盘81转动,药材经过喂料机构7进入喂料口74与刀刃部分832之间空隙,旋转状态的转盘81带动刀具83即可对药材进行切割成片,药材经刀刃切割成片后通过刀具弧形切割面831、漏料孔41的一侧壁上部斜面42和中部弧形凹槽44、漏料孔41的另一侧壁45斜面及转盘81下表面共同阻挡与挤压,从而卷动成圆形空心条,然后经漏料孔41从排料机构5出口52排出;从本实施例可以看出,药材从切割成片到卷动成圆形空心条过程一步到位完成,从而实现了药材的快速加工成条,提高了生产效率。

1.一种药材切条机,包括支架、固设在支架上呈筒状的机身和固设在机身上部的传动机构,其特征在于:所述机身内壁固设有与机身内壁紧贴的呈圆形的导料盘,所述导料盘下方设有排料机构,靠近导料盘上方设置有与传动机构一端相连的切条机构,所述切条机构上方位于传动机构旁侧设有用于对切条机构进行给料的喂料机构;
所述切条机构包括呈圆形的转盘和固设于转盘中心的动力输入轴,所述转盘面上均布开设有多个用于安装呈条状刀具的穿孔,所述穿孔与喂料口相适应;
所述刀具包括弧形切割面和刀刃部分,转盘穿孔壁位于弧形切割面旁侧为斜面,弧形切割面与穿孔壁斜面之间构成成条空隙,所述刀刃部分与喂料口的下表面之间构成切割空隙;
所述导料盘上均布开设有多个用于导出药条的漏料孔,所述漏料孔包括相对的两侧壁,其中一侧壁包括上部斜面、中部弧形面和下部斜面,另一侧壁与所述下部斜面平行,漏料孔的两侧壁与成条空隙相适应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材切条机,其特征在于:所述喂料机构包括固设在机身上端的料筒,所述料筒顶部呈用于进料的敞口状,料筒中部内壁上设有连接到料筒底板上的用于引料的倾斜板,所述料筒底板面上设有通向切条机构的喂料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材切条机,其特征在于:所述刀具位置可调。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材切条机,其特征在于:所述排料机构包括机身底端内壁上倾斜设置的托料板,所述托料板的底部设有用于排出加工成形药料的出口。
