技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末成型机构,具体涉及一种粉末成型装置及其成型方法,属于粉末成型技术领域。
背景技术
使金属粉末体密实成具有一定形状、尺寸、密度和强度的坯块的工艺过程;它是粉末冶金工艺的基本工序之一;粉末成形前一般要将金属粉末进行粉末预处理以符合成形的要求;混料时,一般须加入一定量的粉末成形添加剂;粉末成形分粉末压制成形和粉末特殊成形两大类;粉末压制成形又称粉末模压成形,简称压制,它是粉末冶金生产中最早采用的成形方法;18世纪末和19世纪初,俄国和英国就用钢模压制制造铂制品;随后,粉末压制成形方法逐渐完善,用来压制各种含油轴承、粉末冶金减摩制品、粉末)台金机械结构零件等的压坯;20世纪30年代以来,粉末压制成形得到更大发展,压力机和模具设计等方面不断改进,能压制形状复杂零件,机械化和自动化程度更高;中国申请号:01120621.7,公开了一种粉末成型装置,其包括形成多个型腔的模具;多个型腔沿成型体的挤出方向不重叠地配置;夹持模具配置磁场发生装置的一对轭铁,轭铁和模具的各自上面大致在同一平面上形成。以在成型体滑动的部分不涂敷金属模润滑剂的方式,在模具上涂敷金属模润滑剂。向各型腔内供给加料箱内的、由稀土合金粉末构成的粉末。利用磁场发生装置使型腔内的粉末取向,使用下模冲和上模冲将型腔内的粉末压缩成型,使成型体和轭铁退磁;使用设置在加料箱的前部的、而且由可挠性部件构成的挤出部件,将得到的中空圆筒状的成型体从模具上挤出,在耐磨层上滑动。烧结成型体得到的稀土磁铁适用于无铁心电动机;上述成型装置及成型方法比较复杂,生产周期比较长。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种粉末成型装置及其成型方法,其结构简单,能够快速成型,通过直条轭铁能够提高选向精确性。
(二)技术方案
本发明的粉末成型装置,包括成型模具,及咬合于成型模具外侧的一对轭铁;及卷绕于轭铁外侧的线圈;及开设于成型模具中部的模腔;及垂直嵌于模腔外侧的直条轭铁;及活动嵌于模腔上侧和下侧的上模和下模;及与下模底部配合安装的震动机构;所述震动机构安装于顶板上;所述顶板上还安装有空心滑杆;所述空心滑杆与成型模具活动嵌合;所述顶板下方设置有下液压安装机构;所述上模顶部配合安装有压板;所述压板两侧还安装有冲压杆;所述冲压杆与空心滑杆嵌合;所述压板顶部设置有上液压安装机构。
进一步地,所述成型模具顶部设置有导向杆;所述导向杆与压板活动嵌合。
进一步地,所述轭铁底部设置有支撑台。
进一步地,所述上液压安装机构和下液压安装机构分别与液压机构配合安装。
上述粉末成型装置的成型方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步,填充前操作,将下模和空心滑杆上行,使其与成型模具相嵌,使下模与模腔形成下平面;
第二步,初步填料,通过加粉装置对模腔内进行加粉,当模腔内粉末达到一定高度后,移开加粉装置,此时通过震动机构对其进行震动和填平;
第三步,再次填料,关闭震动机构再次进行加料,并保证粉料略高于加料线;
第四步,合模选向,将上模和冲压杆下行,使上模到达模腔内侧,但不与粉料接触,打开线圈开关进行选型;线圈给轭铁选型磁场,同时磁场给直条轭铁,保证选型的精确性;
第五步,成型,将下模进行若干个高度定位,当下模在每个高度定位后,给上模最大压力,使其形成定型;
第六步,退模,将上模和上模同时下行,使成型的粉末脱离模腔后,上模上行等待下一次工作。
(三)有益效果
本发明的粉末成型装置及其成型方法,结构简单,组装方便,其加工工序比较简便,粉末能够快速成型,且通过直条轭铁能够提高选向精确性,提高成品率及产品质量。

如图1所示的一种粉末成型装置,包括成型模具1,及咬合于成型模具外侧的一对轭铁2;及卷绕于轭铁外侧的线圈3;及开设于成型模具中部的模腔4;及垂直嵌于模腔外侧的直条轭铁5;及活动嵌于模腔上侧和下侧的上模6和下模7;及与下模底部配合安装的震动机构8;所述震动机构8安装于顶板9上;所述顶板9上还安装有空心滑杆10;所述空心滑杆10与成型模具1活动嵌合;所述顶板9下方设置有下液压安装机构11;所述上模6顶部配合安装有压板12;所述压板12两侧还安装有冲压杆13;所述冲压杆13与空心滑杆10嵌合;所述压板12顶部设置有上液压安装机构14。
所述成型模具1顶部设置有导向杆15;所述导向杆15与压板12活动嵌合。
所述轭铁2底部设置有支撑台16。
所述上液压安装机构14和下液压安装机构11分别与液压机构配合安装。
上述粉末成型装置的成型方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步,填充前操作,将下模和空心滑杆上行,使其与成型模具相嵌,使下模与模腔形成下平面;

1.一种粉末成型装置,其特征在于:包括成型模具,及咬合于成型模具外侧的一对轭铁;及卷绕于轭铁外侧的线圈;及开设于成型模具中部的模腔;及竖直嵌于模腔外侧的直条轭铁;及活动嵌于模腔上侧和下侧的上模和下模;及与下模底部配合安装的震动机构;所述震动机构安装于顶板上;所述顶板上还安装有空心滑杆;所述空心滑杆与成型模具活动嵌合;所述顶板下方设置有下液压安装机构;所述上模顶部配合安装有压板;所述压板两侧还安装有冲压杆;所述冲压杆与空心滑杆嵌合;所述压板顶部设置有上液压安装机构。
