本发明公开了一种新型防火电缆,包括绝缘动力线芯和外护套,所述绝缘动力线芯包括导体、无机绝缘耐火层和阻水层;所述无机绝缘耐火层挤包若干根导体,无机绝缘耐火层外设置有绝缘保护层和阻水层;1~5组所述绝缘动力线芯设置在铝护套内;所述铝护套外设置有耐火层支架;所述耐火层支架外包覆隔氧耐火层;所述隔氧耐火层外依次设置有耐火包带层和外护套。本发明电缆具有优异的耐火性能、防水、耐冲击、高的电性能,导体长期允许工作温度环境为180℃;制造工艺简单,安装方便,成本低,性能好。

一种新型防火电缆
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种新型防火电缆。背景技术
[0002] 目前,市场上应用的传统防(耐)火电缆的结构主要有以下两种:a.耐火包带与塑料绝缘相结合的电缆结构,这种电缆最大优点是比较柔软,可适用于移动场合,制造方便, 成本较低,但这种电缆由于采用了塑料绝缘,电缆的使用温度受塑料绝缘使用温度的限制, 而且塑料绝缘极易燃烧,燃烧时产生大量热量,导致温度急剧上升使耐火包带碳化,更无从谈起电缆的耐机械振动、冲击、水淋等性能。这种电缆不能满足火灾环境下的消防要求。b.铜芯矿物绝缘铜管护套结构,这种电缆的优点是采用了氧化镁无机物绝缘,是一种非燃电缆,电缆的使用温度可达250°C以上,铜管护套具有径向防水、防潮功能。但这种电缆也存在诸多缺陷,首先氧化镁绝缘在高温下绝缘电阻下降很快,电缆在着火环境下不可能长时间供电,因此重要消防场所不宜使用;其次氧化镁绝缘容易吸潮,电缆纵向防潮尤其是接头处的密封更为重要,接头与终端往往采用密封胶,影响使用寿命,救灾中一旦金属套损伤、遇水,电缆将丧失防火功能;再者其制造工艺也限制了电缆制造长度,而电缆长度较短,会导致接头增多,制造工艺过于复杂,流程较长,电缆较硬,不易弯曲,安装施工不便。
[0003] 传统防火电缆在应用过程中暴露出来的缺点与不足,如制造长度短接头多、易吸潮、安装不便等,这些缺点阻碍了其进一步地推广应用。随着材料与工艺技术的进步,新型无机绝缘防火电缆已能弥补传统防火电缆的不足,且其具有的高性价比也吸引了众多重要工程和场所的关注,应用前景十分广泛。发明内容
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的是提供一种新型防火电缆。
[0005] 本发明的方案如下:一种新型防火电缆,包括绝缘动力线芯和外护套,所述绝缘动力线芯包括导体、无机绝缘耐火层和阻水层;所述无机绝缘耐火层挤包若干根导体,无机绝缘耐火层外设置有绝缘保护层和阻水层;四组所述绝缘动力线芯设置在铝护套内;所述铝护套外设置有耐火层支架;所述耐火层支架外包覆有隔氧耐火层;所述隔氧耐火层外依次设置有耐火包带层和外护套。
[0006] 进一步的,所述隔氧耐火层是采用氢氧化镁120-140重量份,硅酸钠10-15重量份, 氢氧化铝60-80重量份,甘油30-50重量份经搅拌混合后的材料经挤塑机挤包在耐火层支架夕卜;隔氧耐火层的厚度大于等于2_。

[0014] 下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明;如图1和图2所示,一种新型防火电缆,包括绝缘动力线芯5和外护套10,所述绝缘动力线芯5包括导体1、无机绝缘耐火层2和阻水层4;所述无机绝缘耐火层2挤包若干根导体1,无机绝缘耐火层2外设置有绝缘保护层3和阻水层4; 一到五组所述绝缘动力线芯5设置在铝护套6内,铝护套6替代传统铜护套使用,使电缆具有径向防水、防潮功能,还可以大大降低电缆的制造成本;所述铝护套6外设置有耐火层支架7;所述耐火层支架7外包覆有隔氧耐火层 8;所述隔氧耐火层8外依次设置有耐火包带层9和外护套10,所述隔氧耐火层8是采用氢氧化镁120-140重量份,硅酸钠10-15重量份,氢氧化铝60-80重量份,甘油30-50重量份经搅拌混合后的材料经挤塑机挤包在耐火层支架7外;隔氧耐火层8的厚度大于等于2_。隔氧耐火层8的材料选取即可以达到传统矿物绝缘电缆的耐火功能;而且制备隔氧耐火层8的材料选材广泛,价格低,性价比非常高,而且还具有防腐蚀作用。
[0015] 进一步的,所述耐火层支架7是由聚乙烯材料经挤制而成的;耐火层支架7外层均匀设置有8个管状凸起71;管状凸起71的厚度大于等于1_,对隔氧耐火层8有很好的支撑作用。
[0016] 进一步的,所述阻水层4是由无缝铝杆挤制而成,厚度大于等于2mm,无缝铝杆具有很好的密封性,对电缆有效起到阻水防潮功能,同时当电缆的使用电压提高到1.8/3KV以上时,由于铝具有优良的导电性能,可起到作为电缆的金属屏蔽层的作用。[〇〇17]进一步的,所述绝缘保护层3由陶瓷化硅橡胶经双二五硫化而成,使得本发明的电缆具有优异的电气绝缘绝缘性能,电缆的最高使用电压等级可达6kV,同时陶瓷化硅橡胶具有耐高温性能,电缆长期允许工作温度可达180°C。[0〇18] 进一步的,所述无机绝缘耐火层2由2层厚度为0.14mm的金云母带重叠绕包制成, 搭盖率不小于50%,绝缘和耐火性能大大提高。

1.一种新型防火电缆,包括绝缘动力线芯和外护套,其特征在于:所述绝缘动力线芯包 括导体、无机绝缘耐火层和阻水层;所述无机绝缘耐火层挤包若干根导体,无机绝缘耐火层 外设置有绝缘保护层和阻水层;1〜5组所述绝缘动力线芯设置在铝护套内;所述铝护套外 设置有耐火层支架;所述耐火层支架外包覆有隔氧耐火层;所述隔氧耐火层外依次设置有 耐火包带层和外护套;所述隔氧耐火层是采用氢氧化镁120-140重量份,硅酸钠10-15重量 份,氢氧化铝60-80重量份,甘油30-50重量份经搅拌混合后的材料经挤塑机挤包在耐火层 支架外;隔氧耐火层的厚度大于等于2mm。
