As a specific example, the protective layer is transparent ink or transparent gloss oil, so that the background colorant can be well protected under the premise of achieving low hiding power and good transparency, and the gloss of the background colorant and the gloss of the ink or gloss oil are combined with each other to reflect a vivid color.
As a specific embodiment, the flame retardant is selected from at least one of antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide, so that the paper is endowed with a flame-retardant functional auxiliary agent which is a flammable material, namely, the advertising paper contains a flame-retardant component, and therefore, the advertising paper can effectively prevent, delay or stop flame propagation when being attacked by an external fire source caused by human or other factors, and the flame-retardant effect is achieved.
As a specific embodiment, the photoinduced energy storage luminous powder is formed by combining fluorescent protein and calcium or iron ions, so that after the luminous powder is irradiated by natural light, sunlight light, ultraviolet light and the like, the luminous energy can be stored, and after the light irradiation is stopped, the luminous energy can be slowly released in a fluorescent mode, so that the luminous powder can still see luminescence at night or in a dark place for a duration of several hours to dozens of hours, and the product additional value of the advertising paper is effectively improved; meanwhile, the luminous powder formed by combining the fluorescent protein and calcium or iron ions has no radioactivity, so that the luminous powder is nontoxic and harmless and has no pollution to the surrounding environment. Of course, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art can also adopt other materials such as luciferin and luciferase to form the photo-induced energy storage luminous powder, and the advertising paper made of the photo-induced energy storage luminous powder can achieve the effect of emitting light at night. Similarly, other characteristic materials can be added to the base paper by those skilled in the art to realize other corresponding characteristic functions.
Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional environment-friendly advertising paper production system comprises a background color forming mechanism, a protective layer forming mechanism, a characteristic agent forming mechanism, a purifying mechanism and a pattern forming mechanism, wherein the background color forming mechanism is suitable for forming various background color layers on base paper, the protective layer forming mechanism is suitable for forming a transparent protective layer for protecting the background color layers on the various background color layers, the characteristic agent forming mechanism is suitable for forming various characteristic agents including a fire retardant, a smoothing agent and noctilucent powder on the transparent protective layer, the purifying mechanism is suitable for spraying a photocatalyst liquid and irradiating the base paper with the formed characteristic agents by an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, therefore, harmful chemical substances such as formaldehyde, organic matters, bacteria and the like can be removed, and the pattern forming mechanism is suitable for rolling the formed base paper to form various needed patterns. Therefore, the advertisement paper manufactured by the production system has beautiful appearance, various decorative patterns and colors, various formed characteristic agents and environmental protection and purification on harmful substances, various special performances and functions are added to the advertisement paper, the added value and market competitiveness of products are effectively improved, and the requirements of various advertisement designs and advertisement manufacturing at present can be met.
