背景技术
[0002]煤的低温热解是实现煤炭综合高效利用的重要途径,通过热解煤炭可制取高附加值的煤气、焦油以及高热值的半焦,尤其是针对低阶煤的低温热解,更可以解决其水分含量尚、易粉化等不能直接利用的缺点。
[0003]现有的低阶煤热解设备主要有立式炉、流化床热解装置、气体直接换热回转窑等。
[0004]立炉热解工艺成熟,设备成本低,但要求物料为块料,原料中的细颗粒、粉料不能利用,且处理量较小;流化床热解反应迅速,但对物料粒度要求高,无法实现规模化生产;气体热载体直接换热回转窑处理量大,但工艺参数控制较难,易发生爆炸,安全性差。
[0005]现在的粉煤热解方法中,也有类似的多管加热回转式热解窑,物料在回转窑内完成从干燥到热解的过程,但该技术存在诸多缺陷,如:煤在低温时发生脱水反应,到中高温时发生热解反应,在此过程中煤的体积在逐渐变化、缩小;同时在不同温度下,煤安息角不同,流动性不同,由于传统热解回转窑内部换热管平行布置,物料由入料到出料过程中,前段物料粒度大,后端物料粒度小,会导致要么前段换热管之间物料卡料现象,要么后端换热管之间间隙过大而影响换热现象;同时,由于不同温度下物料的流动性、安息角不同,会出现前热解窑内的部分位置扬料效果差、换热不足、热损失大等一系列问题。
[0006]由于颗粒物料在高温状态的安息角比低温状态安息角要小,物料随着温度升高,发生脱水和热解反应,物料在高温状态的流动性要优于低温状态。平行换热管等间距布置方式的热解窑,由于物料在低温状态和高温状态的流动性差异,造成物料在低温段和高温端的翻转、提升、扬起、下落过程中的运动轨迹差异较大,从而导致在低温段和高温段的换热效率差异较大,因此造成热量的损失和整体热效率不高。
发明内容

[0021]进料端烟气罩3通过连接换热管4后再连接出料端烟气罩10,形成加热气流通道。具体的,进料端烟气罩3的内侧壁设置若干孔,孔的大小与换热管4对应,出料端烟气罩10的外侧壁设置对应数量、大小的孔,用于安装换热管4;最内侧的换热管4形成的空间为物料通道12;送料装置I联通物料通道12与出料罩11形成出料通道。

[0023]在物料通道12与筒体5的环形空间内,换热管4以筒体5的轴为中心辐射式多层分布。设置3~7层,20〜60根均布,以换热管4的间距均匀并能使物料具有合适的运动轨迹为宜;换热管4之间的间距,在进料端取45〜150mm,出料端取25〜120mm。换热管4间距根据据物料在筒体4内不同阶段的体积变化、流动性变化来确定。
[0024]送料装置I为带有空心轴107的套筒式螺旋进料装置,该空心轴107与筒体5的内腔联通。该空心轴107可根据工艺需要将筒体5物料干燥出的水分抽出,以减少干馏气的处理难度,也可以将外部的净化煤气通入筒体5以调节干馏气氛提高煤气和焦油的产率。

[0037]支承装置6主要包括托轮、托轮轴、托轮轴承组、底座等组件,用以支承锥形筒体装置5。其中一档支承上另设液压挡轮装置,用以将筒体5按一定的速度上下串动,减少轮带在托轮上、大齿圈在小齿轮上的集中磨损。此技术方案为回转窑中常见的结构。
[0038] 传动装置7主要包括大齿圈,小齿轮装置,主减速器,主电机,辅助传动减速器,辅助传动电机,制动器,离合器,联轴器等。此技术方案为回转窑中常见的结构。
[0039]筒体5内部的物料通道12的位置关系是:进料端一侧高、出料端一侧低;筒体5通过传动装置7带动,沿轴向做旋转运动。筒体5内的换热管4,换热管4之间的间隙从进料端至出料端由大变小呈逐渐分布;高温烟气通过出料端烟气罩10进入加热气流通道,并通过加热气流通道进入换热管4内,通过换热管4向低温烟气出口301移动;物料通过进料装置I送入筒体5内,并与换热管4直接接触,并随着筒体5的旋转向出料端移动;物料在移动过程中,换热管4相互逐渐变化的间隙,最终保证物料在换热管4的不同位置均不会存在卡料现象,从而提高物料在筒体5内运行的稳定性,同时在不同位置均可形成很好的料幕,从而提高物料在筒体5的换热效率、提高热解效率;物料通过换热管4接触换热后移动至出料罩11,固体半焦则在出料罩11的半焦出口 111出料,高温气态的煤气、焦油蒸汽则从出料罩11的上端的煤气出口 110排出并被后续收集;高温烟气通过换热管4与物料换热后温度得到降低,在进料端烟气罩3上端的低温烟气出口 301排出。
[0040]采用本发明将粒度小于30mm的粉煤进行热解处理,处理量大,小时处理物料量可达200t以上;采用列管式间接换热方式,热烟气从换热管4流动,进而给物料加热,换热管4分布密度大,热效率高;由于高温烟气与煤粉、煤气、焦油蒸汽等易燃易爆物质隔绝,且装置采用全密封结构,整机安全性较好,从而实现资源的综合高效利用。
Claims (10)
1.一种大型热解装置,包括筒体(5)、换热管(4)、送料装置(1)、进料端烟气罩(3)、出料端烟气罩(10)和出料罩(11),最内侧的换热管(4)形成物料通道(12),其特征是:相邻换热管(4)的间距从进料端到出料端逐渐变小以形成从进料端到出料端孔径逐渐变大的锥形的物料通道(12); 所述的送料装置(I)为具有空心轴(107)的套筒式螺旋进料装置,该空心轴(107)与筒体(5)的内腔联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:所述的进料端烟气罩(3)—端密封连接进料装置(1),另一端密封连接筒体(5);筒体(5)的另一端密封连接出料端烟气罩(10),出料端烟气罩(10)的另一端密封连接出料罩(11);出料罩(11)上端设置有煤气出口(110),下端设置有半焦出口(111);进料端烟气罩(3)上端设置低温烟气出口(301),下端设置有收灰口(302);进料端烟气罩(3)通过连接换热管(4)后再连接出料端烟气罩(10),形成加热气流通道;送料装置(I)联通物料通道(12)与出料罩(11)形成出料通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:在物料通道(12)与筒体(5)形成的环形空间内,换热管(4)以筒体(5)的轴为中心辐射式多层均布,设置为3~7层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:所述的送料装置(I)中驱动装置(101)设置在机架(104)上,空心轴(107)通过支撑轴承(103)连接出料筒(105)内部的螺旋叶片(106);驱动装置(101)通过齿轮传动(102)驱动空心轴(107)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:筒体(5)呈进料端大、出料端小的锥形,锥度为1:150〜1:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:筒体(5)内壁设置有保温材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:出料端烟气罩(10)为径向螺旋结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:出料端烟气罩(9)两侧紧贴盘旋设置有横截面为矩形的冷却风管(8),且冷却风管(8)的单侧或双侧设置有若干孔(801),用以风冷出料έ而烟气卓(9)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:所述的出料端烟气罩(10)的结构为上下两部分组成;出料罩(11)的结构为上下两部分组成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型热解装置,其特征是:筒体(5)被支承装置(6)托起,支承装置(6)可根据筒体(5)长度设置2〜4套,筒体(5)外圆上设置有大齿圈装置,由传动装置(7 )驱动,带动筒体(5 )沿中心轴转动。
