技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷材料。
背景技术
传统的陶瓷材料主要是指硅铝酸盐。刚开始的时候人们对硅铝酸盐的选择要求不高,纯度不大,颗粒的粒度也不均一,成型压强不高。这时得到陶瓷称为传统陶瓷。后来发展到纯度高,粒度小且均一,成型压强高,进行烧结得到的烧结体叫做精细陶瓷。随着社会的进步,陶瓷材料的性能也越来越好,现有的陶瓷材料具有良好的力学特性、热特性、电特性等性能,但随着人们对于陶瓷的要求越来越高,现有的陶瓷材料已经不能够很好的满足使用需求,需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种陶瓷材料,具有极高的强度和硬度,同时兼具了一定韧性;综合性能优异。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种陶瓷材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳化铬粉15-24份,羟乙基纤维素6-10份,氮化铝6-9份,氧化锆9-13份,乙酸乙酯6-8份,氧化镧1-5份,硅烷偶联剂4-6份,氧化钛7-10份,无水碳酸里5-7份,硼砂8-13份,太酸丁酯4-9份,玻璃纤维7-10份,二氧化锆8-9份,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷2-4份,聚乙二醇5-10份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的陶瓷材料,具有极高的强度和硬度,同时兼具了一定韧性;综合性能优异。
