本发明提出了一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,包括以下原料:聚合硫酸铁20~32份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺10~20份,羧甲基纤维素钠3~5份,粉煤灰8~16份,偏硅酸钠2~4份,多胺类化合物4~8份。该絮凝剂絮凝速度快,去浊率、脱色率、COD去除率高。

技术领域
本发明属于絮凝剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强,工业废水、城市污水的达标处理成为当务之急。根据调查,目前工业废水处理量还不到总量的20%,城市污水暂时仅在少数城市进行实验性处理,主要原因是处理费用高。因此,开发高效、廉价的废水处理剂刻不容缓。絮凝剂是最重要的水处理剂,它用量极大,每年以很高的百分比递增。
絮凝剂主要应用于给水和污水处理领域。化学药剂混凝沉淀是水处理技术中普遍使用的方法。该方法具有投资少、占地小、运行费用低、适应性广等特点。在水处理混凝沉淀中广泛地涉及絮凝剂投料时机、投料环境控制、投料量、激发效果等,以达到合适的絮凝效果,满足对水处理的要求。
酸性染料废水成分复杂,色度大,浓度高,难降解物质多,COD值高,水质多变,处理该类废水的主要难点在于脱色,目前采用絮凝方法处理印染废水常用的药剂以无机铝盐、铁盐为主,但这些材料对活性染料、酸性染料等的脱色效果较差,难以达到实际环境治理要求。
发明内容
本发明提出一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,该絮凝剂絮凝速度快,去浊率、脱色率、COD去除率高。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁20~32份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺10~20份,羧甲基纤维素钠3~5份,粉煤灰8~16份,偏硅酸钠2~4份,多胺类化合物4~8份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁24~30份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺12~18份,羧甲基纤维素钠3~5份,粉煤灰10~15份,偏硅酸钠2~4份,多胺类化合物4~8份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁26份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺15份,羧甲基纤维素钠4份,粉煤灰12份,偏硅酸钠3份,多胺类化合物6份。
进一步,所述多胺类化合物乙二胺、丁二胺或者丙二胺。。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过引入多胺内化合物增大絮凝剂分子量,使其粘度增大,稳定性好,便于工业生产,且具有沉降快,脱色效果好等特点。针对酸性染料废水的特性,本发明引入偏硅酸钠有利于增大絮凝体系的稳定性,提高脱色效率。处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为10~17mg/L,总悬浮物为1.1~2.5mg/L,BOD降低了83%~89%,COD降低了77%~82%,污染物去除率为85%~89%。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁26份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺15份,羧甲基纤维素钠4份,粉煤灰12份,偏硅酸钠3份,乙二胺6份。
采用实施例1所述絮凝剂处理酸性染料废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为10mg/L,总悬浮物为1.1mg/L,BOD降低了89%,COD降低了82%,污染物去除率为89%。
实施例2
一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁20份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺10份,羧甲基纤维素钠3份,粉煤灰8份,偏硅酸钠2份,丙二胺4份。
采用实施例2所述絮凝剂处理酸性染料废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为17mg/L,总悬浮物为2.5mg/L,BOD降低了83%,COD降低了77%,污染物去除率为85%。
实施例3
一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁24份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺18份,羧甲基纤维素钠5份,粉煤灰15份,偏硅酸钠4份,丁二胺7份。
采用实施例3所述絮凝剂处理酸性染料废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为12mg/L,总悬浮物为1.8mg/L,BOD降低了85%,COD降低了80%,污染物去除率为87%。
实施例4
一种用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁28份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺15份,羧甲基纤维素钠4份,粉煤灰12份,偏硅酸钠3份,丙二胺8份。
采用实施例4所述絮凝剂处理酸性染料废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为15mg/L,总悬浮物为1.5mg/L,BOD降低了87%,COD降低了79%,污染物去除率为88%。

聚合硫酸铁20~32份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺10~20份,羧甲基纤维素钠3~5份,粉煤灰8~16份,偏硅酸钠2~4份,多胺类化合物4~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁24~30份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺12~18份,羧甲基纤维素钠3~5份,粉煤灰10~15份,偏硅酸钠2~4份,多胺类化合物4~8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
聚合硫酸铁26份,水溶性聚丙烯酰胺15份,羧甲基纤维素钠4份,粉煤灰12份,偏硅酸钠3份,多胺类化合物6份。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的用于酸性染料废水的絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述多胺类化合物乙二胺、丁二胺或者丙二胺。
