Abstract
本发明涉及钢管加工设备技术领域,具体为一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,包括机架、夹紧机构和切割机构,所述切割机构包括切割座和刀盘,所述切割座为可移动地连接在所述机架上,所述刀盘为转动连接在所述切割座上,在所述刀盘的轴心设有便于衬塑管进入的通道,所述刀盘上安装有切刀、倒角刀和定位刀,所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀绕所述刀盘轴线圆周均布在所述通道口处,所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀均能相对所述刀盘沿所述刀盘径向方向移动。本发明能够快速、精确地进行定位、切割和倒角,切割端口光滑、整齐,避免毛刺产生,切割效果好,而且能够自动清理切割余料,以进行下一次的切割,自动化程度高,大大提高了加工速度和生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢管加工设备技术领域,具体为一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置。
背景技术
衬塑钢管由外钢层和内衬层构成,外钢层可有效抵抗撞击,具有传统管道的力学性能,内衬层选择无毒、防腐的高分子有机材料,因此衬塑钢管是输送冷热水的理想管道,目前已被广泛应用。中国专利公开了一种钢塑复合管的制造方法,公开号为CN1073906A,这种制造方法先用起毛机构将钢管内壁滚出一个个凹坑和毛刺,在钢管内部空套进其外壁先前涂有粘胶剂的塑料衬管,然后可分别采用三个不同的方法使钢管内壁的凹坑和毛刺与塑料衬管紧密铆合,一是钢管强行通过口径比钢管外径小的钢模,使钢管的内径变小;二是将钢管和塑料衬管一起加温到250度,再用一组多级成型内胀压钢模通过塑料衬管内径,扩张塑料衬管;三是把锅炉蒸汽导入密封的塑料衬管内腔,使塑料衬管膨胀后冷却成型。用上述方法制造时衬塑钢管的端部不可避免会产生伸出钢管外面的衬塑管料段,在后续的加工中需要把此段衬塑管余料去除。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,能够快速去除衬塑管余料段,并对内衬端口进行倒角,便于成型内胀压钢模进入塑料衬管内径。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,包括机架、设置于所述机架上的夹紧机构和切割机构,所述切割机构包括切割座和刀盘,所述切割座为可移动地连接在所述机架上,所述刀盘为转动连接在所述切割座上,在所述刀盘的轴心设有便于衬塑管进入的通道,所述刀盘上安装有切刀、倒角刀和定位刀,所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀绕所述刀盘轴线圆周均布在所述通道口处,所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀均能相对所述刀盘沿所述刀盘径向方向移动。
作为优选,所述刀盘上设有用于安装所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀的刀座,所述刀座包括固接在所述刀盘上的固定刀座和相对所述固定刀座滑动的活动刀座,所述切刀、倒角刀和定位刀通过螺栓固定在所述活动刀座上,所述活动刀座分别连接有驱动其移动的移动组件,所述定位刀、切刀、倒角刀在切割时按顺序依次出刀。
作为优选,所述固定刀座包括两个间隔设置的刀座本体,所述刀座本体上设有开口为相对设置的滑槽,所述活动刀座的两侧卡接在所述滑槽内,所述移动组件穿过所述刀座本体之间的间隙与所述活动刀座连接。
作为优选,所述机架上设置有滑轨,所述切割座的下端滑动连接在所述滑轨上,所述机架上设有驱动所述切割座沿所述刀盘的转动轴线方向移动的移动机构,所述移动机构包括丝杆、伺服电机以及与所述丝杆配合连接的驱动块,所述驱动块固接在所述切割座上,所述伺服电机驱动所述丝杆转动使所述驱动块沿丝杆轴向方向移动,所述丝杆的轴线与所述刀盘的转动轴线平行。
作为优选,所述切割座上设有沿所述刀盘转动轴线移动的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的端部设有伸入所述通道内并卡接在衬塑管内径的卡接头,所述刀盘与切割座之间设有去除卡接在卡接头外侧的衬塑管的卡座,所述卡座上设与所述卡接头外圆相匹配的卡孔,所述卡孔的直径大于所述卡接头的外圆直径,且小于衬塑管的外圆直径,所述卡座的下方设有衬塑管收集盒。
作为优选,所述卡接头的外圆侧设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性卡条,所述弹性卡条为向外凸出的弧线结构,所述弹性卡条的一端固定在凹槽内,所述弹性卡条的另一端滑动设置在凹槽内。
作为优选,所述夹紧机构包括呈上下设置的上夹紧块、下夹紧块、驱动所述上夹紧块向下移动的上驱动组件以及驱动所述下夹紧块向上移动的下驱动组件,所述上驱动组件固接在所述机架的上端,所述下驱动组件固接在所述机架的下端,所述上夹紧块和下夹紧块设有闭合后形成圆柱孔的卡槽,所述圆柱孔的轴线与所述刀盘转动轴线重合。
作为优选,所述卡槽的槽面设有沿所述圆柱孔轴向分布的横连接条和连接于相邻两条所述横连接条之间并与两条所述横连接条形成吸盘结构的竖连接条,所述横连接条和竖连接条均为弹性橡胶条。此结构可以牢牢地固定住钢管,提高切割精度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够快速、精确地进行定位、切割和倒角,切割端口光滑、整齐,避免毛刺产生,切割效果好,而且能够自动清理切割余料,以进行下一次的切割,自动化程度高,大大提高了加工速度和生产效率。

实施例:如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,包括机架1、设置于所述机架1上的夹紧机构4和切割机构,其特征在于:所述切割机构包括切割座2和刀盘3,所述切割座2为可移动地连接在所述机架1上,所述刀盘3为转动连接在所述切割座2上,在所述刀盘3的轴心设有便于衬塑管进入的通道,所述刀盘3上安装有切刀33、倒角刀34和定位刀32,所述切刀33、倒角刀34和定位刀32绕所述刀盘3轴线圆周均布在所述通道口处,所述切刀33、倒角刀34和定位刀32均能相对所述刀盘3沿所述刀盘3径向方向移动。
如图2和图3所示,所述刀盘3上设有用于安装所述切刀33、倒角刀34和定位刀32的刀座31,所述刀座31包括固接在所述刀盘3上的固定刀座311和相对所述固定刀座311滑动的活动刀座312,所述切刀33、倒角刀34和定位刀32通过螺栓固定在所述活动刀座312上,所述活动刀座312分别连接有驱动其移动的移动组件36,所述定位刀32、切刀33、倒角刀34在切割时按顺序依次出刀。所述固定刀座311包括两个间隔设置的刀座本体,所述刀座本体上设有开口为相对设置的滑槽,所述活动刀座312的两侧卡接在所述滑槽内,所述移动组件36穿过所述刀座31本体之间的间隙与所述活动刀座312连接,移动组件36与活动刀座312通过连接块35连接,移动组件36为气缸。
如图1所示,所述机架1上设置有滑轨,所述切割座2的下端滑动连接在所述滑轨上,所述机架1上设有驱动所述切割座2沿所述刀盘3的转动轴线方向移动的移动机构6,所述移动机构6包括丝杆62、伺服电机61以及与所述丝杆62配合连接的驱动块63,所述驱动块63固接在所述切割座2上,所述伺服电机61驱动所述丝杆62转动使所述驱动块63沿丝杆62轴向方向移动,所述丝杆62的轴线与所述刀盘3的转动轴线平行。
如图1和图5所示,所述切割座2上还设有清理机构5,清理机构5包括沿所述刀盘3转动轴线移动的伸缩杆52,伸缩杆52由伸缩组件54驱动,伸缩组件54为气缸。所述伸缩杆52的端部设有伸入所述通道内并卡接在衬塑管内径的卡接头51,所述刀盘3与切割座2之间设有去除卡接在卡接头51外侧的衬塑管的卡座53,所述卡座53上设与所述卡接头51外圆相匹配的卡孔,所述卡孔的直径大于所述卡接头51的外圆直径,且小于衬塑管的外圆直径,所述卡座53的下方设有衬塑管收集盒。所述卡接头51的外圆侧设有凹槽511,所述凹槽511内设有弹性卡条512,所述弹性卡条512为向外凸出的弧线结构,所述弹性卡条512的一端固定在凹槽511内,所述弹性卡条512的另一端滑动设置在凹槽511内。
如图1和图4所示,所述夹紧机构4包括呈上下设置的上夹紧块41、下夹紧块42、驱动所述上夹紧块41向下移动的上驱动组件43以及驱动所述下夹紧块42向上移动的下驱动组件44,所述上驱动组件43固接在所述机架1的上端,所述下驱动组件44固接在所述机架1的下端,上驱动组件43和驱动组件44均采用气缸。所述上夹紧块41和下夹紧块42块设有闭合后形成圆柱孔的卡槽,所述圆柱孔的轴线与所述刀盘3转动轴线重合。所述卡槽的槽面设有沿所述圆柱孔轴向分布的横连接条421和连接于相邻两条所述横连接条421之间并与两条所述横连接条421形成吸盘结构的竖连接条422,所述横连接条421和竖连接条422均为弹性橡胶条。

1.一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,包括机架(1)、设置于所述机架(1)上的夹紧机构(4)和切割机构,其特征在于:所述切割机构包括切割座(2)和刀盘(3),所述切割座(2)为可移动地连接在所述机架(1)上,所述刀盘(3)为转动连接在所述切割座(2)上,在所述刀盘(3)的轴心设有便于衬塑管进入的通道,所述刀盘(3)上安装有切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)和定位刀(32),所述切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)和定位刀(32)绕所述刀盘(3)轴线圆周均布在所述通道口处,所述切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)和定位刀(32)均能相对所述刀盘(3)沿所述刀盘(3)径向方向移动;所述切割座(2)上设有沿所述刀盘(3)转动轴线移动的伸缩杆(52),所述伸缩杆(52)的端部设有伸入所述通道内并卡接在衬塑管内径的卡接头(51),所述刀盘(3)与切割座(2)之间设有去除卡接在卡接头(51)外侧的衬塑管的卡座(53),所述卡座(53)上设与所述卡接头(51)外圆相匹配的卡孔,所述卡孔的直径大于所述卡接头(51)的外圆直径,且小于衬塑管的外圆直径,所述卡座(53)的下方设有衬塑管收集盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,其特征在于:所述刀盘(3)上设有用于安装所述切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)和定位刀(32)的刀座(31),所述刀座(31)包括固接在所述刀盘(3)上的固定刀座(311)和相对所述固定刀座(311)滑动的活动刀座(312),所述切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)和定位刀(32)通过螺栓固定在所述活动刀座(312)上,所述活动刀座(312)分别连接有驱动其移动的移动组件(36),所述定位刀(32)、切刀(33)、倒角刀(34)在切割时按顺序依次出刀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,其特征在于:所述固定刀座(311)包括两个间隔设置的刀座本体,所述刀座本体上设有开口为相对设置的滑槽,所述活动刀座(312)的两侧卡接在所述滑槽内,所述移动组件(36)穿过所述刀座(31)本体之间的间隙与所述活动刀座(312)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设置有滑轨,所述切割座(2)的下端滑动连接在所述滑轨上,所述机架(1)上设有驱动所述切割座(2)沿所述刀盘(3)的转动轴线方向移动的移动机构(6),所述移动机构(6)包括丝杆(62)、伺服电机(61)以及与所述丝杆(62)配合连接的驱动块(63),所述驱动块(63)固接在所述切割座(2)上,所述伺服电机(61)驱动所述丝杆(62)转动使所述驱动块(63)沿丝杆(62)轴向方向移动,所述丝杆(62)的轴线与所述刀盘(3)的转动轴线平行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,其特征在于:所述卡接头(51)的外圆侧设有凹槽(511),所述凹槽(511)内设有弹性卡条(512),所述弹性卡条(512)为向外凸出的弧线结构,所述弹性卡条(512)的一端固定在凹槽(511)内,所述弹性卡条(512)的另一端滑动设置在凹槽(511)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管内衬塑复合层修端装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧机构(4)包括呈上下设置的上夹紧块(41)、下夹紧块(42)、驱动所述上夹紧块(41)向下移动的上驱动组件(43)以及驱动所述下夹紧块(42)向上移动的下驱动组件(44),所述上驱动组件(43)固接在所述机架(1)的上端,所述下驱动组件(44)固接在所述机架(1)的下端,所述上夹紧块(41)和下夹紧块(42)块设有闭合后形成圆柱孔的卡槽,所述圆柱孔的轴线与所述刀盘(3)转动轴线重合。
