本发明公开了一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,包括有加工台面、夹紧机构、挡位机构和导轨、设置在导轨上的可滑动的钻铣组件;钻铣组件包括有刀盘、调位机构、夹爪、磨盘和定位装置,钻铣组件包括有支架,刀盘、调位机构、夹爪、磨盘和定位装置均设置在支架上,定位装置包括有设置在支架和磨盘之间的竖向滑动组件和纵向滑动组件。通过夹紧机构配合挡位机构完成管材的前后左右四个方向的定位,通过可步进移动的钻铣组件、可空间移动调位机构以及能够夹持钻头和铣刀的夹爪来完成管材的钻孔和铣顶面的加工,方便快捷,挡位机构的动板配合第二气顶还能使复合机床适用于长度存在误差的不同管材。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床。
背景技术
[0002]管材上的钻铣加工常用的是分别设置钻床和铣床作为前后工序依次加工管材,并且整个加工过程是通过管材的移动来完成多个定位钻孔的,然而在加工时需要对管材进行精确定位,加工后又要移动管材,这对管材的定位装置和移动装置的配合精度要求过高,在实际操作过程中难以保证高精度的钻铣加工。因此,有必要做进一步的改进。
发明内容
[0003]本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,包括有矩形的加工台面、设置在加工台面上的夹紧机构和挡位机构、平行于加工台面的长边的导轨、设置在导轨上的可滑动的钻铣组件;待加工的管材平行于加工台面的长边放置在加工台面上;钻铣组件包括有刀盘、调位机构、夹爪、磨盘和定位装置,刀盘在竖向平面内自转,调位机构控制刀盘在横向平面内移动,夹爪随刀盘转动,夹爪能够自转,磨盘能够自转,定位装置用于控制磨盘在纵向和竖向移动;钻铣组件包括有支架,刀盘、调位机构、夹爪、磨盘和定位装置均设置在支架上,定位装置包括有设置在支架和磨盘之间的竖向滑动组件和纵向滑动组件。

[0005]优选的,挡位机构包括设置在管材一侧的定板和设置在管材另一侧的动板,动板的侧壁上设置有圆柱凸起。

[0007]有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床通过夹紧机构配合挡位机构完成管材的前后左右四个方向的定位,通过可步进移动的钻铣组件、可空间移动调位机构以及能够夹持钻头和铁刀的夹爪来完成官材的钻孔和铁顶面的加工,方便快捷,挡位机构的动板配合第二气顶还能使复合机床适用于长度存在误差的不同管材。

具体实施方式
[0009]如图1-图2所示,一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,包括有矩形的加工台面1、设置在加工台面I上的夹紧机构2和挡位机构3、平行于加工台面I的长边的导轨4、设置在导轨4上的可滑动的钻铣组件5;待加工的管材平行于加工台面I的长边放置在加工台面I上,夹紧机构2包括有设置在加工台面I上的固定块21、顶块22和基座23,基座23上设置有推动顶块22朝向和背向固定块21运动的第一气顶24;挡位机构3包括设置在管材一侧的定板31、设置在管材另一侧的动板32以及推动动板32朝向和背向定板31运动的第二气顶33;钻铣组件5包括有设置在管材上方的以纵向为轴线旋转的刀盘51以及控制刀盘51在横向、纵向和竖向移动的调位机构52,刀盘51上设置有若干个以刀盘51的径向为轴线旋转的夹爪53,夹爪53上夹持有钻头和铣刀。
[0010]通过夹紧机构2配合挡位机构3完成管材的前后左右四个方向的定位,通过可步进移动的钻铣组件5、可空间移动调位机构52以及能够夹持钻头和铣刀的夹爪53来完成管材的钻孔和铣顶面的加工,方便快捷,挡位机构3的动板32配合第二气顶33还能使复合机床适用于长度存在误差的不同管材。
[0011]钻铣组件5在导轨4上步进运动,步进量对应于需求钻孔的间距。刀盘51可以旋转,旋转用于切换设置在管材正上方的夹爪53所夹的刀具,比如不同尺寸的钻头和铣刀,这样就实现了一台设备能够分别对管材进行钻加工和铣加工,管材在钻孔完成后,会有很多废渣残留,通过铣刀的加工在是管件表面光滑平整的同时去掉废渣。
[0012]固定块21位置固定,顶块22在第一气顶24的驱动下配合固定块21夹住管材,基座23用于固定第一气顶24的缸体于加工台面I上。夹紧机构2等距离的设置有若干个,设置的数量需要参考管材的长度,保证管材在长度方向上均能被固定。
[0013]挡位机构3中的定板31是固定设置在加工台面I上的,动板32通过第二气顶33来控制动板32在加工台面I上的位置,用于适用不同管材之间的长度误差,并且在动板32的运动路径上可以设置标尺,可以记录每个管材的长度值,分析误差大小。
[0014]夹紧机构2在加工台面I上等距离的设置有若干个。定板31和动板32均为L形截面。加工台面I的侧壁上设置有用于固定第二气顶33的支架。动板32的侧壁上设置有圆柱凸起,第二气顶33的输出端和圆柱凸起铰接。
[0015]钻铣组件5是一个带有面罩的移动件,钻铣组件5还包括有支架,刀盘51、调位机构52和夹爪53均设置在支架上,支架上还设置有用于去除管件加工产生的废渣和碎肩的磨盘54,磨盘54在支架两端均有设置,磨盘54上设置有风机55,风机55用于配合磨盘54把管件加工残留的碎肩更快速的清理掉,磨盘54和风机55通过能够使得磨盘54和风机55在纵向及竖向位移的定位装置56来实现在管件上的定位。
[0016]调位机构52包括有曲柄和气缸,气缸的推力使得曲柄能够转动,刀盘51与曲柄相互固定,曲柄的转动能够带动刀盘51转动,从而便于钻头在管材上开孔。

1.一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,其特征在于,包括有矩形的加工台面(I)、设置在加工台面(I)上的夹紧机构(2)和挡位机构(3)、平行于加工台面(I)的长边的导轨(4)、设置在导轨(4)上的可滑动的钻铣组件(5);待加工的管材平行于加工台面(I)的长边放置在加工台面(I)上;钻铣组件(5)包括有刀盘(51)、调位机构(52)、夹爪(53)、磨盘(54)和定位装置(56),刀盘(51)在竖向平面内自转,调位机构(52)控制刀盘(51)在横向平面内移动,夹爪(53)随刀盘(51)转动,夹爪(53)能够自转,磨盘(54)能够自转,定位装置(56)用于控制磨盘(54)在纵向和竖向移动;钻铣组件(5)包括有支架,刀盘(51)、调位机构(52)、夹爪(53)、磨盘(54)和定位装置(56)均设置在支架上,定位装置(56)包括有设置在支架和磨盘(54)之间的竖向滑动组件和纵向滑动组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,其特征在于,所述夹紧机构(2)包括有设置在加工台面(I)上的固定块(21)、顶块(22)和基座(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,其特征在于,所述挡位机构(3)包括设置在管材一侧的定板(31)和设置在管材另一侧的动板(32),动板(32)的侧壁上设置有圆柱凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步除渣的钻铣复合机床,其特征在于,所述竖向滑动组件和纵向滑动组件均包括有丝杆、滑块和导向轨道。
