本发明公开了一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,包括一龙门骨架,所述龙门骨架上方设有移动滑台;所述移动滑台上固定有激光头;所述龙门骨架下放设有一平台,用于放置V型丝工装;所述龙门骨架下方设有一个或多个气缸。本发明提出了一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其具有焊接牢固,效率高,焊接均匀的优点,大大减少了由于人工操作带来的不便和错误,提高了生产质量和效率。

本发明涉及一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置。
背景技术
工业滤网的应用及其广泛,要求滤网具有耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、耐摩擦,主要用于石油、化工、机械、食品等行业;其中包括一种约翰逊网,其由V型丝与锯齿条焊接而成,焊接过程并非一次性成型,且焊接不牢固。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,包括一龙门骨架,所述龙门骨架上方设有移动滑台;所述移动滑台上固定有激光头;
所述龙门骨架下放设有一平台,用于放置V型丝工装;
所述龙门骨架下方设有一个或多个气缸。
优选的,所述龙门骨架上方设有一支撑台,该支撑台上安装有两个滑轨;所述移动滑台的数量为两个,分设于其中一个滑轨上并能够沿着所述滑轨滑动。
优选的,所述平台上亦设有滑轨。
优选的,所述气缸的个数为三个。
本发明提出了一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其具有焊接牢固,效率高,焊接均匀的优点,大大减少了由于人工操作带来的不便和错误,提高了生产质量和效率。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至3所示,一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,包括一龙门骨架1,所述龙门骨架1上方设有一支撑台8,所述移动滑台2的数量为两个,分设于其中一个滑轨9上并能够沿着所述滑轨9滑动。所述移动滑台2上固定有激光头3;
所述龙门骨架1下放设有一平台4,平台4上亦设有滑轨9,用于放置V型丝工装,V型丝5工装由V型丝5和锯齿条6组成;
所述龙门骨架1下方设有三个气缸7。
实施方式:V型丝5和锯齿条6间隙配合,固定于行业内通用的工装夹具上面,工装夹具与平台4上的滑轨9连接,能够左右移动,工作时气缸7运行,释放向下的力,压紧锯齿条6与V型丝5,使V型丝5和锯齿条6紧密配合;其中一个移动滑台2工作,由激光头3射出激光,照射于V型丝5和锯齿条6的连接点上进行焊接,一般情况下,两个移动滑台2上的激光头3交替工作,直平网焊接完成。
本本发明提出了一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其具有焊接牢固,效率高,焊接均匀的优点,大大减少了由于人工操作带来的不便和错误,提高了生产质量和效率。

1.一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其特征在于,包括一龙门骨架,所述龙门骨架上方设有移动滑台;所述移动滑台上固定有激光头;
所述龙门骨架下放设有一平台,用于放置V型丝工装;
所述龙门骨架下方设有一个或多个气缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其特征在于,所述龙门骨架上方设有一支撑台,该支撑台上安装有两个滑轨;所述移动滑台的数量为两个,分设于其中一个滑轨上并能够沿着所述滑轨滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其特征在于,所述平台上亦设有滑轨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种V型丝激光焊接平网压紧焊接装置,其特征在于,所述气缸的个数为三个。
