Abstract

本发明提供一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,主要包括上层仓体、下层仓体,所述上层仓体中设有压辊,压辊由位于上层仓体两侧的驱动机构进行驱动;于上层仓体一端设有滑道、于另一端设有风道;上层仓体顶部设有抓斗、底部两侧设有收集槽;下层仓体底部为水池。其中,驱动机构为平移小车,且平移小车上方为与压辊端部契合的轴承座。本发明采用双层结构分别对铅酸蓄电池的存放、预破碎及酸液回收进行有效处理,其酸液回收率高,污染气体有效过滤,无论对土地,还是空气均不产生污染,整个工艺流程高效、环保。

一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓
技术领域
本发明涉及废旧铅酸蓄电池处理技术设备,特指一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓。
背景技术
目前,报废的铅酸蓄电池存在环保方面的安全隐患,主要体现在回收收集、拆解、冶炼等三个环节。在回收收集过程中,废铅酸电池属于危险废物,一些非法收购商未取得危险废物经营许可证,不具备回收资质。酸液随意倾倒,存在重大环境安全隐患。在拆解过程中,大部分小再生铅厂没有机械破碎设备,几乎都是人工粗放式拆解,也没有防污措施,酸液随意排放,地表腐蚀严重,对其它无回收价值的回废物随意丢弃或填埋,严重污染了环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有的技术现状,提供一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,以实现废旧铅酸蓄电池在破碎前及破碎过程中酸液的有效回收,且对仓内气体进行处理,其环保、无污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明为一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,主要包括上层仓体、下层仓体,所述上层仓体中设有压辊,压辊由位于上层仓体两侧的驱动机构进行驱动;于上层仓体一端设有滑道、于另一端设有风道;上层仓体顶部设有抓斗、底部两侧设有收集槽;下层仓体底部为水池。
上述方案中,驱动机构为平移小车,且平移小车上方为与压辊端部契合的轴承座。
进一步的,收集槽延伸至上层仓体外并与废酸收集仓连接。
进一步的,收集槽上设有网状槽盖。
优选的,上层仓体底部为花岗岩制成。
上述方案中,滑道向下倾斜设置,且滑道中设有若干挡风帘。
进一步的,风道中设有排气扇,且风道连接至水槽,由排气管将气体排出。
进一步的,滑道连接破碎装置,而破碎装置底部设有酸液管道连接至水池中。
进一步的,水池中设有溢水口,且溢水口经管道连接至废酸收集仓中。
进一步的,水池设有补水口。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的铅酸蓄电池存放仓采用两层结构,上层对电池进行压实,使电池中的废酸流出并进行收集,上层仓体采用花岗岩地板,降低被酸蚀的可能性,同时实时排出污染气体进行过滤,电池压实后送入破碎装置进行破碎,电池中所剩余的酸液在破碎后进入下层仓体稀释,再与上层仓体的废酸一同排入废酸收集仓中,以便后序处理。本发明使废酸回收形成一条循环的工艺流程,废酸绝对无法渗漏至土地,且酸液高效回收,对空气、土地均无污染,属高效环保工程。

具体实施方式:
为了使审查委员能对本发明之目的、特征及功能有更进一步了解,兹举较佳实施例并配合图式详细说明如下:
请参阅图1、图2所示,系为本发明之较佳实施例的结构示意图,本发明为一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,主要包括上层仓体1、下层仓体2,所述上层仓体1中设有压辊3,压辊3由位于上层仓体1两侧的驱动机构进行驱动,所述驱动机构为平移小车6,且平移小车6上方为与压辊3端部契合的轴承座61,由两侧的平移小车6同步运行,以驱动压辊3平行滚动,对存放于上层仓体1中的铅酸蓄电池进行挤压,一方面是使铅酸蓄电池中的废酸流出,另一方面是压实电池,以便于后期作切割破碎处理。
上述上层仓体1一端设有滑道11、于另一端设有风道12,滑道11向下倾斜设置,且滑道11中设有若干挡风帘10,风道12中设有排气扇71,且风道12连接至水槽7,由排气管72将气体排出。铅酸蓄电池挤压或放置时间久之后有酸性气体散溢,滑道11所设置的挡风帘10使上层仓体1形成一个密闭的空间,通过风道12将有害气体排出并经水槽7作过滤处理;上层仓体1顶部设有抓斗4、底部两侧设有收集槽5,抓斗4优选六瓣抓斗,主要是将压实后的铅酸蓄电池抓取并扔进滑道11中。
上述收集槽5延伸至上层仓体1外并与废酸收集仓8连接,收集槽5上设有网状槽盖,收集槽5将废酸引导进入废酸收集仓8中,而网状槽盖可防止铅酸蓄电池在压实过程中有碎料弹出落入收集槽5中,避免收集槽5堵塞。
上述上层仓体1底部为花岗岩制成,降低酸液对上层仓体1地板的腐蚀,若使用时间久或人为关系产生破陋等情况,酸液也只会进入下层仓体2的水池21中,避免污染土地。
上述滑道11连接破碎装置9,而破碎装置9底部设有酸液管道91连接至水池21中;水池21位于下层仓体2,而水池21中设有溢水口20及补水口22,且溢水口20经管道连接至废酸收集仓8中,水池21主要对酸液起中期过渡处理作业,由破碎装置9中流出的酸液或上层仓体1渗漏的酸液均在水池21中进行稀释,当满足一定量时从溢水口20流入废酸收集仓8中进行统一回收处理,与此同时,水池21中的水会适时从补水口22进行补给,一方面充分稀释酸液,另一方面延长水池21使用寿命,防止酸液浓度过大腐蚀水池21。
当然,以上图示仅为本发明较佳实施方式,并非以此限定本发明的使用范围,故,凡是在本发明原理上做等效改变均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:主要包括上层仓体(1)、下层仓体(2),于上层仓体(1)一端设有滑道(11)、于另一端设有风道(12);上层仓体(1)顶部设有抓斗(4)、底部设有收集槽(5);下层仓体(2)底部为水池(21),所述收集槽(5)位于上层仓体(1)底部的两侧,且收集槽(5)延伸至上层仓体(1)外并与废酸收集仓(8)连接,水池(21)中设有溢水口(20),且溢水口(20)经管道连接至废酸收集仓(8)中,水池(21)设有补水口(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述上层仓体(1)中设有压辊(3),压辊(3)由位于上层仓体(1)两侧的驱动机构进行驱动;所述驱动机构为平移小车(6),且平移小车(6)上方为与压辊(3)端部契合的轴承座(61)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述收集槽(5)上设有网状槽盖。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述上层仓体(1)底部为花岗岩制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述滑道(11)向下倾斜设置,且滑道(11)中设有若干挡风帘(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述风道(12)中设有排气扇(71),且风道(12)连接至水槽(7),由排气管(72)将气体排出。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种铅酸蓄电池存放仓,其特征在于:所述滑道(11)连接破碎装置(9),而破碎装置(9)底部设有酸液管道(91)连接至水池(21)中。
