[0002] 蜂鸣器具有体积小、灵敏度高、耗电少、可靠性好、造价低廉等特点以及具有良好 的频率特性。由于蜂鸣器结构简单,质量稳定,价格低廉,所以市场应用量非常大,被广泛应 用于计算机、打印机、复印机、报警器、电子玩具、汽车电子设备、电话机、定时器等电子产品 中作发声器件。而为了保证蜂鸣器的性能稳定,需要在蜂鸣器组装完成后对逐个进行质量 检测工序,目的是筛选出不符合质量标准的蜂鸣器。由于峰鸣器的市场需求量大且体积小 等原因,目前蜂鸣器的检测设备多数存在自动化程度不高,过多依赖手工的缺点,导致产品 质量参差不齐,生产成本过高且生产受到作息时间限制,效率不高,无法适应市场竞争需 求。另外测试时周围环境噪音大,非常不利于工人身体健康,蜂鸣器合格品音量在85分贝以 上,工人长期在高噪音环境下工作对听觉系统具有很大的损害。因此开发一种稳定可靠,可 自动进行质检工序,自动分选蜂鸣器的仪器具有较高的实用价值,可降低生产成本,提高生 产效率,保证企业的高竞争力。
发明内容

[0013] 采用以上技术方案的蜂鸣器自动分选系统,蜂鸣器通过安装于机架上的上料机构 自动上料,并使蜂鸣器针脚朝上且呈前后排列放置,输送至安装于机架上的入料流水线上, 蜂鸣器保持针脚朝上通的过入料流水线直至进入分度盘的接料片内进行检测作业,安装在 分度盘有四个凹部工位的接料片,其中一个接到入料流水线接入的蜂鸣器后,随着分度盘 旋转其工位依次对应发生变化为正负极测试工位,声音测试工位,落料工位。并将测试完成 的蜂鸣器通过筛选装置根据音量大小自动放入不同的物料盒内。因此,本蜂鸣器自动分选 系统仅分拣速度快,由此通过甄别蜂鸣器的正负极后来通电发声,再通过发声的大小来确 定蜂鸣器的等级,使其合格率大大提高。其结构简单、紧凑,降低了加工成本,同时还可长时 间的连续作业且蜂鸣器的分拣噪音低。
[0014]在一些实施方式中,上料机构为振动盘上料装置,为了能使蜂鸣器针脚容易翻转 朝上,在振动盘上料装置的上部设置有能与蜂鸣器上端磁环相吸的磁块。
[0015]在一些实施方式中,为了提高噪音计对蜂鸣器发音的采集率,在振动盘上设置有 振动盘隔首罩,用以隔绝或降低振动盘发出的噪音。
[0016]在一些实施方式中,为了降低周围环境对噪音计的采集干扰,使其能更精准的判 别蜂鸣器的声音,将噪音计安装在声音测试装置对应的分度盘下方,并且在噪音计外设有 隔音罩将其独立围设起来与外部环境隔离开。
[0017]在一些实施方式中,为了方便与精准的实现点对点的信号传输,在噪音计将处理 后的音量信号值通过以太网给PLC。

具体实施方式

[0032]本发明的思路是这样,将蜂鸣器通过安装于机架上的上料机构自动上料,并使蜂 鸣器针脚朝上,输送至安装于机架上的入料流水线上,蜂鸣器保持针脚朝上通的过入料流 水线直至进入分度盘的接料片内进行检测作业,安装在分度盘有四个凹部工位的接料片, 其中^个接50入料流水线接入的蜂鸣器后,随着分度盘旋转其工位依次对应发生变化为正 负极测试工位,声音测试工位,落料工位。并将测试完成的蜂鸣器通过筛选装置根据音量大 小自动放入不同的物料盒内。
[0033] 具体的实施方案为:图1至图11示意性地显示了安装有根据本发明的一种实施方 式的蜂鸣器自动分选系统。如图所示;包括机架丨,机架i上安装有底板2、脚轮3;底板2上安 装有覆盖振动盘上料装置28的上隔音罩4和覆盖振动盘上料装置28下方的下隔音罩5,还设 置有噪音计隔音罩6和噪音计支架7,以及三个物料盒8,9,10;上隔音罩4上安装有通过铰链 12可打开的门11,噪音计丨3安装于噪音计支架7上;上料机构为振动盘上料装置28,为了能 使蜂鸣器34针脚容易翻转朝上,振动盘上料装置28的上部设置有能与蜂鸣器34上端磁环相 吸的磁块(未示出)。
[0034] 入料流水线70包括:电机支架14固定于底板2上,电机15固定于电机支架14上,主 动皮带轮16固定于电机15输出轴上,导轨I7固定电机支架14上,轴承座18固定于电机支架 14上,从动皮带轮19,20通过轴承21固定于电机支架14及轴承座18上,从动皮带轮22,23通 过轴承24及轴25固定于导轨I7上,位于导轨17两端的接料块26固定于导轨17上,入料流水 线与振动盘上料装置28出口端连接,输送蜂鸣器34的传送带60及驱动传送带60前行的驱动 电机15,限定蜂鸣器34运动轨迹的导轨17和设置在导轨17上方两侧的压板27,两压板27之 间具有仅能通过蜂鸣器34针脚的针脚槽271,该驱动电机15受传感器与控制器控制其传动。 [0035] 分度盘机构84,包括受驱动装置控制启停的分度盘49,该分度盘49上开设有四个 凹部工位,接料片55分别安装在凹部工位上,蜂鸣器34经入料流水线进入接料片55内进行 检测作业;如图9,图10,图11所示;安装于机架1上的四根立柱44,电机板45安装于立柱44 上,减速机46安装于电机板45上,步进电机或伺服电机47安装于减速机46上,通过联轴器48 连接,分度盘49安装于可旋转的主轴50上,主轴通50过轴承51及卡簧52固定于轴承座53上, 轴承座53固定于安装在机架1上的四条铝型材54的上底板33上,可旋转的主轴50通过联轴 器48与减速机46链接,从而使分度盘49达到必要的旋转精度,噪音计13的上隔音罩58安装 于上底板33上。
[0036] 正负极测试装置82,包括两组四根安装在正负极测试板29上的正负极测试针30, 正负极测试板29与正负极升降气缸31连接固定,正负极升降气缸31固定在正负极气缸支架 32上,正负极测试针30下行时其中一组的两根正负极测试针3〇与接料片55上的蜂鸣器34线 路板一侧上的两个电极焊点35接触造成短路,蜂鸣器M进入分度盘机构84并确保其针脚 朝上且呈前后排列放置,在分度盘机构84上蜂鸣器34与蜂鸣器电极测试机构对应;驱动装 置驱动测试板29上下运动,测试板29向下运动时带动测试针30下行,直至其中一组的两根 测试针30与分度盘机构84上的蜂鸣器线路板一侧上的两个电极焊点35接触;当左侧一组两 根测试针30与蜂鸣器线路板上的两个电极焊点35接触后产生短路,系统将此信号发送给 PLC接入点1,届时此信号被识别为蜂鸣器34的前电极脚为正极脚,而后电极脚则被识别为 负极脚;当右侧一组两根测试针30与蜂鸣器线路板上的两个电极焊点接触后产生短路,系 统将此信号发送给PLC接入点2,届时此信号被识别为蜂鸣器前电极脚为负极脚,将后电极 脚识别为正极脚;从而达到自动识别蜂鸣器34正负极的目的。
[0037]声音测试装置83,包括两根安装在声音测试针板36上的声音测试针37,声音测试 针板36与声音升降气缸38连接固定,声音升降气缸38固定在声音气缸支架39上,两根声音 测试针37下行时与分别与接料片55上蜂鸣器34针脚通1 • 5V,2048频率的直流电,使蜂鸣器 34发出声音,通电的声音测试针37正负极极性通过正负极测试装置输送给PLC信号判断,如 信号为〇,声音测试针37的前位为正极,后位为负极,如信号为1,声音测试针37的前位为负 极,后位为正极,通过继电器转换电极与蜂鸣器正负极脚匹配通电。蜂鸣器发34出的声音通 过上底板33的传声孔传播到到高精度的噪音计13上,噪音计13将测试的音量值通过以太网 传输给PLC,为了降低周围环境对噪音计13的干扰,使其能更精准的判别蜂鸣器34的声音, 将噪音计13安装在声音测试装置对应的分度盘49下方,并且在噪音计13外设有隔音罩58将 其独立围设起来与外部环境隔离开。
[0038] 蜂鸣器下料装置80,包括安装在下料针板40上的下料针41,下料针41最好是四根, 下料针板40与下料升降气缸42连接固定,下料升降气缸42固定在下料气缸支架43上,气缸 支架43固定于上底板上33下料针41下行时顶触接料片55上的蜂鸣器34脱落入蜂鸣器筛选 装置的下料通道57内;
[0039] 蜂鸣器筛选装置,包括四根立柱44安装于机架1上,电机板45安装于四根立柱44 上,电机56固定于电机板上,下料通道57通过连轴器58固定于电机轴上,测试完成的蜂鸣器 34从上底板33上的落料孔掉落到下料通道57内,PLC根据音量信号值控制筛选电机56的旋 转角度将下料通道57带着旋转角度,使蜂鸣器落入指定的物料盒内8,9,10内。
