The second one-way valve 41 and the third one-way valve 51 of the brewing chamber assembly are identical one-way valves; the second adjustment screw 44 and the third adjustment screw 54 are the same adjustment screw; in the initial state of the brewing chamber assembly, the position relations of the plurality of second one-way valves 41 and the second adjusting screws 44, and the position relations of the plurality of third one-way valves 51 and the third adjusting screws 54 are consistent; the brewing cavity units 20 are sequentially numbered, the elastic moduli of the second spring 43 and the third spring 53 are sequentially increased according to the numbering sequence, and correspondingly, the brewing cavity units 20 can form gradually increased pressure inside the brewing cavity units according to the numbering sequence.
The brewing cavity unit 20 is connected with the machine body 10 in a drawing way; a drawing guide rail is formed on the machine body 10; the brewing chamber unit 20 has a plate body that is adapted to the drawer guide. The pull-out connection allows for quick and easy replacement of the brewing chamber unit 20 connected to the machine body 10. The plate is formed on the cup holder 22.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the brewing chamber unit 20 comprises a cup body 23, a cup holder 22 integrally connected with the cup body 23, and a lid 21 connected to the cup holder 22 and capable of being turned over; the opening of the cup body 23 is covered by the cup cover 21 through turning and pressing, and the cup body 23 and the cup cover 21 form a brewing cavity. After the capsule is put into the cup body, the cup cover 21 arranged on the turnover cover is convenient to be connected with the cup body 23 to form a closed brewing cavity.
The cup holder 22 is formed with a handle 221 for facilitating the extraction of the brewing chamber unit 20 from the machine body 10. By means of the handle 221, the extraction operation of the brewing chamber unit 20 is facilitated.
The top of the machine body 10 is provided with a handle 11 which can rotate and is arranged in linkage with the water inlet bracket 30; the handle 11 has a first operating position for driving the water inlet support 30 to ascend so that the brewing chamber unit 20 can be pushed into the brewing chamber accommodating position, and a second operating position for driving the water inlet support 30 to descend so that the water inlet pipeline 13 formed on the water inlet support 30 is embedded with the convex water inlet 211 on the cup cover 21: the water inlet line 13 is engaged with the water inlet 211 to lock the brewing chamber unit 20 to the machine body 10. In use, the handle 11 will be turned to the first operating position to either push a brewing chamber unit 20 into the brewing chamber receiving position or to remove a brewing chamber unit 20 from the brewing chamber receiving position for separation from the machine body 10. The handle 11 is rotated to a second operating position, the water inlet pipe 13 is embedded with the water inlet 211, and the brewing chamber unit 20 is locked at the brewing chamber accommodating position by combining the drawing guide rail 12 on the machine body 10 and the plate body on the cup holder 22.
The cup body 23 and the matched cup cover 21 can be internally provided with a puncture needle for puncturing the coffee capsule according to the type of the set coffee capsule. As shown in FIG. 3, an upwardly pointing downward spike 232 is formed in the cup 23, and a downwardly pointing upward spike 212 is formed in the cap 21.
The coffee outlet 231 is formed at the bottom of the cup body 23, so that coffee can be discharged conveniently after being brewed; the water inlet 211 is formed on the cup cover 21, and brewing water flows downwards from the cup cover 21, so that coffee capsules can be brewed more fully.
The coffee machine provided by the embodiment can be used for brewing coffee capsules, and can also be used for brewing capsules such as milk bags, chocolate bags, cocoa powder bags and tea bags.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. This need not be, nor should it be exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications derived therefrom are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (15)

1. A coffee machine, characterized in that it comprises:
a machine body (10) having a water inlet line (13);
a brewing chamber assembly consisting of a number of brewing chamber units (20), each of said brewing chamber units (20) being adapted to be alternatively connected to a brewing chamber receiving location of said machine body (10); each brewing cavity unit (20) is respectively provided with a water inlet (211) communicated with the water inlet pipeline (13) and a coffee outlet (231) for independently discharging brewed liquid;
each of said brewing chamber units is adapted to receive a corresponding type of infusion capsule.
2. A coffee-making machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said water inlet circuit (13) has first pressure control means thereon.
3. A coffee machine according to claim 2, characterized in that each brewing chamber unit (20) has at least one pressure control mechanism.
4. A coffee machine according to claim 3, characterized in that each brewing chamber unit (20) has two pressure control mechanisms, respectively a second pressure control mechanism (40) located in the water inlet line and a third pressure control mechanism (50) located in the coffee outlet line.

A coffee-making machine according to claim 4, characterized in that said first pressure control means comprise, in order from a position remote from the centre of the brewing chamber to a position close to the centre of the brewing chamber, a first one-way valve (31) controlling the direction of the water flow, a first spring (32) pressing against said first one-way valve; the first spring (32) has a compressed state allowing liquid to enter the inlet line and an initial state preventing backflow of liquid.

A coffee-making machine according to claim 5, characterized in that said second pressure control means (40) comprise, in order from a position distant from the centre of the brewing chamber to a position close to the centre of the brewing chamber, a second one-way valve (41), a second tray (42) housing said second one-way valve (41), a second spring (43) pressing against said second tray (42), and a second adjusting screw (44) pressing against said second spring (43) for adjusting the pressure exerted on said second one-way valve (41); said second spring (43) having a compressed state allowing the liquid to enter the brewing chamber and an initial state preventing the liquid inside the brewing chamber from flowing out.

A coffee-making machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said third pressure control means (50) comprise, in order from a position close to the centre of the brewing chamber to a position in principle at the centre of the brewing chamber, a third one-way valve (51), a third tray (52) carrying said third one-way valve (51), a third spring (53) pressing against said third tray (52), and a third adjusting screw (54) pressing against said third spring (53) for adjusting the pressure exerted on said third one-way valve (51); said third spring (53) having a compressed state allowing the liquid to flow out, and an initial state preventing the liquid in the brewing chamber from flowing out.

A coffee machine according to claim 7, characterized in that said second spring (43) of said brewing chamber assembly is of the same elastomer and said third spring (53) is of the same elastomer; the brewing cavity units (20) are sequentially numbered, the compression amount of the second spring (43) in the initial state is set by the second adjusting screw (44) to be sequentially increased according to the numbering sequence, the compression amount of the third spring (53) in the initial state is set by the third adjusting screw (54) to be sequentially increased, and correspondingly, the brewing cavity units (20) can form gradually increased pressure in the cavities thereof according to the numbering sequence.

A coffee machine according to claim 7, characterized in that said second non return valve (41) and said third non return valve (51) of said brewing chamber assembly are identical non return valves; the second adjusting screw (44) and the third adjusting screw (54) are the same adjusting screw; the position relations of a plurality of second one-way valves (41) and second adjusting screws (44) and a plurality of third one-way valves (51) and third adjusting screws (54) of the brewing cavity assembly are consistent in the initial state; the brewing cavity units (20) are sequentially numbered, the elastic modulus of the second spring (43) and the elastic modulus of the third spring (53) are sequentially increased according to the numbering sequence, and correspondingly, the brewing cavity units (20) can form gradually increased pressure in the cavities thereof according to the numbering sequence.

A coffee machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that said brewing chamber unit (20) is connected to said machine body (10) by drawing; a drawing guide rail (12) is formed on the machine body (10); the brewing chamber unit (20) is provided with a plate body matched with the drawing guide rail (12).

A coffee machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that said brewing chamber unit (20) comprises a cup (23), a cup holder (22) integrally connected to said cup (23), and a lid (21) connected to said cup holder (22) and arranged to be turned on; the opening of the cup body (23) is covered by the cup cover (21) in a turning and pressing way, and a brewing cavity is formed by the cup body (23) and the cup cover (21); the cup body is formed on the cup stand (22).
12. A coffee machine according to claim 11, characterized in that said cup holder (22) has a handle (221) shaped thereon to facilitate the extraction of said brewing chamber unit (20) from said machine body (10).
13. The coffee machine according to claim 11, characterized in that the machine body (10) has a handle (11) on top that can rotate and is linked with the water inlet bracket (30); the handle (11) is provided with a first operating position which drives the water inlet bracket (30) to ascend so that the brewing cavity unit (20) can be pushed into the brewing cavity accommodating position, and a second operating position which drives the water inlet bracket (30) to descend so that a water inlet pipeline (13) formed on the water inlet bracket (30) is in scarf joint with a water inlet (211) protruding on the cup cover (21), wherein the water inlet pipeline (13) is in scarf joint with the water inlet (211) to lock the brewing cavity unit (20) on the machine body (10).
14. A coffee machine according to claim 11, characterized in that the cup (23) and the counter-cup (21) have needles shaped therein according to the type of coffee capsule set.
15. A coffee machine according to claim 11, characterized in that said outlet (231) is shaped at the bottom of said cup (23); the water inlet (211) is formed in the cup cover (21).
