本发明涉及一种降温服装,内设有至少覆盖躯干部分的防水汽夹层,夹层由可分离的内层和外层构成,夹层内布置若干个两端分别与所述内层、外层固定的可弯曲的其管壁开设有出气孔的充气时可将外层向外顶起的进气软管,夹层具有向外的排气孔和排水孔,排气孔和排水孔都设置有止回阀,服装还具有储水袋、水雾发生器、吹气装置和半导体制冷组件,吹气装置的出气管与进气软管连通,所述水雾发生器的雾气发生口连接吹气装置的出气管,半导体制冷组件包括半导体制冷片和与半导体制冷片连接的电源,半导体制冷片的制冷面嵌入水雾发生器的雾气输出口;吹气装置为气泵或手捏式橡胶充气囊。

一种降温服装
技术领域
本发明涉及一种降温服装。
背景技术
在高温环境下,人会感觉酷热难当,轻则严重影响其工作效率,中则会引起中暑,甚至会造成生命危险,尤其对于高温作业的工人、消防员、户外娱乐的人们,降温、隔热是一种很好的防护方法。
经检索发现,中国发明专利申请CN 101336755 A公开了一种降温服,在服装内设置有带有循环水道的降温层,另外再配有储冷箱,通过水循环实现降温层的降温。其缺陷在于储冷箱内出冷致重量大,不利于穿着,制冷续航能力较差。
中国发明专利申请CN 104366746 A公开了一种空调服,其过固定带背负一个微型空调机,通过该微型空调机进行降温。同样存在重量大,不利于穿着,续航能力若的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种降温服装,穿着轻便、易于使用,且成本低廉。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的降温服装,其特征在于:内设有至少覆盖躯干部分的防水汽夹层,所述夹层由可分离的内层和外层构成,夹层内布置若干个两端分别与所述内层、外层固定的可弯曲的其管壁开设有出气孔的充气时可将外层向外顶起的进气软管,所述夹层具有向外的排气孔和排水孔,所述排气孔和排水孔都设置有止回阀,所述服装还具有储水袋、水雾发生器、吹气装置和半导体制冷组件,所述吹气装置的出气管与进气软管连通,所述水雾发生器的雾气发生口连接吹气装置的出气管,所述半导体制冷组件包括半导体制冷片和与半导体制冷片连接的电源,所述半导体制冷片的制冷面嵌入水雾发生器的雾气输出口。
本发明服装,还具有如下改进:
1、吹气装置为气泵或手捏式橡胶充气囊。
2、所述外层的外表设置有隔热层,所述或者帽体的外部设置隔热层。
当佩戴者感觉炎热,或者处于高温环境时,可通过吹气装置向夹层内的进气软管充气,水雾发生器产生的水雾通过吹气装置的出气管被送入夹层。当雾气进入进气软管后,弯曲的进气软管被撑开,将外层顶起,迫使夹层体积迅速膨胀,夹层内的空气和水雾吸收热量(膨胀吸热原理),起到给穿着者体表降温的效果,夹层的存在也使得服装的隔热效果更佳。为了进一步提高降温效果,本服装设置有对水雾进行降温的半导体组件,经过冷却的水雾具有更好的降温和隔热作用。水雾可通过排气孔向外排出,可在服装和外界之间形成水雾,可从源头降低环境温度对服装的热辐射。
排气孔和排水孔处的止回阀有效防止夹层膨胀的时候水和气吸入夹层,确保夹层内形成负压。
本发明降温服装的结构巧妙,使用方便,易于穿着;可控性强,穿着者感觉炎热时,使用吹气装置吹几下即可获得降温;并且本降温服制造成本低,可循环重复使用,无使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1至3所示,本实施例服装,包括连体的服装10,内设置有至少驱赶区域的防水汽夹层。夹层由可分离的内层2和外层1构成,夹层内以阵列的形态布置若干进气软管3,进气软管3的两端分别与内层2和外层1固定,进气软管3的管壁开设有出气孔9,夹层设置有排气孔8和排水孔(图中未画出)。服装10还具有储水袋4、水雾发生器5、间歇式气泵7(吹气装置)和半导体制冷组件,气泵7的出气管6与进气软管3连通,水雾发生器5的雾气发生口连接气泵7的出气管6。半导体制冷组件包括半导体制冷片和与半导体制冷片连接的电源,半导体制冷片的制冷面嵌入水雾发生器的雾气输出口,对水雾发生器产生的雾气进行降温。气泵7向夹层内的进气软管3充气,与此同时水雾发生器产生的水雾经过半导体制冷后通过出气管6被送入夹层。当雾气进入进气软管3后,弯曲的进气软管3被撑开,从而顶起上层1(从图2和图3可以看出这样的过程),迫使夹层的体积迅速膨胀,夹层内的空气和水雾吸收热量,起到给佩戴者头部降温的效果。为了防止外部热量进入夹层内,外层的外表设置有隔热层,提升降温效果。充气时夹层内形成负压,为了防止该负压导致水和气倒吸,本实施例中,排气孔8和排水孔都设置有止回阀,采用硅胶单向阀即可满足。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种降温服装,其特征在于:内设有至少覆盖躯干部分的防水汽夹层,所述夹层由可分离的内层和外层构成,夹层内布置若干个两端分别与所述内层、外层固定的可弯曲的其管壁开设有出气孔的充气时可将外层向外顶起的进气软管,所述夹层具有向外的排气孔和排水孔,所述排气孔和排水孔都设置有止回阀,所述服装还具有储水袋、水雾发生器、吹气装置和半导体制冷组件,所述吹气装置的出气管与进气软管连通,所述水雾发生器的雾气发生口连接吹气装置的出气管,所述半导体制冷组件包括半导体制冷片和与半导体制冷片连接的电源,所述半导体制冷片的制冷面嵌入水雾发生器的雾气输出口;吹气装置为气泵或手捏式橡胶充气囊。
