本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,涉及一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,包括下部盘扣架,所述下部盘扣架顶部依次安装双拼槽钢、型钢平台梁,所述型钢平台梁上表面安装上部盘扣架,型钢平台梁端部的纤维卡槽连接钢丝绳,钢丝绳下端与测力计上端固定连接,测力计下端连接可升降的配载吊篮。该装置能够满足建筑施工中要求的动态监测与调节要求。

技术领域
本发明 属于建筑施工技术领域,涉及一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置。
背景技术
随着国家经济的蓬勃发展,国家建设也得到大力发展。随之出现了很多异型的建筑,异型建筑势必给建筑施工带来很大的压力。尤其是在外脚手架的搭设方面,由于建筑外形的凹凸面较多,造成施工中需要搭设更高,挑空更大,悬挑更长的脚手架搭设平台,这给脚手架的搭设带来了很大的安全隐患。目前,国内鲜见对脚手架搭设过程中的力学监测装置,不能直观地判断脚手架搭设是否安全以及搭设时根据监测的数据及时进行调节。
发明内容
本发明 针对上述问题,提供一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,该装置能够满足建筑施工中要求的动态监测与调节要求。
按照本发明 的技术方案:一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,其特征在于:包括下部盘扣架,所述下部盘扣架顶部依次安装双拼槽钢、型钢平台梁,所述型钢平台梁上表面安装上部盘扣架,型钢平台梁端部的纤维卡槽连接钢丝绳,钢丝绳下端与测力计上端固定连接,测力计下端连接可升降的配载吊篮。
作为本发明 的进一步改进,所述配载吊篮包括吊篮框架、可调节底座、配重沙袋,可调节底座安装于吊篮框架底部,配重沙袋置于吊篮框架上。
本发明 的技术效果在于:本发明 产品采用盘扣式速接架搭设可调节型钢平台变形的配载吊篮,可以有效地伴随型钢平台上脚手架搭设的高度增加,调节吊篮对型钢平台的拉力,及时调节型钢平台处于水平状态;采用限位装置、钢丝绳、工业测力计、卡扣形成实时监测装置;采用有限元软件madis预估系统的型钢平台的拉力值选择合适的测力装置。

图1中,包括下部盘扣架1、型钢平台梁2、配载吊篮3、吊篮框架3-1、可调节底座3-2、配重沙袋3-3、测力计4、钢丝绳5、双拼槽钢6、上部盘扣架7等。
如图1所示,本发明 是一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,包括下部盘扣架1,所述下部盘扣架1顶部依次安装双拼槽钢6、型钢平台梁2,所述型钢平台梁2上表面安装上部盘扣架7,型钢平台梁2端部的限位卡槽连接钢丝绳5,钢丝绳5下端与测力计4上端固定连接,测力计4下端连接可升降的配载吊篮3。
配载吊篮3包括吊篮框架3-1、可调节底座3-2、配重沙袋3-3,可调节底座3-2安装于吊篮框架3-1底部,配重沙袋3-3置于吊篮框架3-1上。
本发明 的工作过程如下:本实用新型产品在施工过程中的搭建顺序是先搭设型钢平台梁2以下的下部盘扣架1,再在下部盘扣架1的顶部安装双拼槽钢6,再安装带有限位装置的型钢平台梁2,再在型钢平台梁2的限位卡槽中固定好钢丝绳5,,地面指定位置搭设可调节配载吊篮3,用钢丝绳5连接工业测力计4和可调节配载吊篮3,最后调节可调底座3-2初步调节型钢平台梁2处于水平位置,即可完成整个配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置的安装。
本发明 的工作原理:这是一种新型的配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,在型钢平台梁2以上脚手架开始搭设后,伴随着脚手架搭设的高度越来越高、悬挑的跨度越来越大,定期观测测力计4数值,再根据测力计4数值及时调节可节调底座3-2,通过增加配重沙袋3-3拉紧钢丝绳5,最终达到脚手架搭设时型钢平台梁始终处于水平状态的效果,来满足建筑施工中安全施工的需求。

1.一种配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,其特征在于:包括下部盘扣架(1),所述下部盘扣架(1)顶部依次安装双拼槽钢(6)、型钢平台梁(2),所述型钢平台梁(2)上表面安装上部盘扣架(7),型钢平台梁(2)端部的限位卡槽连接钢丝绳(5),钢丝绳(5)下端与测力计(4)上端固定连接,测力计(4)下端连接可升降的配载吊篮(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的配载式可监控调节的脚手架施工装置,其特征在于:所述配载吊篮(3)包括吊篮框架(3-1)、可调节底座(3-2)、配重沙袋(3-3),可调节底座(3-2)安装于吊篮框架(3-1)底部,配重沙袋(3-3)置于吊篮框架(3-1)上。
