Abstract

本发明公开了一种热反射隔热硅藻泥,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:可再分散性胶粉42‑48份、中空玻璃微珠22‑32份、颜料6‑12份、二氧化钛15‑25份、碳酸钙20‑30份、硅酸铝15‑25份、硅藻土22‑28份、隔热增效剂10‑20份、防冻剂0.5‑5份。本发明提供的热反射隔热硅藻泥,可以有效阻止太阳的热量在物体表面累积升温,又能自动进行热量辐射散热降温,抗菌性、耐磨性优良,施工方便,效率高。

Description

一种热反射隔热硅藻泥
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种热反射隔热硅藻泥。
背景技术
当前建筑能耗占全社会能耗的30%,其中最主要是由于空调的使用。炎热的夏天,太阳光通过直射到屋面,通过屋面吸收转入屋内,提升室内温度,据统计,屋面接受日照时间最长,而且屋面吸收的热量占房屋总吸收热量的46%,因此研究和开发建筑隔热涂料具有重大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
将反射型隔热涂料刷在建筑表面,就能够降低建筑物夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区,构成低辐射传热结构,提高建筑结构隔热效果,从而达到降低空调制冷能耗、节约能源的目的。其隔热原理主要是由于热反射率高,有效降低辐射传热和对流传热。但是目前使用的隔热涂料还存在许多缺点,例如被太阳辐射时间久了易老化,而且容易磨损,这样就会使得涂料膜的隔热效果变差、使用寿命缩短。
本发明提供了一种热反射隔热硅藻泥,具有优异的热反射降温效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问是提供一种热反射隔热硅藻泥。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种热反射隔热硅藻泥,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:
可再分散性胶粉42-48份、中空玻璃微珠22-32份、颜料6-12份、二氧化钛15-25份、碳酸钙20-30份、硅酸铝15-25份、硅藻土22-28份、隔热增效剂10-20份、防冻剂0.5-5份。
优选地,所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼组成,所述二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的防冻剂由1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇组成,所述1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的可再分散性胶粉可以购买或制备得到,也可以参照专利申请号:201110240131.3中实施例1的方法制备。
优选地,所述的颜料为酞箐绿、外墙红、氧化铬绿中一种或多种的混合物。
本发明还提供了上述热反射隔热硅藻泥的制备方法:将可再分散性胶粉、中空玻璃微珠、颜料、碳酸钙、硅酸铝、二氧化钛、硅藻土、隔热增效剂、防冻剂混合均匀即得。
本发明提供的热反射隔热硅藻泥,可以有效阻止太阳的热量在物体表面累积升温,又能自动进行热量辐射散热降温,抗菌性、耐磨性优良,施工方便,效率高。
具体实施方式
实施例中各原料介绍:
可再分散性胶粉,参照专利申请号:201110240131.3中实施例1的方法制备。
硅酸铝,CAS号:12141-46-7,采用常州市禹恩新材料科技有限公司提供的工业级硅酸铝,粒度为2500目。
二氧化钛,CAS号:13463-67-7,采用杜邦,型号为R-960的金红石型二氧化钛。
碳酸钙,CAS号:471-34-1,采用河北岩旭矿产品有限公司提供的轻质钙粉,粒度1200目。
中空玻璃微珠,采用信阳市永凯保温材料有限公司提供的等级为2018,粒径为65-75μm的中空玻璃微珠。
二氧化锆,CAS号:1314-23-4,粒径:30-40nm。
二氧化硅,CAS号:7631-86-9,粒径:30-40nm。
三氧化二硼,CAS号:1303-86-2,粒径:30-40nm。
1,3-丙二醇,CAS号:504-63-2。
异丙醇,CAS号:67-63-0。
乙二醇,CAS号:107-21-1。
颜料采用氧化铬绿,CAS号:1308-38-9,采用上海艳晨颜料有限公司生产的型号为T22的纳米级氧化铬绿。
硅藻土,CAS号:91053-39-3,具体采用灵寿县勇昌矿产品加工厂生产的600目的煅烧硅藻土。
实施例1
热反射隔热硅藻泥原料(重量份):
可再分散性胶粉45份、中空玻璃微珠30份、氧化铬绿6份、二氧化钛20份、碳酸钙25份、硅酸铝20份、硅藻土25份、隔热增效剂15份、防冻剂1.5份。
所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼组成按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的防冻剂由1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
热反射隔热硅藻泥的制备方法:将可再分散性胶粉、中空玻璃微珠、氧化铬绿、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、硅酸铝、硅藻土、防冻剂、隔热增效剂使用悬臂双螺旋锥形混合机搅拌15分钟混合均匀即得实施例1的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化锆、二氧化硅按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化锆、三氧化二硼按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化硅、三氧化二硼按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的防冻剂由1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的防冻剂由1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的防冻剂由异丙醇、乙二醇按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的热反射隔热硅藻泥。
测试例1
对实施例1-7制备得到的热反射隔热硅藻泥,分别取1-7制备得到的热反射隔热硅藻泥10kg与5.5kg水搅拌混合均匀即得可用于施工,抗菌性能按GB/T21866-2008抗菌涂料抗菌性能测定方法和抗菌效果、HG/T 3980-2007抗菌涂料测定。具体结果见表1。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼复配)抗菌性能明显优于实施例2-4(二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼中任意二者复配)。
比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇复配)抗菌性能明显优于实施例5-7(1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇中任意二者复配)。
测试例2
对实施例1-7制备得到的热反射隔热硅藻泥进行热反射测试,分别取1-7制备得到的热反射隔热硅藻泥10kg与5.5kg水搅拌混合均匀即得可用于施工,按照JC/T1040-2007《建筑外表面用热反射隔热硅藻泥》进行测试。对阳光光热射线的反射率结果见表2。

比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇复配)热反射性能明显优于实施例5-7(1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇中任意二者复配)。

Claims (2)

1.一种热反射隔热硅藻泥,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:可再分散性胶粉42-48份、中空玻璃微珠22-32份、颜料6-12份、二氧化钛15-25份、碳酸钙20-30份、硅酸铝15-25份、硅藻土22-28份、隔热增效剂10-20份、防冻剂0.5-5份。
所述的防冻剂由1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇组成,所述1,3-丙二醇、异丙醇、乙二醇的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
所述的隔热增效剂由二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼组成,所述二氧化锆、二氧化硅、三氧化二硼的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的热反射隔热硅藻泥,其特征在于:所述的颜料为酞箐绿、外墙红、氧化铬绿中一种或多种的混合物。
