1一般资料
本组120例，治疗组60例，对照组60例。病例来源：住院病人37例、门诊病人83例。
2病例选择
西医诊断标准 按照中华人民共和国卫生部制定颁发的《中药新药临床研究指导原则》1997年第三辑中的“中药新药治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究指导原则”要求设计，把膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限、局部压痛、X线片示骨质增生或关节间隙不对称、髁间隆突变尖作为诊断标准。
中医辨证标准 按照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的要求，将寒凝血瘀证（膝关节冷痛、遇寒加重、遇温则减、四肢欠温、痛有定处、行动受限、关节僵硬、苔白、舌质紫或舌边有瘀点、脉沉弦等症）作为辨证标准。
3治疗方法
实验方法：采用分层配对、随机单盲对照的方法，在连云港某医院骨科门诊进行，按设计规定治疗。
用药方法：治疗组外贴本发明药物贴贴在膝部。对照组外贴骨质增生一贴灵，由河南羚锐制药股份公司生产，豫药管械（准）字第2270091号，用法按照说明。两组在用药期间，均停止一切内外用药及其它疗法。
观察方法：分别在用药后第10、20、30天复诊检查局部疼痛、肿胀、活动等状况的改善情况。并按设计要求，统一印制表格详细记录。
4治疗结果
治疗结果：观察结果表明，经过治疗1个疗程后，两组药物疗效均满意，受试组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为81.7%。两组资料比较，经统计学t 检验，其P ＜0.01，有显著性差异，说明受试组疗效优于对照组，结果详见表1。

5结论
临床研究结果表明，本发明药物治疗膝骨关节炎，在试验的剂量和疗程范围内是有效和安全的，具有活血通络的功效，而且使用方便，无痛苦，价格低廉，值得推广使用。
