本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种具有持钉功能的扳手，包括扳手主体，所述扳手主体具有一手柄，所述手柄的一端相连接一杆体，所述杆体的另一端设有螺钉操作头，所述杆体上设有可开合的持钉器，所述持钉器包括呈V形的具有弹性的第一持钉件与第二持钉件，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件相对设置在所述杆体的两侧，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件的前端具有相对的夹持头，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件卡设于所述杆体上，所述杆体上靠近所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件与所述杆体的连接处设有一可滑动的套管；所述杆体上设有一可升降操作柄，所述可升降操作柄通过一推拉杆连接所述可滑动的套管。本发明可以实现对螺钉的夹持，非常方便操作使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种具有持钉功能的扳手。
背景技术
扳手是一种手工工具，用来抓住、拧紧或转动螺栓、螺母、螺钉头、管子或其他物件。亦指具有同样用途的机动工具。扳手通常在柄部的一端或两端制有夹柄部施加外力柄部施加外力，就能拧转螺栓或螺母持螺栓或螺母的开口或套孔。使用时沿螺纹旋转方向在柄部施加外力，就能拧转螺栓或螺母。
在接骨手术实施过程中，通过需要使用专用的医用扳手进行螺钉或螺栓的拧紧或转动操作，但目前的医用扳手与普通扳手结构基本相同，只是更小型化而已。实现在接骨操作过程中，由于会用到相应的锁骨螺钉，目前，取用锁骨螺钉通过常用医护人员的手指进行，不便于操作，采用普通的医用扳手不能解决手术操作过程取放螺钉的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题而提供一种具有持钉功能的扳手，其可以对螺钉进行夹持，方便取放螺钉。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种具有持钉功能的扳手，包括扳手主体，所述扳手主体具有一手柄，所述手柄的一端相连接一杆体，所述杆体的另一端设有螺钉操作头，所述杆体上设有可开合的持钉器，所述持钉器包括呈V形的具有弹性的第一持钉件与第二持钉件，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件相对设置在所述杆体的两侧，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件的前端具有相对的夹持头，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件卡设于所述杆体上，所述杆体上靠近所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件与所述杆体的连接处设有一可滑动的套管；所述杆体上设有一可升降操作柄，所述可升降操作柄通过一推拉杆连接所述可滑动的套管。
所述夹持头的内壁具有L形结构。

下面，结合实例对本发明的实质性特点和优势作进一步的说明，但本发明并不局限于所列的实施例。
参见图1所示，该图示出了本发明实施例提供的一种具有持钉功能的扳手的结构。为了便于说明，仅示出了与本发明实施例有关的部分。
请参阅图1，一种具有持钉功能的扳手，包括扳手主体，所述扳手主体具有一手柄1，所述手柄1的一端相连接一杆体2，所述杆体2的另一端设有螺钉操作头3，所述杆体2上设有可开合的持钉器4，所述持钉器4包括呈V形的具有弹性的第一持钉件9与第二持钉件8，所述第一持钉件9、第二持钉件6相对设置在所述杆体2的前端部两侧，所述第一持钉件9、第二持钉件8的前端具有相对的夹持头10、11，所述第一持钉件9、第二持钉件8卡设于所述杆体2上，所这杆体2上靠近所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件与所述杆体的连接处设有一可滑动的套管6；所述杆体2上设有一可升降操作柄5，所述可升降操作柄5通过一推拉杆7连接所述可滑动的套管6。
所述夹持头16、11的内壁具有L形结构。
具体的，所述的第一持钉件9、第二持钉件8通过设在所述的杆体2上的相适应的卡槽卡设于所述杆体2上，当然也可以采用其它方式固定在所述杆体2上，如螺钉连接或铆接等，也可以采用焊接，具体不限。
所述第一持钉件9、第二持钉件8的前端伸出所述螺钉操作头3一段距离，即高于所述螺钉操作头3，这样便于夹持。
所述第一持钉件9、第二持钉件8可以采用金属片实现。
所述可升降操作柄5可以安装在所述杆体2上，所述推拉杆7也可以安装在所述杆体2中，相应的，对应的所述杆体2内部应具有相应的用于所述推拉杆7运行的通道或空间，所述杆体2上也应具有所述可升降操作柄5升降的空间或区域。
所述的手柄1可以橡胶材料制作，也可以采用本材，具体材质不限。
所述的手柄1可以与所述杆体2固定连接或可拆卸连接，具体不限。
所述螺钉操作头3与所述杆体2为可更换或可拆卸地卡接或其它连接，所述螺钉操作头3的端面的结构不限，可以根据不同的螺钉的螺帽的结构进行相应的设计，以适应不同的螺帽的需要。
本发明具有持钉功能的扳手，通过在杆体上设有可开合的持钉器，所述持钉器包括呈V形的具有弹性的第一持钉件与第二持钉件，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件相对设置在所述杆体的两侧，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件的前端具有相对的夹持头，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件卡设于所述杆体上，所述杆体上靠近所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件与所述杆体的连接处设有一可滑动的套管；所述杆体上设有一可升降操作柄，所述可升降操作柄通过一推拉杆连接所述可滑动的套管，可以实现对螺钉的夹持，非常方便操作使用。

1.一种具有持钉功能的扳手，其特征在于，包括扳手主体，所述扳手主体具有一手柄，所述手柄的一端相连接一杆体，所述杆体的另一端设有螺钉操作头，所述杆体上设有可开合的持钉器，所述持钉器包括呈V形的具有弹性的第一持钉件与第二持钉件，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件相对设置在所述杆体的两侧，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件的前端具有相对的夹持头，所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件卡设于所述杆体上，所述杆体上靠近所述第一持钉件、第二持钉件与所述杆体的连接处设有一可滑动的套管；所述杆体上设有一可升降操作柄，所述可升降操作柄通过一推拉杆连接所述可滑动的套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有持钉功能的扳手，其特征在于，所述夹持头的内壁具有L形结构。
