背景技术
电热丝广泛应用于冶金机械、医疗、化工、陶瓷、电子、电器、玻璃等工业加热设备和民用加热器具等技术领域中。但是现有技术中电热丝在运输、绕制、安装等环节上都会在一定程度上造成元件损伤,而降低使用寿命,特别在于特定的低温下,容易发生故障,容易出现短路的情况,具有安全隐患,危害生命和财产的安全。
因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

一种抗冻电热丝,包括电热丝本体,电热丝本体外围包覆有保暖层,保暖层外围设有绝缘层,绝缘层外围设有耐磨层,耐磨层外围设有防水层,保暖层为腈纶丝,腈纶丝螺旋缠绕电热丝本体。

优选的,防水层为聚氨酯防水材料层,聚氨酯防水材料涂覆于耐磨层外围。

如图1所示,本发明的一种抗冻电热丝,包括电热丝本体1,电热丝本体1外围包覆有保暖层2,保暖层2外围设有绝缘层3,绝缘层3外围设有耐磨层4,耐磨层4外围设有防水层5,保暖层2为腈纶丝6,腈纶丝6螺旋缠绕电热丝本体1,绝缘层3为橡胶层,耐磨层4为陶瓷复合材料层,防水层5为聚氨酯防水材料层,聚氨酯防水材料涂覆于耐磨层4外围,整体结构简单,工艺制作方便,保暖性好,抗冻性强,防水性好,绝缘性高,不易发生故障,安全性好,满足人们所需要求。
