Abstract
本发明公开了遥控核相指示仪,包括电压采集飞行器装置和遥控操作显示装置,所述电压采集飞行器装置包括两个电压采集飞行器,两个电压采集飞行器分别为#1飞行器和#2飞行器,#1飞行器和#2飞行器的结构相同,遥控操作显示装置用于控制#1飞行器和#2飞行器的运行;本发明采用四轴飞行器电压采样的方式实现,操作人员少,仅需一人即可完成操作,不受杆塔高度限制,可实现遥控自动收发,从而彻底实现电网核相的“无杆”操作,因核相装置是采用的四轴飞行器为载体技术,远红外线广角摄像装置显示带电距离辅助线,所以不受光线条件限制,能够满足现10kV线路的核相要求。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及高压线路核相设备,具体地说,涉及一种线路相序检测的核相设备,属于线路核相技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]随着电网网络架构的调整,线路新建、改造增多,同时为提高电网的供电可靠性,变电站、线路、用户电源点逐步增多,造成线路合环点日益增加。在电力系统环网建设或检修中,如果相位或相序不同的交流电源并列或合环,将会产生很大的短路电流,可能造成线路跳闸、设备损坏,甚至电网稳定破坏的严重后果,因此,线路核相工作十分重要。
[0003]传统的高压线路核对相序,大多采用高压绝缘接触棒与带电线路进行接触,经近年来多采用绝缘棒接触无线核相,部分1kV线路因线杆较高采用带电作业核对相序的方式。
[0004]在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中的存在至少以下问题:
1.由于1kV线路不断增加线杆高度,当线路进行一次核对相序时,现有绝缘杆的高度不能够满足核相高度要求,不得不借助带电作业车来完成线路的一次核相,造成带电作业车工作量增加,且对于简单的核相工作,造成时间上的浪费,影响线路的快速送电。在某些情况下,因空间限制,带电作业车无法进入,只能进行二次核相或者部分线路停电后再进行一次核相,其准确性及方便性问题较多。
[0005] 2.目前1kV线路核相使用多为先进的高压无线核相器,其核对相序时仍需要两人操作,一人监护,需要的人多且因绝缘杆高度较高,挂核相装置的核相钩需较长时间仰视,核相人员劳动量增加。
[0006] 3.1OkV线路送电时间一般较晚,部分核相工作需要在夜间进行,光线条件差,传统的高压无线核相器进行测试时无法满足测试要求。
[0007]目前由于电力行业的特殊性,很难采用电网线路核相自动指示等其它类型的设计手段,所以电网线路的相序核定一直是供电企业的技术难题。
发明内容
[0008]本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述技术方案的不足,提供一种遥控核相指示仪,该指示仪具有核相操作需要人员少、核相安全、携带方便、不受杆塔高度、光线条件限制的优点。
[0009 ]为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
遥控核相指示仪,包括电压采集飞行器装置和遥控操作显示装置,所述电压采集飞行器装置包括两个电压采集飞行器,两个电压采集飞行器分别为#1飞行器和#2飞行器,#1飞行器和#2飞行器的结构相同,遥控操作显示装置用于控制#1飞行器和#2飞行器的运行。

所述电压采集飞行器上设有飞行器控制电路,飞行器控制电路包括1#CUP处理器,1#CUP处理器电连接有1#电池并通过1#电池提供其运行的动力;
所述1#CUP处理器分别与电压传感器、远红外线广角摄像装置、飞行器2401无线收发模块和飞行器控制模块连接;
所述电压传感器包括高压电压采集器、模数转换电路和低压臂,电压传感器通过高压电压采集器将高压信号转换为低电压信号后,经低压桥臂至模数转换电路,再至1#CPU处理器处理。
[0011] 所述遥控操作显示装置上设有遥控操作显示装置的控制电路,遥控操作显示装置的控制电路包括2#CUP处理器,2#CUP处理器电连接有2#电池并通过2#电池提供其运行的动力;
所述2#CUP处理器分别与#1飞行器2401无线收发模块、#1飞行器摇杆控制输入、#2飞行器摇杆控制输入、按键输入、电压比较电路、液晶显示器显示影像、数据和#2飞行器2401无线收发模块连接。
[0012]所述电压采集飞行器包括机身,机身上安装有四个翼支架,翼支架上设置有螺旋桨翼和电动机;
所述机身上设有充电接口、USB接口和SD卡槽,机身的上方设有电压传感器和远红外线广角摄像装置,机身的内部设有1#电池和飞行器控制电路,机身的下方设有底座,底座的内部设有飞行器2401无线收发模块。

[0019]本发明以两个四轴飞行器为载体,在其上分别安装上电容式电压传感器、远红外线广角摄像装置、电压采集成功后飞行状态悬停电路和雷达测距装置,并将电压采集信号、飞行轨迹、与所测线路的距离、视频数据通过无线通信模块发送至四轴飞行器的控制器上。在四轴飞行器的控制器上,加装电压接收、远红外摄像、雷达测距无线模块、液晶显示屏和相序比较电路。
[0020]本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:采用四轴飞行器电压采样的方式实现,操作人员少,仅需一人即可完成操作,不受杆塔高度限制,可实现遥控自动收发,从而彻底实现电网核相的“无杆”操作,测量准确,精确度提高了80%以上,因核相装置是采用的四轴飞行器为载体技术,远红外线广角摄像装置显示带电距离辅助线,所以不受光线条件限制,能够满足现1kV线路的核相要求。

具体实施方式

机身4上设有充电接口 1、USB接口 2和SD卡槽13,机身4的上方设有电压传感器3和远红外线广角摄像装置9,机身4的内部设有1#电池5和飞行器控制电路12,机身4的下方设有底座10,底座10的内部设有飞行器2401无线收发模块11;
飞行器控制电路12包括1#CUP处理器15,1#⑶P处理器15电连接有1#电池5并通过1#电池5提供其运行的动力;
1#CUP处理器15分别与电压传感器3、远红外线广角摄像装置9、飞行器2401无线收发模块11和飞行器控制模块14连接;
电压传感器3包括高压电压采集器33、模数转换电路34和低压臂35,电压传感器3通过高压电压采集器33将高压信号转换为低电压信号后,经低压桥臂35至模数转换电路34,再至1#CPU处理器15处理。

收发天线16用于收发飞行器2401无线收发模块11的信号;
#1飞行器控制摇杆17与#1飞行器摇杆控制输入26对应设置;
#2飞行器控制摇杆18与#2飞行器摇杆控制输入27对应设置;
#2飞行器控制总开关19用于控制#2飞行器的运行;

开启遥控操作显示装置总开关21,遥控操作显示装置启动自检程序,确保各项设备正常工作,液晶显示屏22正常显示工作界面,开启#1飞行器控制总开关20,#1飞行器由液晶显示屏22显示工作正常,远红外广角摄像装置9、电压采集器3显示飞行器当前位置及影像,由遥控操作显示装置的#1飞行器控制摇杆17通过#1飞行器摇杆控制输入26输入控制命令,经过遥控操作显示装置的2#CPU处理器25处理,通过#1飞行器2401无线收发模块23将命令发送至#1飞行器的飞行器2401无线收发模块,命令经过#1飞行器的1#CPU处理器15控制飞行器的上升、下降、前进、后退、转向,这时远红外广角摄像装置9、电压采集器3实施传输电压、图像各种数据,由远红外广角摄像装置9提供#1飞行器的飞行操作,一旦电压采集器3采集到电压信号成功,并通过远红外广角摄像装置9确认为所采样线路后,通过遥控操作显示装置对#1飞行器进行锁定。电压传感器3通过高压电压采集器33将高压信号转换为低电压信号后,经低压桥臂35至模数转换电路34,再至#1飞行器的1#CPU处理器15处理,由#1飞行器的飞行器2401无线收发模块11发送至遥控操作显示装置的#1飞行器2401无线收发模块23,再由#1飞行器2401无线收发模块23将数据通过遥控操作显示装置的2#⑶P处理器25处理后,将电压信号送至电压比较电路29,同时将数据通过液晶显示器显示影像、数据30送遥控操作显示装置的液晶显示屏22显示所采样电压的信号情况,#2飞行器控制流程同#1飞行器控制流程。显示电压采样数据及电压采集飞行器悬停成功状态信息,此时需核对线路两侧电压信息经遥控核相显示装置的电压比较电路29比较后,显示相应的电压差、相位差,完成一次核对相序。如完成相序核对工作,通过遥控操作显示装置进行电压采集飞行装置收回操作。如此重复进行下一相序核对相序。

1.遥控核相指示仪,包括电压采集飞行器装置和遥控操作显示装置,其特征在于:所述电压采集飞行器装置包括两个电压采集飞行器,两个电压采集飞行器分别为#1飞行器和#2飞行器,#1飞行器和#2飞行器的结构相同,遥控操作显示装置用于控制#1飞行器和#2飞行器的运行。
2.如权利要求1所述的遥控核相指示仪,其特征在于:所述电压采集飞行器上设有飞行器控制电路(12),飞行器控制电路(12)包括1#⑶P处理器(15),1#CUP处理器(15)电连接有1#电池(5)并通过1#电池(5)提供其运行的动力; 所述1#⑶P处理器(15)分别与电压传感器(3)、远红外线广角摄像装置(9)、飞行器2401无线收发模块(11)和飞行器控制模块(14)连接; 所述电压传感器(3)包括高压电压采集器(33)、模数转换电路(34)和低压臂(35),电压传感器(3)通过高压电压采集器(33)将高压信号转换为低电压信号后,经低压桥臂(35)至模数转换电路(34),再至1#CPU处理器(15)处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的遥控核相指示仪,其特征在于:所述遥控操作显示装置上设有遥控操作显示装置的控制电路,遥控操作显示装置的控制电路包括2#⑶P处理器(25),2#CUP处理器(25)电连接有2#电池(24)并通过2#电池(24)提供其运行的动力; 所述2#⑶P处理器(25)分别与#1飞行器2401无线收发模块(23)、#1飞行器摇杆控制输入(26)、#2飞行器摇杆控制输入(27)、按键输入(28)、电压比较电路(29)、液晶显示器显示影像、数据(30)和#2飞行器2401无线收发模块(32)连接。
