一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置,设置在冷藏柜箱体内,箱体内顶部固定安装有一蒸发器,蒸发器的两侧均设置有一挂板,挂板两端部均固定有一水槽,水槽一端固定在箱体背板上,水槽之间设置有多组角板,角板通过定位条固定在水槽上,角板位于蒸发器下端且角板的开口向上设置,角板之间预留有排风缝隙,水槽尾部连接有一水管。本发明新型的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,通过在传统的冷藏柜内设置排水与冷气导流一体的装置,不仅方便了内部冷凝水的正常排放,同时还可以方便冷气均匀导流,且占地面积小,充分的保证冷藏柜的实际空间不受影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及制冷柜加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置。
背景技术
冷藏柜是日常生活中,常见的依靠低温保险的设备,大多出现在商用冷柜方面,广泛应用于超市冷鲜肉类,烘培店等对食品冷藏要求较高的相关领域,冷藏柜一般都是通过蒸发器或者冷风机将冷气直接吹至冷藏的物品上,传统的冷藏柜内的蒸发器在工作时,由于内部工作时,温差较大,因此在经常会有大部分的冷凝液产生,当冷凝液积攒过多后,会直接滴落在冷藏柜内的食物上,导致食物变质,因此必须进行相应的废水处理,目前针对这种冷凝废水处理方法相对较为单一,效果并不明显,同时由于其制冷机构较为固定,在进行工作时,冷气的流向相对较为固定集中,这样会造成冷藏柜内的冷气分布不均,同时在使用时,会针对冷藏柜内部分食物造成集中风华,导致食物变硬或者干燥,影响实际的口感及成色,如果在冷藏柜中,同时设置具有导流功能和排水效果的装置,定会造成冷藏柜空间变小,影响实际使用效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,集排水与导流一体且空间节省的用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置,设置在冷藏柜箱体内,其特征在于:所述的箱体内顶部固定安装有一蒸发器,所述的蒸发器的两侧均设置有一挂板,所述的挂板两端部均固定有一水槽,所述的水槽一端固定在箱体背板上,所述的水槽之间设置有多组角板,所述的角板通过定位条固定在水槽上,所述的角板位于蒸发器下端且角板的开口向上设置,所述的角板之间预留有排风缝隙,所述的水槽尾部连接有一水管。
所述的箱体背板设置为空心状,所述的水管设置在背板内部,避免水管外露,影响美观的同时还可以水管不够损伤。
所述的水槽内部设置有一引流垫板,方便了内部水的彻底排放,更加安全。
所述的角板倾斜设置,倾斜向上的一边设置有斜向上的沥水板,倾斜向下的一端设置有一截水条,方便水流充分进入角板内,同时还避免了水流外漏。
所述的角板的内部设置有一弓形板,所述的弓形板中部较两端高度高,方便了将废水由中部向两侧引流,便于快速流向两侧的水槽内,更加快捷。
所述的挂板上设置有等距设置气流槽,科学合理。
本发明在使用时:蒸发器正常制冷产生的冷凝水直接滴落在角板上,然后废水直接流向两侧的水槽内,收集后由水管排除即可,同时冷气在通过个角板之间的缝隙均匀的向下排放,起到冷气导流效果。
本发明新型的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,通过在传统的冷藏柜内设置排水与冷气导流一体的装置,不仅方便了内部冷凝水的正常排放,同时还可以方便冷气均匀导流,且占地面积小,充分的保证冷藏柜的实际空间不受影响。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置,设置在冷藏柜箱体1内,箱体1内顶部固定安装有一蒸发器2,蒸发器2的两侧均设置有一挂板3,挂板3两端部均固定有一水槽4,水槽4一端固定在箱体1背板5上,水槽4之间设置有多组角板6,角板6通过定位条7固定在水槽4上,角板6位于蒸发器2下端且角板6的开口向上设置,角板6之间预留有排风缝隙8,水槽4尾部连接有一水管9,这样设置后,蒸发器2正常制冷产生的冷凝水直接滴落在角板6上,然后废水直接流向两侧的水槽4内,收集后由水管9排除即可,同时冷气通过图1中箭头方向均匀分流向下排放,起到冷气导流效果,箱体1背板5设置为空心状,水管9设置在背板5内部,避免水管9外露,影响美观的同时还可以水管9不够损伤,水槽4内部设置有一引流垫板10,方便了内部水的彻底排放,更加安全,角板6倾斜设置,倾斜向上的一边设置有斜向上的沥水板11,倾斜向下的一端设置有一截水条12,方便水流充分进入角板6内,同时还避免了水流外漏,角板6的内部设置有一弓形板13,弓形板13中部较两端高度高,方便了将废水由中部向两侧引流,便于快速流向两侧的水槽4内,更加快捷,挂板3上设置有等距设置气流槽14,科学合理。

1.一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置,设置在冷藏柜箱体内,其特征在于:所述的箱体内顶部固定安装有一蒸发器,所述的蒸发器的两侧均设置有一挂板,所述的挂板两端部均固定有一水槽,所述的水槽一端固定在箱体背板上,所述的水槽之间设置有多组角板,所述的角板通过定位条固定在水槽上,所述的角板位于蒸发器下端且角板的开口向上设置,所述的角板之间预留有排风缝隙,所述的水槽尾部连接有一水管,所述的水槽内部设置有一引流垫板,所述的角板倾斜设置,倾斜向上的一边设置有斜向上的沥水板,倾斜向下的一端设置有一截水条,所述的角板的内部设置有一弓形板,所述的弓形板中部较两端高度高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冷藏柜冷凝水排放与冷气导流一体装置,其特征在于:所述的箱体背板设置为空心状,所述的水管设置在背板内部。
