Abstract

本发明是一种深度除湿机组,包括由循环风机驱动形成的过流风道,该过流风道由入口至出口之间依次设有预冷器、表冷器、蒸发器、再热器和加热器,所述预冷器和再热器之间设置有相互独立的气管及液管连接管,所述再热器和加热器之间的新风或混风风道中设有加湿器。本发明除湿机组,用于恒温恒湿环境空气处理,将新风或混风处理到工艺要求的温度和相对湿度,然后送风至各个车间,确保各个车间恒定的温度及相对湿度,以满足工艺生产所需,该机组能耗仅为转轮除湿功耗的30%。

技术领域
本发明涉及除湿及节能技术领域,具体涉及一种深度除湿机组。
背景技术
恒温恒湿环境空气除湿机组广泛应用各行业工作厂房车间、展览馆、博物馆、档案室、实验室等场所、专业创造精密恒温恒湿的工业空调环境中,如今节约能源是当今全社会都关心的主要问题,常规的转轮除湿方式能耗高,处理速度慢,以渐渐不满足当今工艺生产所需。本发明提供的深度除湿机组,主要目的在于:1)组成能量闭式循环多级除湿及无功耗增温控制系统,提升除湿效率、降低能耗,精确反馈调节,保持温湿度的稳定性;2)组成变负荷深度制冷除湿机,对深度除湿进行变负荷深冷精确控制;3)提供低温增效及压缩机保护系统,提升制热效率,迅速提升内部烘干温度,同时保护压缩机系统能长期有效工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种深度除湿机组。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种深度除湿机组,包括由循环风机驱动形成的过流风道,该过流风道由入口至出口之间依次设有预冷器、表冷器、蒸发器、再热器和加热器,所述预冷器和再热器之间设置有相互独立的气管及液管连接管,所述再热器和加热器之间的新风或混风风道中设有加湿器。
进一步的,所述蒸发器的出气口通过压缩机连通一冷凝器的进气口,所述冷凝器的出液口通过膨胀阀连通蒸发器的进液口,所述压缩机上连通一变负荷支路,变负荷支路上设有变负荷调节阀,变负荷支路的一端连通蒸发器的出气口与压缩机进气口间的通路。
进一步的,所述蒸发器为直喷式蒸发器。
进一步的,所述冷凝器为风冷或水冷式冷凝器。
进一步的,所述预冷器、表冷器、蒸发器、再热器下方设有积水盘,用于收集由空气中水份冷凝出来的冷凝水,所述积水盘底部设有排水口,用于排出冷凝水。
进一步的,所述加热器为电加热或蒸汽加热器。
进一步的,所述再热器后方的过流风道中分别设有温度传感器和湿度传感器,用于采集温度和湿度信息,所述加湿器、加热器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、以及相应的控制器组成PID反馈控制系统,用于对供风温度、湿度进行精确反馈调节控制。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中预冷器、气管及液管连接管、表冷器、蒸发器和再热器组成能量闭式循环多级除湿及无功耗增温控制系统,能有效提升除湿效率、降低能耗,精确的反馈调节,更易保持温湿度的稳定性。
2、本发明中直喷式蒸发器、压缩机、变负荷调节阀、冷凝器和膨胀阀K组成变负荷深度制冷除湿机,对深度除湿进行变负荷深冷精确控制。
3、本发明中采用变负荷数码控制,制冷能力调节范围宽泛,调节范围:10%-100%,快速响应负荷变化,精确温度控制,能源消耗最优化,舒适度最优化,并减少常规压缩机起停次数,更高可靠性及寿命,系统结构简单,无需复杂电子元器件,无电磁干扰问题。
4、本发明中采用分段式、多层级温湿度节能精确调控,第一段:预冷、表冷降温除湿、深冷深度降温除湿、再热,第二段:精确微调加湿、精确微调加热、风机。
5、本发明中更节能,功耗仅为转轮除湿的30%,温度、湿度控制更稳定,更能适应外界负荷变化大的情况。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种深度除湿机组,包括由循环风机G驱动形成的过流风道,该过流风道由入口至出口之间依次设有预冷器A、表冷器D、蒸发器E、再热器C和加热器F,所述预冷器A和再热器C之间设置有相互独立的气管及液管连接管B,预冷器A内的部分气化工质通过气管及液管连接管B中的气管进入再热器C中,进入再热器C热管中的气体液化后通过气管及液管连接管B中的液管流回预冷器A中,所述再热器C和加热器F之间的新风或混风风道中设有加湿器L。
所述蒸发器E的出气口通过压缩机I连通一冷凝器H的进气口,所述冷凝器H的出液口通过膨胀阀K连通蒸发器E的进液口,所述压缩机I上连通一变负荷支路,变负荷支路上设有变负荷调节阀J,变负荷支路的一端连通蒸发器E的出气口与压缩机I进气口间的通路。
所述蒸发器E为直喷式蒸发器。
所述冷凝器H为风冷或水冷式冷凝器。
所述预冷器A、表冷器D、蒸发器E、再热器C下方设有积水盘O,用于收集由空气中水份冷凝出来的冷凝水,所述积水盘O底部设有排水口P,用于排出冷凝水。
所述加热器F为电加热或蒸汽加热器。
所述再热器C后方的过流风道中分别设有温度传感器和湿度传感器,用于采集温度和湿度信息,所述加湿器L、加热器F、温度传感器、湿度传感器、以及相应的控制器组成PID反馈控制系统,用于对供风温度、湿度进行精确反馈调节控制。
本发明原理
本发明中新风或混风空气在循环风机G的驱动下,由新风或混风进口M进入过流风道中,经预冷器A预冷后,温度降低,再流经表冷器D,温度进一步降低并进一步除湿,然后,再流经直喷式蒸发器E,进行深度降温除湿,使绝对含湿量达到4g/Kg(甚至更低);冷凝水由积水盘O收集,并由排水口P排出;之后,空气流经再热器C加热升温,再流经加湿器L和加热器F达到恒温恒湿的供风条件,最后通过新风或混风出口N供风至生产车间。
另外,直喷式蒸发器E、压缩机I、变负荷调节阀J、冷凝器H、膨胀阀K组成变负荷深度制冷除湿机,对深度除湿进行变负荷深冷精确控制。

Claims (7)

1.一种深度除湿机组,包括由循环风机(G)驱动形成的过流风道,其特征在于,该过流风道由入口至出口之间依次设有预冷器(A)、表冷器(D)、蒸发器(E)、再热器(C)和加热器(F),所述预冷器(A)和再热器(C)之间设置有相互独立的气管及液管连接管(B),所述再热器(C)和加热器(F)之间的新风或混风风道中设有加湿器(L)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述,所述蒸发器(E)的出气口通过压缩机(I)连通一冷凝器(H)的进气口,所述冷凝器(H)的出液口通过膨胀阀(K)连通蒸发器(E)的进液口,所述压缩机(I)上连通一变负荷支路,变负荷支路上设有变负荷调节阀(J),变负荷支路的一端连通蒸发器(E)的出气口与压缩机(I)进气口间的通路。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述蒸发器(E)为直喷式蒸发器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述冷凝器(H)为风冷或水冷式冷凝器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述预冷器(A)、表冷器(D)、蒸发器(E)、再热器(C)下方设有积水盘(O),用于收集由空气中水份冷凝出来的冷凝水,所述积水盘(O)底部设有排水口(P),用于排出冷凝水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述加热器(F)为电加热或蒸汽加热器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的深度除湿机组,其特征在于,所述再热器(C)后方的过流风道中分别设有温度传感器和湿度传感器,用于采集温度和湿度信息,所述加湿器(L)、加热器(F)、温度传感器、湿度传感器、以及相应的控制器组成PID反馈控制系统,用于对供风温度、湿度进行精确反馈调节控制。
