本发明公开了一种预防医学的空气净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的一端设有遮挡网,壳体的另一端设有出风口,该预防医学的空气净化装置设有空气质量检测仪,空气质量检测仪检测到空气质量异常,传递信息给智能控制器,智能控制器控制第一抽风机抽取空气依次通过遮挡网、静电空气过滤网和活性炭过滤网,静电空气过滤网和活性炭过滤网对空气中的灰尘和异味进行过滤清除,干净后的空气经过紫外线杀菌灯进行杀菌,然后经过第二抽风机进入消毒剂存储罐,消毒剂存储罐内的蒸发器蒸发出的消毒剂和空气混合后通过导管进入风腔,最后由鼓风机吹动经过出风口回到壳体外,消毒剂存储罐内消毒剂用完后可经过进料管进行添加。

本发明涉及预防医学技术领域,具体为一种预防医学的空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,现代医疗水平的不断提高,医院内的消毒是预防疾病的很重要的环节,为了减少病人及家属在医院携带病菌和感染的概率,在医院内由于病人过多,空气中有大量的病菌,同时空气中还含有其它大量有毒、有害物质,需要对医院内的空气进行净化,才能保证医院工作人员,病人及病人家属的健康,需要一种预防医学的控制净化装置,来净化医院的空气,保证医院内人员的健康,为此,我们提出一种预防医学的空气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预防医学的空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种预防医学的空气净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的一端设有遮挡网,壳体的另一端设有出风口,所述壳体内分别设有空气净化腔和风腔,遮挡网安装在空气净化腔的端部,且出风口设在风腔的端部,所述空气净化腔内依次设有第一抽风机、静电空气过滤网、活性炭过滤网、驱动器和消毒剂存储罐,驱动器和消毒剂存储罐上下对称分布,所述驱动器的底端设有紫外线杀菌灯,驱动器的顶端设有智能控制器,所述智能控制器的顶端设有空气质量检测仪,所述消毒剂存储罐与空气净化腔连通,消毒剂存储罐与空气净化腔的连接处设有第二抽风机,所述消毒剂存储罐的底端设有蒸发器,所述风腔内设有鼓风机,风腔通过导管与消毒剂存储罐连通,所述智能控制器分别与空气质量检测仪、驱动器、第一抽风机、静电空气过滤网、蒸发器、第二抽风机和鼓风机电连接,驱动器与紫外线杀菌灯电连接。
优选的,所述壳体的侧面设有连接耳,连接耳之间设有横梁,且横梁上设有安装孔。
优选的,所述消毒剂存储罐的侧面连通有进料管,进料管的端部设有阀门。
优选的,所述智能控制器的侧面设有红外接收器,红外接收器与智能控制器电连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该预防医学的空气净化装置设有空气质量检测仪,空气质量检测仪检测到空气质量异常,传递信息给智能控制器,智能控制器控制第一抽风机抽取空气依次通过遮挡网、静电空气过滤网和活性炭过滤网,静电空气过滤网和活性炭过滤网对空气中的灰尘和异味进行过滤清除,干净后的空气经过紫外线杀菌灯进行杀菌,然后经过第二抽风机进入消毒剂存储罐,消毒剂存储罐内的蒸发器蒸发出的消毒剂和空气混合后通过导管进入风腔,最后由鼓风机吹动经过出风口回到壳体外,消毒剂存储罐内消毒剂用完后可经过进料管进行添加,红外接收器用于接收遥控设备所传递的信息,该预防医学的空气净化装置经过物理化学两种方法消毒,消毒效果好,空气净化程度高,保障了医院工作人员,病人及病人家属的健康。

工作原理:空气质量检测仪8检测到空气质量异常,传递信息给智能控制器7,智能控制器7控制第一抽风机14抽取空气依次通过遮挡网13、静电空气过滤网15和活性炭过滤网16,静电空气过滤网15和活性炭过滤网16对空气中的灰尘和异味进行过滤清除,干净后的空气经过紫外线杀菌灯22进行杀菌,然后经过第二抽风机18进入消毒剂存储罐4,消毒剂存储罐4内的蒸发器17蒸发出的消毒剂和空气混合后通过导管5进入风腔19,最后由鼓风机21吹动经过出风口6回到壳体1外,消毒剂存储罐4内消毒剂用完后可经过进料管3进行添加,红外接收器23用于接收遥控设备所传递的信息。

1.一种预防医学的空气净化装置,包括壳体(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的一端设有遮挡网(13),壳体(1)的另一端设有出风口(6),所述壳体(1)内分别设有空气净化腔(20)和风腔(19),遮挡网(13)安装在空气净化腔(20)的端部,且出风口(6)设在风腔(19)的端部,所述空气净化腔(20)内依次设有第一抽风机(14)、静电空气过滤网(15)、活性炭过滤网(16)、驱动器(12)和消毒剂存储罐(4),驱动器(12)和消毒剂存储罐(4)上下对称分布,所述驱动器(12)的底端设有紫外线杀菌灯(22),驱动器(12)的顶端设有智能控制器(7),所述智能控制器(7)的顶端设有空气质量检测仪(8),所述消毒剂存储罐(4)与空气净化腔(20)连通,消毒剂存储罐(4)与空气净化腔(20)的连接处设有第二抽风机(18),所述消毒剂存储罐(4)的底端设有蒸发器(17),所述风腔(19)内设有鼓风机(21),风腔(19)通过导管(5)与消毒剂存储罐(4)连通,所述智能控制器(7)分别与空气质量检测仪(8)、驱动器(12)、第一抽风机(14)、静电空气过滤网(15)、蒸发器(17)、第二抽风机(18)和鼓风机(21)电连接,驱动器(12)与紫外线杀菌灯(22)电连接。
