本发明公开一种循环固定床生物质锅炉的操作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,采用直径30‑55mm原料入炉膛,原料密度的调整,可产生不同量的粒内孔隙,生产蜂窝状炉渣;原料首先进入往复炉排预热区,进入主炉排前,料层温度已接近引燃值,在预热区生物质原料中的挥发分与产生的一氧化碳被一起送入气相燃烧室;设立炉内循环风,将尾部烟气回送,炉内循环风量加大配以受热面,控制燃烧煤层温度850‑1020度,出渣温度低于200,后部链轮用主动轮,上炉排变成拉力。
