Abstract

本发明公开了一种装配式房屋，包括房体，所述房体的屋顶部和屋侧部中均由内而外分别设置有保温层和密封层，所述房体的屋底部中设置有吸湿层，所述屋侧部的外壁上设置有至少两个吸地器。本发明不但具有很高的防风防水性能，防止了风和雨水进入房体内部，而且隔热保温性能也比较突出，保证了房体内的隔热保温效果，另外房体自身的连接强度和牢固度也得到了显著的加强，保证了房屋内人们居住的安全、舒适和稳定。

本发明涉及建筑领域，具体涉及一种装配式房屋。
背景技术
装配式房屋因为其组装和拆卸方便、便于移动和运输等特性，在多个领域得到越来越多的利用，尤其是一些工程施工工地，由于需经常转移地方，所以这些地方大都都是采用装配式房屋用来短期的人员居住，但是现有的装配式房屋大都连接强度较低、防风防雨性能差、隔热保温效果也非常之不理想，尤其是一些气候恶劣的地区，出现的问题则更加突出，给居住的人们带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种具有较高的防风防雨性能且房屋自身的强度和牢固度高的装配式房屋。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种装配式房屋，包括房体，所述房体的屋顶部和屋侧部中均由内而外分别设置有保温层和密封层，所述房体的屋底部中设置有吸湿层，所述屋侧部的外壁上设置有至少两个吸地器。
本发明中密封层能够阻挡和吸收掉房体外部的风和雨水，防止了风和雨水进入房体内，保温层则能够大幅减弱了房体内部与外界的热传递，从而起到了对房体内部的隔热保温效果。
优选地，所述吸地器的数量为两个且分别设置在屋侧部左侧和右侧靠近地面处，吸地器能够吸附在地面上，从而大幅增强了房体的抓地力，提升了房体的牢固度。
优选地，所述吸湿层位于屋底部的中间区域，吸湿层能够吸收掉地面渗进屋底部内的水分和湿气，从而提高了屋底部的防水性能。
优选地，所述屋顶部的内壁和屋侧部的内壁之间设置有加强筋，加强筋进一步加强了屋顶部和屋侧部的连接强度。
优选地，所述屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁的相交处设置有密封罩，所述密封罩的两端分别连接在屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁上，密封罩能够把暴露在外面的屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁的相交处密封起来，从而防止了风和雨水从相交处的间隙中进入房体内部。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，不但具有很高的防风防水性能，防止了风和雨水进入房体内部，而且隔热保温性能也比较突出，保证了房体内的隔热保温效果，另外房体自身的连接强度和牢固度也得到了显著的加强，保证了房屋内人们居住的安全、舒适和稳定。

如图1所示，本发明提供一种装配式房屋，包括房体1，所述房体1的屋顶部和屋侧部中均由内而外分别设置有保温层2和密封层3，所述房体1的屋底部中设置有吸湿层4，所述屋侧部的外壁上设置有两个吸地器6且分别设置在屋侧部左侧和右侧靠近地面处，所述吸湿层4位于屋底部的中间区域，所述屋顶部的内壁和屋侧部的内壁之间设置有加强筋5，所述屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁的相交处设置有密封罩7，所述密封罩7的两端分别连接在屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁上。

1.一种装配式房屋，包括房体（1），其特征在于：所述房体（1）的屋顶部和屋侧部中均由内而外分别设置有保温层（2）和密封层（3），所述房体（1）的屋底部中设置有吸湿层（4），所述屋侧部的外壁上设置有至少两个吸地器（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式房屋，其特征在于：所述吸地器（6）的数量为两个且分别设置在屋侧部左侧和右侧靠近地面处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式房屋，其特征在于：所述吸湿层（4）位于屋底部的中间区域。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式房屋，其特征在于：所述屋顶部的内壁和屋侧部的内壁之间设置有加强筋（5）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式房屋，其特征在于：所述屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁的相交处设置有密封罩（7），所述密封罩（7）的两端分别连接在屋顶部的外壁和屋侧部的外壁上。
