本发明公开了一种试卷纸及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:制备脱墨的废纸浆;调节浆料的浓度和电荷后加入阳离子淀粉,充分混合;将浆料加水稀释至0.9‑1.3%;向浆料中加入填料和增挺剂;将浆料流送到纸机的流浆箱,浆料从流浆箱到纸机网部经脱水成型为干度18~22%的湿纸页,通过压榨工段,控制压榨区域的各个压区状态调节在加载状态下保证纸机运行正常的状态下尽可能降低线压力,后将纸页横幅干度提高至48%以上,再烘干至纸页干度91~95%,后经软压光整饰后卷取,得到原纸辊;将的原纸辊经复卷机分切,然后包装制得成品。该试卷纸速印时印刷速度快、不卡纸、纸页吸收油墨快、线条清晰,而且速印后堆垛效果优。

背景技术
[0002] 近年来,随着教学要求的不断变化,中小学为保证整体学生水平,一般的学生作业 再也不是购买教辅练习册而是由在校老师对本校的题库进行抽取,在学校本部进行对习题 印刷作为学生日常提高练习,由于印刷纸张使用的特殊性,这类型用于一体机速印的试卷 纸,要求白度不能过高、大尘埃含量不能含有、纸张匀度分布好、颜色柔和、在低定量的情况 下有良好的挺度。与本发明最接近的试卷纸是采用国内废报纸为原料,采用圆网单缸纸机 生产的,该试卷纸存在问题纸页成型匀度差横幅定量、厚度变化大导致纸页挺度波动大,在 后续速印使用经常会卡纸,而且纸页颜色波动大均有色差投诉。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是在于提供一种定量比复印纸小、白度比复印纸低、纸张挺度接近 于复印纸、吸墨性能强、印刷图文清晰,可用于再次回收循环使用的试卷纸。

[0005] -种试卷纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
[0006] (1)废纸制浆工序:废纸经碎浆、除杂质、去油墨、漂白、浓缩得到造纸浆料;
[0007] (2)备料预处理工序:调节步骤(1)浆料的浓度为3.5-5.0%,电荷在-200~-300ueq/L,再加入阳离子淀粉,充分混合后备用;
[0008] (3)浆料流送和上网工序:将步骤(2)浆料加水稀释至0.9-1.3 %,同时除去浆料中 的轻杂质和可溶性空气;然后向浆料中加入填料和增挺剂,完成上网准备工序;所述填料为 重质碳酸钙,增挺剂为阳离子型聚胺树脂;

[0011] 所述填料的添加量为15~30kg/t浆,增挺剂的添加量为5~15kg/t浆。
[0012] 步骤(3)所述浆料中还加入助留助滤剂,添加量为400~700mg/t浆,所述助留助滤 剂为膨润土和聚丙烯酰胺。

[0018] 步骤(1)所述废纸制浆工序具体包括碎浆、筛选、前浮选、漂白、后浮选和浓缩,各 工艺参数如下,按废纸投入重量份计,碎浆工艺:双氧水0.5~1.0 %、硅酸钠1.0~2.5 %、氢 氧化钠0.5~1.5 %、脱墨剂0.3 %~0.6 %,筛选工艺:浆料浓度1 %,前浮选工艺:氯化钙 1.5%和脱墨剂0.01%,漂白工艺;双氧水:氢氧化钠:硅酸钠= 0.3:0.7:1,后浮选工艺:脱 墨剂0.01 %,浆料浓缩10%送抄纸工段。
[0019] 本发明试卷纸成品在后续应用进行分切时,对于纸张的松厚度要求尤其重要,因 此纸页在纸机成型时压榨压力对最终成品起关键性作用,所以三压榨一定要控制2.8bar以 下的线压力才能实现纸页性能。
[0020] 与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
[0021] (1)本发明试卷纸最大的特点是采用经脱墨的废纸浆又没有表面施胶,低定量的 纸页又含有一定灰分比例(7~10%),但纸页挺度高、具有良好的过机性能。
[0022] (2)本发明试卷纸白度要求低,白度48~55%IS0;采用100%废纸浆为原料(废纸 脱墨浆生产)。在纸张抄造工艺中需要对浆料纤维改性,通过助剂添加(主要是填料和增挺 剂)、改进纸机的工艺参数,制备而得的试卷纸用于一体机进行速印时,纸张印刷速度快、不 卡纸、纸页吸收油墨快、线条清晰、图文分明,而且速印后堆垛效果优,可大量缩短后续人工 整理的时间。
[0023] (3)因采用碱性紫的液体染料,成纸色相美观稳定。
[0024] (4)本发明试卷纸采用长网多缸的纸机生产,成纸匀度好,横幅松厚度均一。
