Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料的制备方法:(1)纳米分散液的制备:取纳米白炭黑,纳米氧化铝粉,纳米硫酸钡,用异丙醇作介质将其配制成悬浮液,高速分散均匀,接着超声分散20min;将一定量的硅烷偶联剂溶解在异丙醇介质中,室温下高速搅拌20min。按照重量比1:1的比例混合上述2种溶液,超声分散25min,然后保持30℃于恒温油浴锅内搅拌,使偶联反应2h,制得纳米分散液以备用;(2)制备A组分;(3)以腰果壳油固化剂作为B组分,常温下两者按质量比2∶1机械搅拌至均匀,即得新型耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料。

技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及一种新型耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
[0002]金属设备防腐蚀最有效、最常用的方法之一是在金属表面涂覆防腐蚀有机涂层, 以隔绝金属基体与腐蚀介质。国内对防腐涂料的研宄取得了较多成果,但还存在着研宄方 法落后,防腐涂层厚度大,有大量的易燃、易爆、有毒的有机溶剂逸出,对人体和环境有较大 的危害等不足。目前,市场上使用的防腐蚀涂料仍以传统溶剂型防腐蚀涂料为主。但近年 来,世界各国相继推出了有关环境污染限制的法律法规,其中涉及涂料行业的就有涂料中 有机挥发物的含量和有害的空气污染物两大问题,这样将使占整个世界涂料行业53%的溶 剂型涂料的生产受到限制。因此,开发低VOC防腐蚀涂料很有必要,而无溶剂新型涂料是实 现低VOC的途径之一。
[0003]防腐涂料是指能够在苛刻腐蚀环境下起到保护基材作用的一类高性能涂料,防护 寿命一般为15年以上。防腐涂料的品种较多,如环氧树脂类、聚氨酯类、氯化聚烯烃类和氯 化橡胶类等。环氧树脂由于具有对各种底材较好的附着力、耐碱性尤其突出、軔性好、可满 足多种施工要求等优点而受到青睐。环氧涂料已在石油、化工等防腐领域得到广泛应用,并 已取得良好的防腐蚀效果。

[0006]本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现: 一种新型耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下: (1) 纳米分散液的制备: 按照重量份数,取纳米白炭黑2-4份,纳米氧化铝粉3份,纳米硫酸钡0.2份,用异丙醇作 介质将其配制成悬浮液,高速分散均匀,接着超声分散20min; 将一定量的硅烷偶联剂溶解在异丙醇介质中,室温下高速搅拌20min。
[0007]按照重量比1:1的比例混合上述2种溶液,超声分散25min,然后保持30°C于恒温油 浴锅内搅拌,使偶联反应2h,制得纳米分散液以备用; (2) 制备A组分: 按照重量份数,在50份环氧树脂液中加入纳米分散液5-8份、磷酸锌2份、颜料5份、云母 粉18份、溶剂20份,按照与涂料1:1的比例加入研磨介质,用高速研磨机进行球磨,直至涂料 细度小于80wn,制得A组分; (3) 以腰果壳油固化剂作为B组分,常温下两者按质量比2:1机械搅拌至均匀,即得新型 耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料。

具体实施方式

[0019]实施例6:效果测评 按照GB/T 1727-1992《漆膜一般制备方法》,用毛刷刷涂到经打磨除锈、除油处理过的 镀锡铁(马口铁)上[规格50mm X IOOmm X (0 •2-0 • 3 )ram],膜厚大于IOOum,25°C下待涂料完全 固化后进行相关基础物理性能测试。

1. 一种新型耐盐雾环氧防腐涂料的制备方法,其步骤如下: (1)纳米分散液的制备: 取纳米白炭黑,纳米氧化铝粉,纳米硫酸钡,用异丙醇作介质将其配制成悬浮液,高速 分散均匀,接着超声分散20min; 将一定量的硅烷偶联剂溶解在异丙醇介质中,室温下高速搅拌20min。
