Abstract

本发明公开了一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特殊之处在于:包括机架,所述机架前端上表面设有辊道,机架后端上表面设有两条托板,辊道和托板之间的机架上安装有剪切装置;每条托板两端通过轴承座安装在机架上,托板两端分别连接有转臂,转臂与翻转码垛气缸转动连接,翻转码垛气缸安装在机架下方。本发明设计合理,自动化程度高,完成板材剪切后可自动将板材落下机架并通过上下导向作用实现整齐码垛,剪切精度高,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种码垛装置,具体涉及一种板材自动剪切码垛装置。
背景技术
双玻镁板净化板在生产过程中,因为玻镁板尺寸一般要求具有固定尺寸,因此生产时需要根据净化板长度分切玻镁板长度,如果净化板不足需求长度,需要把玻镁板切去多余的尺寸,如果净化板长于需求尺寸,则需要一张整的玻镁板加一段玻镁板补足尺寸,但玻镁板人工裁剪精准度差且工作效率低。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种设计合理,使用方便的板材自动剪切码垛装置,能够有把相同规格的玻镁板快速裁剪并自动码垛整齐。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特殊之处在于:包括机架,所述机架前端上表面设有辊道,机架后端上表面设有两条托板,辊道和托板之间的机架上安装有剪切装置;每条托板两端通过轴承座安装在机架上,托板两端分别连接有转臂,转臂与翻转码垛气缸转动连接,翻转码垛气缸安装在机架下方,机架两侧的翻转码垛气缸同时带动两侧转臂向内翻转,转臂与托板连接,转臂带动托板向内翻转,在托板上的板材自动掉落至机架下方。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述剪切装置包括上剪板刀、下剪板刀和剪板气缸,所述下剪板刀安装在机架上方,剪板气缸竖直安装在机架下方,上剪板刀位于下剪板刀上方,通过竖直连杆与剪板气缸连接。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述上剪板刀上设有导向轴和偏心轴,偏心轴调节上剪板刀左右移动,导向轴调节上剪板刀和下剪板刀的间距。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述机架后端安装有可调节的定位篦子,定位篦子上安装有限位开关,板材剪切前将一端顶在定位篦子上。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述托板两端分别连接有一短轴,短轴安装在轴承座上,轴承座固定在机架上。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述两条托板为两条角钢,两条角钢平行设立在机架的两侧,两条角钢的两直角相对,板材码垛前切完后位于角钢的水平直角边上。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,所述托板和辊道的水平高度相同,可从辊道直接推向托板上。
本发明的板材自动剪切码垛装置,剪板气缸和翻转码垛气缸通过电气控制系统控制其伸缩运动,限位开关上安装有传感器,传感器与电气控制系统连接,板材顶在定位篦子的限位开关上后,传感器传递信号给电气控制系统,电气控制系统控制剪板气缸运动完成剪切动作。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,自动化程度高,完成板材剪切后可自动将板材落下机架并通过上下导向作用实现整齐码垛,剪切精度高,码垛整齐,工作效率高,大大节省人力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
附图是本发明的一种具体实施方式。该实施例包括机架1,机架前端安装有剪切装置,机架1后端安装有码垛装置。
机架1前端上表面设有辊道2,辊道2和托板11之间的机架1上安装有剪切装置;所述剪切装置包括上剪板刀4、下剪板刀1和剪板气缸16,上剪板刀4上设有导向轴5和偏心轴6,所述下剪板刀3安装在机架1上方,剪板气缸16竖直安装在机架1下方,上剪板刀4位于下剪板刀3上方,通过竖直连杆18与剪板气缸16的剪板气缸伸缩杆17连接。
机架1后端上表面设有两条托板11,托板11和辊道11处于同一水平面上,所述两条托板11为两条角钢,两条角钢平行设立在机架1的两侧,两条角钢的两直角相对,板材8,每条托板11两端分别连接有一短轴12,短轴12安装在轴承座13上,轴承座13固定在机架1上,托板11两端分别连接有转臂7,转臂7为弧形,转臂7与翻转码垛气缸15的翻转码垛气缸伸缩杆14转动连接,翻转码垛气缸15安装在机架1下方。
机架1后端安装有可调节的定位篦子9,定位篦子9上安装有限位开关10,剪板气缸16和翻转码垛气缸15通过电气控制系统控制其伸缩运动,限位开关10上安装有传感器,传感器与电气控制系统连接。
本实施例在使用时,工作前根据需要的尺寸把定位篦子9与上剪板刀4前边调到需要尺寸,人工把玻镁板板材8放置到辊道2上,板材8随着辊道2向前推送到托板11上,板材8位于角钢的水平直角边上,至前端顶在定位篦子9上,同时顶下限位开关10,限位开关10上安装有传感器,传感器将信号传给电气控制系统,电气控制系统发出指令,剪板气缸16缩回,带动上剪板刀4下落把玻镁板板材8剪断后剪板气缸16向上伸出,上剪板刀4抬起,剪切动作完成。电气控制系统发出码垛指令,机架1两侧的翻转码垛气缸15向上伸出,转臂7与翻转码垛气缸伸缩杆14连接一端同时向上抬起,转臂7另一端连接角钢,转臂7带动角钢围绕短轴12向内转动90°,两条角钢的水平直角边转动90°后竖直向下,位于角钢水平直角边上的板材8随即落下至机架1下部,翻转码垛气缸15缩回,转臂7收回,角钢也转回90°,码垛动作完成,继续下一板材8的剪切和码垛动作,如此反复后,板材8在角钢的直角导向作用下自动码垛整齐。

Claims (8)

1.一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1),所述机架(1)前端上表面设有辊道(2),机架(1)后端上表面设有两条托板(11),辊道(2)和托板(11)之间的机架(1)上安装有剪切装置;每条托板(11)两端通过轴承座(13)安装在机架(1)上,托板(11)两端分别连接有转臂(7),转臂(7)与翻转码垛气缸(15)转动连接,翻转码垛气缸(15)安装在机架(1)下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述剪切装置包括上剪板刀(4)、下剪板刀(1)和剪板气缸(16),所述下剪板刀(3)安装在机架(1)上方,剪板气缸(16)竖直安装在机架(1)下方,上剪板刀(4)位于下剪板刀(3)上方,通过竖直连杆(18)与剪板气缸(16)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)后端安装有可调节的定位篦子(9),定位篦子(9)上安装有限位开关(10)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述上剪板刀(4)上设有导向轴(5)和偏心轴(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述托板(11)两端分别连接有一短轴(12),短轴(12)安装在轴承座(13)上,轴承座(13)固定在机架(1)上。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述两条托板(11)为两条角钢,两条角钢平行设立在机架(1)的两侧,两条角钢的两直角相对。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:所述托板(11)和辊道(11)处于同一水平面上。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3中任一条所述的一种板材自动剪切码垛装置,其特征在于:剪板气缸(16)和翻转码垛气缸(15)通过电气控制系统控制其伸缩运动,限位开关(10)上安装有传感器,传感器与电气控制系统连接。
