Obviously, the 6 pulse peak values occurring at the beginning of each start-up are adjustable electric pulse square waves within the range of 8V to 90V, transient high-voltage pulses are used for punching out temporary water channels on the lipid bilayers of the horny layer of the skin, and the formation of the channels provides a way for introducing the medicine, so that the medicine can directly penetrate through the horny layer and be absorbed by capillary vessels. The sound flow and vibration generated by the continuous ultrasonic power in the treatment process can cause the substance in the tissue cells to move, and the cell pulp flows, the cells vibrate, rotate and rub due to the fine massage of the ultrasonic, so that the cell massage effect is generated, which is also called as 'internal massage'. The ultrasonic wave therapeutic instrument is unique in ultrasonic wave treatment, can change the permeability of cell membranes, stimulate the diffusion process of cell semipermeable membranes, promote metabolism, accelerate blood and lymph circulation, improve the ischemia and anoxia state of cells, improve tissue nutrition, change the protein synthesis rate, improve the regeneration function and the like. Changes the internal structure of the cell, causes the function of the cell to change, and extends and softens the hard connective tissue. The mechanical action of the ultrasonic waves can soften tissues, enhance penetration, improve metabolism, promote blood circulation and stimulate functions of a nervous system and cells, so the ultrasonic waves have unique therapeutic significance. Human tissue has a relatively large absorption capacity for ultrasonic energy, so that during the propagation of ultrasonic waves in human tissue, the energy is continuously absorbed by the tissue and becomes heat, with the result that the temperature of the tissue's own body rises. The heat generation process is an energy conversion process for converting mechanical energy into heat energy in a medium. I.e. internal heat generation. The ultrasonic warm effect can increase blood circulation, accelerate metabolism, improve local tissue nutrition and enhance enzyme activity. Meanwhile, the effective components of the tablet can be promoted to enter the focus, and the focus can be directly treated by administration. The medium frequency electric pulse stimulates nerves and muscle tissues of the organism to react by using pulse current with the frequency of 2000Hz, and has the effects of relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, facilitating inflammation absorption, exercising skeletal muscles and the like. Has antiinflammatory and analgesic effects on lumbar vertebra pain, scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical vertebra, etc. Its main site of action is deep in skeletal muscle and tissue.
For the cervical spondylosis ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus, in order to ensure that the tablets in the left tablet cavity and the right tablet cavity are accurately attached to the two sides of the cervical vertebra, according to the ergonomic data, the included angle alpha between the surfaces of the left ultrasonic seat and the right ultrasonic seat of the cervical spondylosis ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus is 90-150 degrees.
Fig. 4 is a three-dimensional schematic view of another embodiment of the ultrasonic base connection structure of the present invention, in which 11 is an ultrasonic base, 12 is a tablet cavity, 14 is a rotation shaft, and 15 is a fixing base. As can be seen from the figure, in order to further improve the pain relieving and treating effects, the left ultrasonic seat and the right ultrasonic seat of the portable ultrasonic cervical and lumbar diseases treating instrument are respectively and rotatably connected with the fixed seat arranged in the regular arc body or the flexible waistband of the treating instrument through the rotating shaft. Therefore, the left ultrasonic seat and the right ultrasonic seat can rotate along with the small change of the neck or the waist of different human bodies, so that the tablets in the left tablet cavity and the right tablet cavity are ensured to be accurately attached to the two sides of the cervical vertebra or the lumbar vertebra.
Fig. 5 is a three-dimensional schematic view of the tablet placement card of the portable ultrasonic cervical and lumbar spondylosis therapeutic apparatus of the invention, wherein 11 is an ultrasonic seat, 12 is a tablet cavity, 7 is the tablet placement card, 71 is a PE water stop ring, and 8 is a tablet. As can be seen from the figure, in order to prevent the possible damage of tablet components to the therapeutic apparatus and the loss of liquid medicine, the portable ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus for cervical and lumbar diseases is also provided with a tablet placing card which adopts a metal sheet stamping structure, the shape and the size of the bulge at the outer side of the tablet placing card are matched with the tablet cavity, and the shape and the size of the cavity at the inner side are matched with the tablet; and a PE water stop ring is arranged at the edge of the tablet placing card. The tablet is a non-woven cotton sheet soaked with liquid medicine, and the shape and the size of the tablet are matched with the cavity on the inner side of the tablet placing card. When placing the tablet, place the tablet earlier in the inboard cavity that the card was placed to the tablet, place the tablet again the card and place the tablet intracavity together with the tablet, because tablet place the card outside bellied shape and size and tablet chamber phase-match, the shape and the size and the tablet phase-match of inboard cavity, consequently, can not produce the clearance after putting into the tablet, can not influence ultrasonic therapy's effect. Meanwhile, the PE water stop ring can effectively prevent the liquid medicine from flowing out of the gap between the tablet placing card and the skin of a human body, and efficient utilization of the liquid medicine is guaranteed. At the same time, the possible damage of the tablet components to the therapeutic apparatus is prevented.
In order to conveniently adjust the wearing tightness of the flexible waistband, the portable lumbar disease therapeutic apparatus is provided with thread gluing respectively at the outer side and the inner side of the connection part at the front side of the flexible waistband. From this, can be convenient and not have the adjustment of interval and dress the elasticity for the patient has higher comfort level.
Obviously, the portable ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus for cervical and lumbar diseases has the beneficial technical effects that the medicine, the ultrasonic waves and the electric pulses are used for synergistic treatment, the tablet is tightly attached to the affected part, and the curative effect is obvious. Moreover, the portable structure is adopted, so that the patient can insist on the treatment for a long time.
