技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，糖尿病心脏病是糖尿病患者致死的主要原因之一，尤其是在2型糖尿病患者中。广义的糖尿病心脏病包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病），糖尿病心肌病和糖尿病心脏自主神经病变等。目前，对于糖尿病性心脏病的治疗并没有有效的完全治愈的方法，最常见的方法就是长期服用阿替洛尔等西药来维持病情，然而长期服用西药，给人体会带来较大的副作用，而且不能根治。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足，提供一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药组合物，该中药制剂疗效确切、价格低廉且无毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药组合物，其特征在于以重量百分比计由如下原料药制成，檀香12～16%、桑白皮9～12%、决明子6～9%、夏枯草5～9%、猪苓9～13%、郁金6～9%、淫羊藿3～6%、龙胆草5～7%、细辛5～7%、川芎3～5%、射干3～6%、白芷3～6%、远志3～6%、石菖蒲2～5%、五味子2～4%、赤芍3～5%，将上述16味原料药加水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，该中药制剂疗效确切、价格低廉且无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
其组分(重量%)每付为檀香13.7、桑白皮10.3、决明子8.2、夏枯草8.1、猪苓10.3、郁金8.2、淫羊藿4.1、龙胆草6.3、细辛6.2、川芎4.1、射干3.9、白芷4.1、远志3.9、石菖蒲3.4、五味子2.1、赤芍3.1。取上述16味原料总重量为200克，加水至1000ml，浸泡2～3小时，使有效成分易于煎出，然后用武火煮沸再用文火慢慢煎熬60分钟左右，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水300ml，煎15～20分钟，去渣得滤液100ml，共得300ml左右药液，即制得治疗糖尿病性心脏病的汤剂，装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用。每日一剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml。
本发明檀香行气温中，开胃止痛。用于寒凝气滞，胸痛，腹痛，胃痛食少，冠心病，心绞痛；桑白皮泻肺平喘，利水消肿，有降压、降糖作用；决明子润肠通便，降脂明目，治疗便秘及高血脂，高血压；夏枯草有清火明目之功效，能治目赤肿痛、头痛等；猪苓利水渗湿，治小便不利，水肿、泄泻，淋浊，带下；郁金活血止痛，行气解郁，清心凉血，利胆退黄；淫羊藿补肾益精、壮阳通络、健脾利湿，主治肾虚精气不足遗症；龙胆草清热燥湿，泻肝定惊。湿热黄疸，小便淋痛；细辛解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮；川芎行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛；射干能清热解毒、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰；白芷有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能；远志具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿的功能；石菖蒲化湿开胃，开窍豁痰，醒神益智；五味子敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精；赤芍有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效。共奏“糖尿病性心脏病”之特效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现，其加工方法与实施例一相同。

下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
1、病例选择：
随机选取38-63岁的糖尿病性心脏病患者80例，其中，男性42例，女性38例。
2、诊断标准：
糖尿病患者心动过速，心率大于90次/分钟；有体位低血压，卧位改立位时血压下降20－30毫米汞柱；胸痛胸闷，肢体乏力；心悸多汗，经常失眠；糖尿病患者在没有冠心病时，心电图有ST段改变，超声心动图显示心肌肥大。如上症状，即可确诊。
3、治疗方法：
实施例一药剂，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml，10天为一疗程，共服用8个疗程。
4、疗效判定标准：
显效：心动过速消失，心率小于90次/分钟；体位低血压显著缓解，卧位改立位时收缩压下降小于15毫米汞柱，舒张压下降小于10毫米汞柱；胸痛胸闷明显缓解，乏力消失，身上有劲；失眠、多汗明显缓解；心电图ST段改变明显改善，超声心动图显示心肌肥大缓解。有效：心动过速、体位低血压缓解，胸闷、乏力、多汗、失眠有所改善；无效：病症无变化。
5、治疗结果
在临床使用本发明药物，服药8个疗程后，患者中，显效58例，有效19例，无效3例，总有效率为96.25%。
典型病例：
马某某，男，61岁，患有糖尿病6年，发现糖尿病心脏病一年，心功能不全，心悸胸闷，疲乏无力。服用本发明中药，服药3个疗程后，胸闷、气短等症状明显改善，服药7个疗程后，经检查心电图可见心肌供血也明显改善，一年后随访，病情无复发。
姜某某，女，54岁，患有糖尿病性心脏病3年时间，身体乏力，经常出现胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁等症状，服用本发明药物4个疗程后，上述症状明显改善，服药6个疗程后，身体有劲，胸闷胸痛、心悸不宁等症状基本消失，停药一年后随访，病情无复发。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗糖尿病性心脏病的中药组合物，其特征在于以重量百分比计由如下原料药制成：檀香12～16%、桑白皮9～12%、决明子6～9%、夏枯草5～9%、猪苓9～13%、郁金6～9%、淫羊藿3～6%、龙胆草5～7%、细辛5～7%、川芎3～5%、射干3～6%、白芷3～6%、远志3～6%、石菖蒲2～5%、五味子2～4%、赤芍3～5%，将上述16味原料药加水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
