本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化器,包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置和风机、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口,所述过滤装置包括前置滤网,所述机壳包括可拆卸的侧壁,所述侧壁上设有支架,所述支架上设有第一滑槽,所述前置滤网可滑动地设置在所述第一滑槽内,所述前置滤网的前端设有清洁刷,所述清洁刷的上下两端分别与所述支架滑移连接,本发明提出的空气净化器,在清洁前置滤网时,将机壳的侧壁拆卸下来,然后使清洁刷在支架上来回滑移,对前置滤网进行清洗,省去手动清洗的繁琐,如有必要,也可将前置滤网直接从支架上移除,拆卸和组装都非常方便,节省时间。

[0001]本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
[0002]近年来大气污染日益严重,特别是雾霾天气长时间大范围地笼罩着城市的上空,给人们的日常生活和身体健康带来了严重的影响。为了提高生活质量,在日常生活中,越来越多的人选择使用空气净化器来净化周围的空气。空气净化器一般是利用风机,将空气抽入机器,再通过过滤或者杀菌等过程来实现空气的净化,最后再由排气口排出。
[0003]目前市面上的空气净化器一般都采用多种材料介质来过滤和清洁空气,空气从进风口进入净化器后,一般先通过前置滤网的过滤,前置滤网起到初步过滤空气中漂浮大颗粒的作用。为保证净化器的净化性能良好,需要定期清洗前置滤网,然而拆卸和组装过程比较繁琐,而且前置滤网面积较大,清洗不便。
[0004]有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种空气净化器,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
[0005]为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器,其前置滤网的拆卸和组装方便,且能够自动清洗前置滤网,提高净化性能,避免人工拆洗的繁琐。
[0006]本发明提出的一种空气净化器,包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置和风机、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口,所述过滤装置包括前置滤网,所述机壳包括可拆卸的侧壁,所述侧壁上设有支架,所述支架上设有第一滑槽,所述前置滤网可滑动地设置在所述第一滑槽内,所述前置滤网的前端设有清洁刷,所述清洁刷的上下两端分别与所述支架滑移连接。
[0007]进一步的,所述支架上设有第二滑槽,所述清洁刷上设有卡设在所述第二滑槽内的滚轮,所述滚轮由电机驱动其转动。

[0010]进一步的,所述过滤装置包括依次置于所述前置滤网后面的HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、纳米银过滤网、光触媒过滤网、水过滤网、及紫外线杀菌灯。

[0012]借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明提出的空气净化器,在清洁前置滤网时,将机壳的侧壁拆卸下来,然后使清洁刷在支架上来回滑移,对前置滤网进行清洗,省去手动清洗的繁琐,如有必要,也可将前置滤网直接从支架上移除,拆卸和组装都非常方便,节省时间。

[0016]参见图1,本发明一较佳实施例的一种空气净化器,包括机壳1、设置在机壳I内的过滤装置和风机、设置在机壳I上的进风口2和出风口,过滤装置包括前置滤网3,机壳I包括可拆卸的侧壁11,侧壁11上设有支架12,支架12上设有第一滑槽13,前置滤网3可滑动地设置在第一滑槽13内,前置滤网3的前端设有清洁刷4,清洁刷4的上下两端分别与支架12滑移连接。清洁前置滤网3时,将机壳I的侧壁11拆卸下来,然后使清洁刷4在支架12上来回滑移,对前置滤网3进行清洗,省去手动清洗的繁琐,如有必要,也可将前置滤网3直接从支架12上移除,拆卸和组装都非常方便,节省时间。
[0017]支架12上设有第二滑槽,清洁刷4上设有卡设在第二滑槽内的滚轮,滚轮由电机驱动其转动,以实现清洗过程的自动化,提高清洗的效率。
[0018]清洁刷4上设有喷头,喷头连接有水箱,水箱内设有加热棒。该喷头为雾化喷头,清洁的过程中向前置滤网3喷水,有效避免扬尘,且水箱内设有加热棒,可对水加热,增强对污垢的溶解。
[0019] 过滤装置包括依次置于前置滤网3后面的HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、纳米银过滤网、光触媒过滤网、水过滤网、及紫外线杀菌灯,净化效果好。
[0020]出风口处设有空气质量传感器,对净化后的空气质量实时监控,以反应空气净化器的净化效果,便于及时更换内置的过滤装置。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括机壳、设置在所述机壳内的过滤装置和风机、设置在所述机壳上的进风口和出风口,所述过滤装置包括前置滤网,所述机壳包括可拆卸的侧壁,所述侧壁上设有支架,所述支架上设有第一滑槽,所述前置滤网可滑动地设置在所述第一滑槽内,所述前置滤网的前端设有清洁刷,所述清洁刷的上下两端分别与所述支架滑移连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述支架上设有第二滑槽,所述清洁刷上设有卡设在所述第二滑槽内的滚轮,所述滚轮由电机驱动其转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述清洁刷上设有喷头,所述喷头连接有水箱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述水箱内设有加热棒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括依次置于所述前置滤网后面的HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网、纳米银过滤网、光触媒过滤网、水过滤网、及紫外线杀菌灯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述出风口处设有空气质量传感器。
